The hotel is clean and modern. Very attentive staff, feels safe and comfortable. Good buffet style breakfast. Do not book with half-board option though as you would need to go to a different hotel for a 3-course dinner. There are lots of restaurants around you can choose from instead.

Amazing hotel , very clean and spacious rooms with amazing view of the beach. A lot of restaurants to chose from, we went to Chi Burdlaz garden , the food was phenomal !! The heated pool at the hotel was a great touch since it was a little chilly and wet outside . The staff was very welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I would go back anytime !!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking under the hotel building was convenient since it’s a very busy city. Room was clean and very modern. We didn’t go to the beach, but it’s just behind the hotel. Easy access to all the restaurants, Cafes and shops. It has a nice heated swimming pool open all night with towels provided by the hotel.

We spent hours trying to find a good hotel in Rimini and found that the majority of Rimini hotels are pretty old and dated, This was the only hotel we found that was reasonably new and we hit the jackpot. Great new rooms, very spacious might I add. The hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. They have a good swimming pool and lounge area in the lobby and it's right next to all the best food places and across the street from the beach. Big + for location, + for the room, + for the staff and a + for the free breakfast buffet.

We booked this hotel due to a number of positive reviews, and the hotel did not disappoint. From our welcome at check in, to our departure at check out, the staff were polite, friendly, personable and did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Enjoyed the free wine, cheese and salami every evening, and the bar staff were fantastic. The pool is beautiful but small and fronts the main strip. The hotel does not provide free loungers on the beach, and you are not allowed to just sit on the sand which is frustrating

We love this Hotel! One of the best sets of staff we have ever come across. Friendly and helpful, I even saw them putting hot water into the swimming pool after a guest said it was a bit cold. When they had finished it was like a bath!

First, my friend and I went to Rimini right after the Summer season ended, so prices were cheaper everywhere, but the beaches are empty as it is much colder and there are less people.
However that being said the hotel was amazing, our room had an amazing contemporary look and feel, clean/large bathroom and shower and we had a large deck to view the beach.
The staff was great, seriously, they helped us with everything from from knowing where the bars and clubs are to opening bottles for us while we hung out in their lobby lounge.

We stayed for 5 nights in the hotel - 2 adults and 2 children (age 11 & 12). We loved the hotel - I think it's about 3 years old and it still looked clean and new. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel so can't comment on the food. There is a supermarket just along from the hotel so we sometimes got bits from there and eat breakfast on the balcony. The swimming pool is not that big but is adequate for the amount of rooms in the hotel (and I think when we were there in August it was full).
The hotel is on the main road but once the patio doors are shut you really don't hear a lot of noise and it's very convenient for the restaurants and also the frequent bus service.

Short ride from the airport to the hotel can be easily done by bus for 1 euro or Taxi for 20 euro.

From the moment we arrived the whole experience was one of complete satisfaction. The staff were friendly, welcoming and throughout our stay, could not do enough to help make our holiday a wonderful experience........and always with friendly smile on their face!

Probably the only criticism was that the balcony overlooked a road along the promenade and it could get noisy at night and first thing in the morning with traffic and at night with late night revellers........but this could hardly be blamed on the hotel!
There was a small but adequate heated pool in the front of the hotel with ample sun bathing area and sun beds & the beach was excellent.
All in all we had a wonderful time at the Artis Hotel and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone & would have no hesitation in returning there in the future.

Prenotata stanza prenotazione confermata ma all’arrivo mi si comunica che quella stanza non esisteva. Però grazie alla prontezza del ragazzo alla reception ci viene offerto un appartamento allo stesso prezzo. Risolto il problema, arrivati in appartamento cattivo odore di chiuso che non dava sensazione di pulito e arredo obsoleto. Circa l’arredo nulla da eccepire perché dignitosissimo ma certamente non al livello del prezzo.

Hotellet har en liten pool på framsidan mot gatan men erbjuder även eget parasoll på stranden med två solstolar under en heldag mot en kostnad. Jättetrevlig personal i receptionen!

Hotellet har perfekt läge i Rimini. Hotellet och rummen är något slitna. AC:n funkar men är också till åren. Frukosten håller normal italiensk standard, varken mer eller mindre. Hotellet ligger ved en trafikkert vei og et veldig støyende diskotek. På grunn av bråket oppleves det som lite barnevennlig, men passer kanskje for dem som er der for å feste. Bassenget er lite og ligger ut mot veien. Rommet vårt luktet røyk og var ganske sjarmløst. Var også noen flekker på sengetøy og baderom. Ellers: veldig hyggelig betjening, trygg parkering i garasje og god nærhet til stranden.

Es war schrecklich. Der Zustand ist alt und verbraucht. Überall Schimmel und Rost. Zimmer war nicht richtig sauber. Um 16 Uhr war das Zimmer immer noch nicht gemacht.die ganze Woche ging das so. Am ersten Tag hatten wir kein warmes Wasser. Wir wurden hingestellt als ob wir zu blöd wären den Wasserhahn aufzumachen. Bis wir den Direktor letztendlich in unser Zimmer regelrecht geschleppt haben und er es selber ausprobiert hat. Aber auch dann kam keine Entschuldigung oder dergleichen. Erst am sehr späten Abend konnten wir duschen. Personal arrogant und nicht mal der englischen Sprache mächtig. Für alles muss man extra bezahlen. Man kam sich nicht wie ein Gast sondern eher wie ein Bittsteller vor. Haben wir auf all unseren Reisen noch nie so etwas erlebt. Für den Preis nie wieder. Finger weg

Es war in der Nacht sehr laut, obwohl fast nichts mehr los war in Rimini. Neben dem Hotel ist eine Bar auf dem Strand, welche laute musik bis 24 Uhr am Wochenende gespielt hat. Es gibt auch direkt daneben einen Basketballplatz, wo bis 0200 morgens gespielt wurde…

This is a prime location. With a stunning view of the beach and ocean from your room (it was lovely to wake up to).
