•The swimming pool did not feel like 34°c
•There were ants in the room so had to be changed to another room but the next one had a dirty shower head and the pillow cases had dirty stains on them.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay in Rimini :)

Great hotel, appalling noise insulation

This is a lovely hotel (service, breakfast, spa, location)… spoilt entirely by one thing. The noise insulation between the rooms is shocking.

The first morning I was woken up by an iPhone alarm in the room next to me at 5:45am, which repeated every 10 minutes.

The second night I was woken up by someone above me moving round their room at 2am. It sounded like someone was dropping heavy objects on the floor: I assume it was just someone walking in shoes.

The third night I was woken by someone coughing.

The noise insulation is about as effective as a curtain dividing you from your neighbours and everything is amplified by the hard surfaces (zero carpets anywhere).

It’s no exaggeration to say I stay in around 50 different hotels a year all around Europe and have never experienced an issue anything like this one. I would never stay at this hotel again because of it.

Wir hatten die Angabe „high floor“ bei der Buchung gemacht, jedoch bekamen wir ein Zimmer im 2.OG, das Unterste Geschoss mit Zimmern. Nach reklamieren an der Rezeption konnten wir am nächsten Tag in das 5. ( von 6) umziehen. Das war erfreulich. Die Aufzüge sind etwas unkoordiniert. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Lovely hotel, however there is a live music restaurant next door called the Bounty and if you do book, please consider choosing the rooms that are 12 onwards, i.e. 2nd floor would be 212 or higher / 3rd floor would be 312 or higher etc, as those rooms are the farthest from the Bounty.
This is NOT the hotel's fault, but the inconsiderate attitude of the restaurant, who believe music should be pumped-out at 13 or 14 out of 10!
The outdoor pool was nice, along with the chaise longue's and the big umbrellas, with two outdoor whirlpools that comfortably accommodate 4 people in each (5 is cosy!), but room cleanliness and staff friendliness were each, utterly brilliant.
Breakfasts were well catered with plenty of choice too and the catering staff were very attentive, accommodating and friendly (you must try their omelettes they make for you whilst you watch, as these are simply delicious).

For most of our stay at the hotel it was quiet at night, however on the Saturday night there was loud and continuous music from a nearby night club - so loud in fact that it was clearly heard inside our sixth floor room with the windows closed.
No sleep was possible until after midnight.
Therefore avoid this hotel on a Saturday night!

Our experience in Rimini wasn’t the best (don’t go on a Sunday in March. Nothing is open) it was sooo difficult to figure out where to park in this hotel. We had to stop the car in front, on the main street (and the hotel looks abandoned and empty from that side) I had to walk around a weird side path to the front facing the beach- which is a pedestrian only zone with no cars. To go in and have them tell me to instruct my husband to drive onto the no pedestrian zone (very slowly) for a couple minutes to park in the garage. They should definitely specify that somewhere! The hotel room itself was nice, good view of the beach and comfortable bed, big room. The hotel is modern and updated inside. They didn’t speak much English at all. That’s understandable. Burnt my hand touching something on the wall that later turned out to be a light! Don’t do that ;)

Hotel was comfortable with a decent breakfast. Despite having a deluxe room on the top floor, the noise until midnight was unnecessary and unpleasant - after a couple of nights we were offered a different room which was a little better. Parking was expensive in my opinion, needed more EV charging and space was extremely limited despite the high cost. I was very upset to find out that sunbeds on the beach were not included, despite paying a lot for a one week stay. How nice it would be to have an all-inclusive price for parking and beach through Expedia to avoid surprises.

When we arrived the room was quite warm and stuffy. We assumed it would get better after we kept our card in the wall so the air could circulate. After trying to use the toilet, we found it would not flush. Thankfully when we returned from dinner the toilet had been fixed. The air had not gotten better after 4 hours with the card in the wall, the AC on, and the vent was pushing our air. After midnight we had had enough. The room was 28 C, or 82 F and way too hot to be able to sleep. After 2 days of trying to get the temp fixed, the hotel finally moved us to another room, which was smaller and had a smaller bed, but was at least a LITTLE cooler, with the best temp being the last morning at 25 C or 77 F. We were moved to 3 different rooms throughout our 3 day stay.
I also marked down for cleanliness bc out of the 7 hotels we stayed at on our trip, this one had almost no care for COVID regulations, distancing, or wearing face coverings. Also, the staff cleaned rooms and put new guests in them the same day, which was concerning.
Finally, the staff was absolutely wonderful with service, however it were not set up for success. It appears there are business and procedure issues and I would not recommend anyone to stay here until it is improved. One example of such is the use of the pool. There was a single point of entrance through the spa to use the outside pool. We

We enjoyed the location, spa and ease of staying. It was great having parking. Our only complaint was the air conditioning not working and the front desk not responding to requests for assistance. We had to open balcony doors to get air, which led to mosquitos biting all night long.

