Really disappointed in Q Hotel Krakow. The air conditioning was very slow to work and the room was absolutely roasting. When this was mentioned to reception we were advised that someone could look at it at 10pm, two hours later. We were travelling with a very tired 1 year old, not good enough. Then we realised the hotel WiFi wasn’t working in the rooms - not exactly ideal before a morning flight when you need to prepare downloaded entertainment and check boarding passes etc. Again this was raised at reception and we were advised nothing could be done until Monday! When I contacted the hotel after our stay, I was told the WiFi was “not an easy fix” - which would be fine if the reception hadn’t told us “this happens from time to time.” I’d expect so much more from a branded hotel chain, particularly one with such close proximity to the airport. Overall, dreadful service and a very disappointing stay which we won’t repeat.

The Q Hotel Krakow is a hidden gem. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional level of service it offers. It is ideally situated with proximity to major roads and walking distance to easily accessible to Central Krakow.

As I arrived at Q Hotel, I realized that I had dropped my phone in the Uber that took me there. The front desk staff was so helpful. They spent an hour helping me to phone my telephone so that we could ask the Uber driver to come back. In the end it all worked out well.

The location was really good, 4 mins walk from the hotel to McDonald and 1 min walk to kfc and there is a bus stop not far from the hotel. This hotel is a newer, modern hotel with all expected amenities. Staff was friending the accommodations were nice. We had been traveling through Europe for 11 days by train and bus and this was the first place we stayed where I had a rental car. It says \"free parking\" but the parking is very limited. Its essentially a few spots around the hotel or people park on the sidewalk area. Or you can pay to park in a very small lot behind the hotel. I was able to find a spot in the free parking both nights, but the only night I had to park on the sidewalk and go back out later before finding an actual parking spot. Other then that, everything was very nice about the hotel.

This is an outstanding hotel we have stayed here twice rooms are clean the breakfast is good and the restaurant and bar are also good there is grocery store next door. If you want to go to old town it’s a short Uber ride about 6$ u.s. the staff is friendly and speak English large shopping mall across the street is in a quiet area

Not really getting all of the great reviews. It is located feet from the highway, not even close to the center of town. The town center, which is absolutely awesome is 7 KM away, and not a fun drive at that.

Great hotel except lumpy pillows, ask for food to be piping hot otherwise can be tepid. Quite good breakfast buffet. You can walk to Lidl and big shopping mall next door to Ikea within minutes and great for getting into town.. 20 min bus ride for 2.80ZLD returning on doorstep. The room was small, but fine. It was clean and the staff we came across were friendly and helpful. BUT... The hotel doesn't have automatic doors or bell staff, so getting through the door with all our bags was difficult - which was not a great first impression. We were hungry and the only 2 restaurants nearby are KFC and McDonald's. We walked to the mall to find a meal - and had a hard time finding our way getting back... ended up walking down some lonely streets and walking on uneven trails which was hard for the elderly guest in my party. We chose this hotel because it said they had an airport transfer. They immediately reserved it for us and the price was somewhat ridiculous! We paid 85 zloty, when we only paid 27 zloty for a ride to the hotel from the train station, which was a much longer ride. So we felt a little ripped off. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice enough. The reception desk was also the bar - which got very hectic in the evening. We had a lot of luggage and there was little space in the room for it. Price was relatively reasonable for the 8 hours we had between our train and our plane.

Great breakfast buffet, great location, wasy to find. Free parking, but from back of lot (restaurant side) failure to have doir unlocked makes dor a ling walk especially in bad weather. Very good internet. Comfortable bed. Modern and pleasant decor. Quiet and central to many services.

Very nice hotel close to the airportit was a 10 minute ride from the airport. Central to many different stores shops and restaurants. A gas station and I have KFC right in the backyard, if you like that. Very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful
