This wonderful, elegantly furnished city hotel is located in one of the most exclusive areas of Marina Centro, facing the sea. It enjoys a wonderful beachfront location and is in the centre of all restaurants, bars and shops.

Guests will find the Le Befane shopping centre and the Rimini Trade Fair a short drive away. Riccione is about 15 minutes away by car, San Marino is 20 minutes away by car and Bologna is about 50 minutes away by car.

This property is located in front of the beach. Overlooking the sea and set in Rimini's exclusive Marina Centro area, National Hotel offers a swimming pool, a small and intimate top-floor spa, and air-conditioned rooms.

We had an ocean view room in the main building facing both the long pool and the ocean. Room and bathroom are on the smaller side but updated with comfortable beds, small refrigerator and a walk in closet. Impeccably clean. Two shower heads (rain and flexible) were a nice touch. Service was friendly and attentive: from front desk to cleaning staff to pool and beach and restaurant service.

The positives. Good location and art deco character. The negatives, everything else. Twice having pool area closed mid afternoon for private functions and pounding music at night were the worst aspects, but equally the room cleaning was poor, the rooms were tired and the resort and valet fees excessive. Five star cost for there star hotel. Disappointed

I had made a reservation through expedia, our dog was rushed to the ER (I have receipts to prove it) and we spent the wholday there. I wasn't able to get to the hotel, when expedia called they said if I rebook right then, they would honor a credit. I have no idea when I will be back in Miami to book now, nor can I afford to lose over $800 for a situation I can't control.

Very clean room, all staff were extremely helpful, no trouble getting lounge chairs at pool, breakfast and lunch fare were delicious, complimentary prosecco one afternoon was a nice touch, the bathrooms adjoining the heated pool were very clean and convenient. Would stay here again.

Cruise and didn’t use any of the amenities due to weather but still charge the 62 dollars resort fee?
I would look else where next time

During the stay, city of Miami experienced record cold temperatures. While the hotel cannot control such occurrences, it could certainly benefit from having a functional HVAC system that provides heat to each room. For several days, the hotel room was truly uncomfortably cold. In light of the aforementioned, hotel management could have done more besides offering more blankets.

Hotel is in a great location for dining, beach and running/walking path. The staff was wonderful - friendly, helpful with attention to every detail of our stay. The grounds are beautiful - the pool is something from a magazine cover. All the outdoor furniture was comfortable and plentiful in great condition. Rooms were very clean and well appointed with comfortable bedding, towels, etc. plenty of closet and drawer space to unpack. We stayed in the cabanas and the porch was lovely and spacious overlooking the pool. We did not dine at the restaurant but it looked delicious with plenty of patrons. Highly recommend this hotel as a unique getaway. Enjoy!

We had to pay an extra $100 per night to move to a room that had heat. Thank God they had some.

The hotel was great location with very close beach access and walkable to restaurants and stores. For the price, I would have expected the rooms to be slightly more updated but very cute and vintage rooms and hotel. We spent a lot of time at the pool, and the construction next door was quite distracting at times.

We had the most amazing stay at the national hotel in Miami. From first arriving in the Uber and being greated by the Bell staff and our luggage whisk away, check-in was a breeze, and the staff were very friendly. Our hotel room was perfect with a nice ocean view and very clean and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again! We also enjoyed a nice time out by the pool at the pool bar and the food, drinks and staff very good too.

Great hotel! Loved the old Hollywood decor. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and had comfy beds! The bathroom was a little tight and the shower only had a half door so water got everywhere when we showered. But not a huge deal.
The pool was really nice. The heated pool was an added bonus, especially since the weather wasn’t great when we were there. Joanna at the pool bar was lovely and cheery on the dreary day we were there. I would highly recommend this hotel. Felt very chic and high end but not stuffy.

The room was great! The reason we booked this hotel again as it was our favourite hotel that we stayed at post cruise before! We particularly enjoyed that they were able to get us a room early in the past, but they couldn’t do that for us this time! Also the pool closed at five and they kicked us out very abruptly as our entire party was sipping on a fresh drink when they aggressively kicked us out! When we asked for a later, check out, there was zero wiggle room, and that was a bit of a letdown as well.

Great hotel. Good things: helpful staff, clean, close by all of what’s happening but not loud. Their pool area is awesome and comfortable. The not so great: expensive drinks, two of the four pillows had some sort of stain, be ready with cash to tip the helpful staff. Overall highly recommended and would stay again and I consider myself very picky.

The double room next to the elevators was really loud at night. We could hear every movement of the elevators and barely slept. The hotel and the adjacent area are otherwise generally fine though slightly dated. We loved the pool area.

Staff - everyone friendly and attentive. We didn’t go without at any time.

Food and Drinks - we dined at beach, pool, bar, and restaurant. All outstanding. Drinks on point.

Location - perfectly situated on the beach. A short walk to Lincoln Rd and Ocean Drive. Lots of places within walking distance to enjoy coffee, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

What I loved: pool area outside, beach chairs/umbrellas, great decor, comfortable beds, hot shower water that didn’t run out, laminate floors in hotel rooms, great massage/facial time offering and the location is just perfect. What it lacked: bring your earplugs because the walls are thin, gym is quite small. Overall I think this hotel is well priced and feels boutique-y and cozy but offers a lot!

I have stayed here many times through the years. It’s been about 5 years and things have really gone down hill. Food is terrible, rooms were ok but last day the fire alarm went off for a “test” for over an hour after going off night before. I know these things happen but there no information and the staff could not have been more dismissive about the situation. Plenty of other options in Miami!

This is a comfortable old world hotel with a boutique vibe. The front desk staff are helpful and attentive. A small restaurant has a good menu with hit or miss wait staff. The rooms and bathrooms are smaller but decorated nicely. The main pool is luxurious with a second pool and beach cabana with access to the beach. The only negative is that it is next door to the Sagamore Hotel. It is a loud party hotel that blasts house music so loudly that it is uncomfortable to dine or lounge outside after 8:00. The “music” stops around midnight.

The property and staff are great. The front desk did however give a key to the wrong person which led to someone else trying to come into our room at midnight. After this security then came up later and asked us to give our names etc. the room we were in made a noise every time someone used the elevator.

Disappointing due to construction at the next door Delano, and excessive elevator noise (room 512). We had to pay to switch rooms. The Queen cabana room was better - clean and well sound proofed, although the fridge did not properly work.
Pool area okay, but not relaxing due to beeping, digging. Main pool is in shade and smaller pool in part sun which we did not use.
Beach is beautiful, and a quick hop over the beach walkway. Check out day; must pay for hotel beach chairs/umbrella.

Staff are very friendly and try to help - but the hotel needs some upgrades and better overall management.