Hotel Savoia was great. Gorgeous views with a nice sized balcony, close to shops and restaurants. It is also close to a bit of nightlife so you could hear music but it stops through the week by midnight. Would definitely recommend. Rimini is a great beach town.

The room of sea view could be no sea view at all!!!!!! you have to pay attention, because if hotel arranged a room in the corner side, you have to pay high rate but can not see sea view, or very narrow view going to balcony. Hotel needs to differeniate those rooms can not face the sea, they are not sea view room.

One blond and short cut hair Madam was not friendly to refuse their mistakes on the room arrangement, never met this kind of unreasonable argue, even asked guest to call before coming hotel, to know if there is a sea view. Ridiculous!!! They should improve the service!!!

First time in Rimini but the hotel was in a great massage. One of the elevators were broken, so everything was slowed down, but other than that it was a great stay. The massage I got at the spa was one of the bests I have ever had. Location was right in the middle of everything and they had a great “happy hour” with free food!

Stay was just okay. First off, location was excellent, on the beach and next to many local restaurants, pubs and nightlife. So close in-fact that you get the pleasure of hearing the bar next-door blare their music till 4am, so loud you can hear every word of every song, inside your room with the balcony door closed! (We were on the third floor too)

The property itself is not well maintained and needs some major TLC. From the outside there are tiles missing on the side of the building, metal rails in need of paint and lots of rust. There is even an abandoned indoor mall on one side of the building that just gives the property a run down feel.

Inside our room, there was mold/mildew in the shower caulking and floors, the shower head was caked with hard water deposits, our thermostat was literally hanging off the wall and never worked during our stay. Also you could see there used to be a curtain diving the room but this was removed and there were just holes in the wall and a rail where the curtain once hung.

To top it off, on our second day our room was infested with ants, and we never had or brought food into our room. The staff just replied with it happens sometimes. Never an offer to fix the issue.

Also be forewarned the indoor/outdoor pool & hot tubs are not open for liberal use anytime. You literally have to check in with the spa desk and ask if it's an okay time to use these amenities.

Breakfast was our highlight, the staff was superb and very attentive.

it is a nice hotel , very well situated, beach front and not very far from the old town .in the parallel street there is a continuous night activity.
the sunrise is not to miss from your room as the sun comes up from the sea.
the hotel will provide you with sun beds ,towels and umbrellas to spend a memorable day on the beach for extra fees .
you can also use their parking .
the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is excellent.

Beautiful view of sea.

The view was beautiful, the rental bikes were used by us daily.
We ran into a swap meet type of event, saw the local plant and art sale, ate delicious pizza at a nearby restaurant, the morning breakfast was delicious, the relaxation area is a must to visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. If I visit Italy again we would stay here again.

Stopped here for a week for beach and sunshine in between going to Bologna, Florence and Verona. Would stop at this hotel again. Ideal location and lovely rooms. A good breakfast with plenty of choice. A little tired looking from the outside but modern and fresh inside. Staff helpful and friendly. Lots of welcome touches like dressing gowns and slippers in room and good toiletries replaced each day.

We got off to a rocky start as the room I was initially given was totally inadequate (faulty air conditioning, faulty hair dryer, lighting, internet, TV). The service was also initially pretty bad. We had to call three times and eventually had to go down to reception before we could finally get the hairdryer replaced. What woman wants to wait 30 minutes before she can finish drying her hair?

But eventually, we were relocated to an adjacent room which we ended up keeping for our entire stay. Everything worked much better from there.

i stayed 3 nights in the off season. The location is great! The staff very nice. I would rate this hotel a true 4 star European hotel

I bought the business wifi each day for 17 euros per day for 24 hour unlimited use. The most time i was able to get was 12 hours and it was always down. The staff did void the charges for 2 of the days
The tv is only Italian channels. In Italy this is expected, but typically in a 4 star you will have some English speaking channels. I was able to stream US news when the wifi was working. The tv was not a real issue for me as so much else was very good
An in room coffee or tea maker
The one issue that I think would really make it top notch is to add a mattress topper or a mattress of higher quality. It was quite hard and had springs popping

I loved the fact that it was a King size ( 2 twins put together )

Typical Rimina beach front hotel. We came as a family of four. The hotel faces Rimini beach, which has shallow water and at times can be quite crowded. You also need to pay for the lounge chairs and the umbrella, unfortunately this wasn't included in the room price and comes quite expansive... They also offered a babysitter service for 10€ an hour which was excellent. The breakfast was quite ok but sometimes it got crowded there. The underground parking was also very convenient.

