Italy vacation; stayed a few days in Rimini at the Astoria Suite Hotel. Great staff, Front Desk, Bar, Restaurant, Housekeeping, everyone were super helpful and friendly. Great hotel near beach (literally a 1/2 block walk). Close to everything. If we find our way back to Rimini, we will be staying at the Astoria Suite Hotel. Thanks

Spacious suite with a beach and cakes to remember

We booked a room for 3 and got two adjoining rooms sharing a bathroom with complete privacy. Breakfast was great: the cakes were an absolute dream, and we appreciated local cheeses and delicacies. The parking was full, but the hotel created extra parking for us: very helpful. The area is magnificent: next to shopping and within walking distance of the widest beach we have seen in our lives (and we are mediterraneans)! A very pleasant experience that we would gladly repeat.

This was by far the best holiday i have had ever. The staff were all exceptionally helpful, one actually saved me over €100 by over 3 days helping resort a driving error on the motorway. Hotel was very clean, rooms modern and spacious and great value. Breakfast is included, great variety of food on offer. I could go on and on but the best way is for you to try it, you will not be disapointed.

Massive suite with 2 balconies, nice and clean, sheets were changed each day on our 3 days there.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfasts were amazing with fantastic selection for all.
They even cleand my car windows for my departure which was a nice surprise.

Really Great Place

Stayed here for four nights. The front desk staff were pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice. The location is really good - near the beach and lots of great places to eat. The pool area was great for sitting in the sun and relaxing. Saw a diverse mix of guests - older couples, younger couples, and families with kids. A really positive experience.

Great Hotel. A little gem !!

My first comment has to be about the staff: they are very friendly yet professional & helpful. I've stayed in many top hotels across Europe and the staff at the Astoria are among the best. The breakfast was good at this level. The bedroom was large, clean and comfortable, the mattress very firm. It was very warm in the room when I arrived but the heating controls responded fine and the room cooled. Parking felt secure and convenient. Wifi signal was perfect in my room & I had no problem face-timing home. The hotel is very well located and near to lots of restaurants and bars. I'm quite fussy about hotels but I would definitely stay there again and I look forward to returning.

Pictures of the rooms were much better than reality. Still, preatty goidplace. Was a little surprised they had a kitchen closed in the room. Charged additional 10 euros per day to open it. Personnel was very friendly and helpful.

Lovely Suites, just 20metres from the main street

suite was large with two separate rooms, each with their own on-suite bathroom, so perfect for the 4 of us.
Small fridge and microwave (not used), plus a personal safe, kettle etc in room. Breakfast was nice, staff were very courteous and more than helpful. Nice location, hidden away but very close to some very nice restaurants and the main street, and about 100m from the beach too. Highly recommended, we would stay there again.

We used this hotel as our base to explore the area and found the hotel fit what we were looking for. It's centrally located to many restaurants and the beach area. Within driving distance to many of the areas attractions (liabilandia, Italia in miniature, aquarium). I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a superb stay at this hotel for 12 nights. It is set back from the main road so the rooms are quiet. The breakfast was very good and the staff - in fact all of the staff we encountered - were very welcoming and helpful, making excellent recommendations for dinners out and explaining how things worked. It all made for a very restful stay. The swimming pool was lovely too: very clean and a good size.

Quiet hotel close to beach

What a lovely hotel. Picked this one because other nearby hotels with pools were right up to the road. This one was quiet, nice pool area that wasn't overcrowded - although if you want to spend the day sunbathing, you would be better off going to the beach because it is overlooked by trees and as the sun passes over, the poolside is never in full sun - you sort of have to chase it round. Breakfast is very nice, rooms are spacious, clean, and the mini bar replenished daily. Staff are very helpful - will sort out sunbeds for the beach, advise on nice restaurants, help with train times and pre order taxis for very early checkouts!