Hotel Savoia was in a great location due to its proximity to the beach. Our room had a beach view with a balcony. The hotel staff was very friendly (especially Domenico). The only issue we ran into was the smell in the room. When we first entered the room there was a strong unpleasant odour. We called down to the front desk to inform them of the issue. It took over an hour before someone actually came and by that time we had aired out the room. Unfortunately, the smell returned daily when we would come back to the room in the afternoon. Other than that, the stay was pleasant and the room was spacious.

The wonderful Savoia

The moment my wife and I walked into the hotel we instantly liked it. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the layout and cleanliness was fantastic so we only had the room to complete our already positive thoughts - it didn't disappoint at all, clean, spacious, comfy and with a great balcony and sea view. The bed was amazing and resulted in a great nights sleep. The buffet breakfast offered lots of choices and catered for those that are gluten free, lactose tolerant etc etc., just a brilliant selection with an endless supply of great coffee. My only negative is the Spa which the jacuzzi style pool was not warm, therefore didn't make you want to stay in and relax. Location of the hotel is spot on as there are plenty of great restaurants close by and only a pedestrian crossing to the beach.

A couple of minor disappointments: 1. we were that we were charged for water in our room from the minibar however the water in the reception was free - there was no price listed in the room for the minibar. 2. A couple of corporate events were planned during our stay which did not affect our time but it would have been nice if the hotel had informed us when we checked in.

Generally speaking most everybody was pleasant,but not everybody.

the stay was okay staff were very nice but the Hotel is totally overpriced there are other hotels in the area which cost less and are much nicer. The hotel is very old fashioned and needs refurbishing, they charge for use of the spa and this was not outlined on the advertisement on hotels.com had we known this we would of stayed at a the Rose Suite whose spa is far superior and also charge but they do however specify this on there advertisement. The indoor swimming pool is a large hot tub not a swimming pool !!! and also the outdoor so called pool is also tiny should be listed as a dunk pool not a swimming pool. In our bathroom the shower had once been a massage shower and all the fittings had been left in place (looking old and unclean) and a new shower hose added in the old shower enclosure this looked like something out of a bad B & B. The lobby is unwelcoming much like a travel lodge with very little ambiance and the breakfast wast anything special and having stayed in Rimini in many hotels this was by far the most expensive and yet the lowest standard hotel we have stayed in. Again apart from staff whom where very helpful

Basically the hotel is more like a three star hotel. The service was bad and they only accommodate certain nationalities. I will never book my next trip to Rimini at this hotel.

Nice hotel and top location

This place ticked all the boxes except for the breakfast: cold eggs, cold bacon, stale brioche, prucitto and mozzarella which was off.....and all at 7am. They must have cooked tthr night before and left out.

We brought this up to management and they basically shrugged thwit shoulders.

This is the worst experience I've ever had - especially with a 4.5 star hotel

Wonderful view of the beach

Wonderful, I'll go back the next chance I get. Staff was very helpful with dinner recommendations, breakfast was a Hugh buffet, and bikes were complimentary. Every bit about this hotel is wonderful

Hotel was very clean and quiet. One problem was a conference in progress that blocked the access to the spa. Breakfast was one of the largest selections we have seen in Italy.

Amazing hotel with great staff

We loved this hotel, right on the beach and where all the restaurants are.
Breakfast was amazing ,and there was a free wifi which was great!we parked our car in their parking garage which was very ideal.
The indoor and outdoor pools were great for our kids and us, and their spa staff are the best staff ever and so friendly and hospitable..thanks to them all.
We did a personal training with the amazing Yuri their private personal trainer , he was great!
They have a private beach which is great and equipped . We will go there again for sure next year

Great hotel if you're not on a budget.

Good hotel and location to take advantage of the beach and experience Rimini. Great staff who were extremely helpful. A bit pricy for what it is though.

Hotel ok---- but Rimini was nice in the 50's...

OK hotel. My surprise was probably how over-exploited the sand beach is just in front of the hotel. I was on a business trip and just curious about staying near the sea - but didnt expect Rimini to be in the condition it is in general... maybe it was nice in the 50's.

Great for us and our 18 month old daughter

We had a wonderful room (619) with a fabulous view overlooking the beach and the sea. The staff were helpful and polite. The breakfasts were good and overall the hotel seemed to me to be one of the smartest in Rimini..especially with the convenience of being right on the beach (we have an 18th month old daughter and the location was great).

The 2 pools are a little small ...but again perfect for a young child, the indoor pool helped enormously when the weather worsened a little. All in all a great hotel in a superb location..would thoroughly recommend.