Fantastic hotel and staff

We stayed for 1 night in August on our way down driving from the uk to south italy with a stopover in Rimini and we found the hotel so lovely and the staff even lovelier especially to help us check in , park and even offering to hosing our car in the morning as there were some pine tree needles on top , fantastic service. The hotel location is easy to find and located near some nice restaurants and bars. Breakfast was superb and we were offered coffee made for us at the bar included. We will definitely visit again.

One block from the beach, nice staff, nice neighbourhood, a bit far from city center (but you can't have everything). Room was veeery large (even had a living room!!!). Sound isolation was not that great, as i could hear people in the next room... But i would definetly recommend this hotel!

Good hotel for a short getaway

Our stay at Astoria Suite Hotel was great. While the hotel isn't the must \"lush and luxurious\" hotel you will ever stay in, the rooms are big and clean and it is a 3 minute walk to the beach. The Hotel is also within walking distance (15-20 min) of all of the main Rimini attractions and restaurants in the city center. We were very pleased with our stay.

Superb location great staff

Hotel ocation was fantastic, right at the heart of Rimini near all the shops, bars, food was on our doorstep. Staff was superb as well, only issue i had was with the room you had to pay an extra 50euro to get access to the kitchen area (sink, cooking facilities, bin, knifes and plates) which i considered a bit of a con.

Not what I call a 4 star hotel

Firstly the hotel was situated in a very good part of Rimini and most of the staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and spoke reasonably good English. The room at first seemed perfect, but when we started to use the room facilities we found not everything was as it seemed. The kettle plug was too big for the electric socket and the TV in the Lounge had a broken aerial socket. As we had an adapter for the kettle, and didn't watch TV in the lounge, we didn't report it to the hotel. The bed and pillows were extremely hard and it took a long time to get used to. The worst part of this hotel for us, was the noise coming from the adjacent room, and the room above ours. It seemed that the walls and ceiling were paper thin, and you could hear things coming from the next room and room above. It didn't help that the people above us seemed to wake early (around 7 AM) and drag the furniture around for a good few minutes every morning, waking me up. You could also hear every time someone near our room opens a shutter or slams a door shut. Also our room was right next to the lift so everybody on our floor had to walk past our door to get to the lift or staircase. Families with young children would walk past and the kids were often shouting and screaming, so unless you could sleep through world war 3 I don't recommend this hotel.

Отель расположен на второй линии от пляжа в укромном месте. В отеле есть свой бассейн, правда очень маленький. Очень порадовал сам номер - он двухкомнатный, что очень удобно для семей с детьми.В отеле подают очень вкусный завтрак. Сравнивая с другими отелями 4 звезды, в которых мы побывали в Италии, полагаю, это один из лучших завтраков: свежие арбузы, ананасы, вкусная выпечка, горячие блюда. Всё было вкусным и аппетитным. Отношение персонала к уборке - сверхответственное. Они каждый раз кроме уборки перестилают постельное бельё! На территории отеля имеется парковка. Сам отель довольно старый, но видно, сколько усилий прилагают для поддержания его в чистоте и порядке.

Das Hotel ist absolut zu empfeheln, bei Anreise ein upgrade erhalten, freundlicher Empfang. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist excellent mit riesiger Auswahl, frischen Produkte und sogar Moet et Chandon Champagner. Super nette freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen, die soagr ein Muttertagstörtchen servierten. Fünf Sterne von einem sonst sehr kritischen Gast wie mir.

Mycket lugnt och trevligt hotel med mycket hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Lätt att parkera, centralt, fint rum med balkong. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer, unsere Kinder konnten in einem Zimmer in zwei getrennten Räumen übernachten. Tolle Lage, sehr sauber, das Personal ist sehr engagiert und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbüffet war umfangreich. Alle außertürlichen Wünsche wurden umgehend erfüllt. Unserer Meinung nach war das Hotel und der Urlaub dort perfekt.

Merveilleux séjour dans cet établissement avec un personnel très à l'écoute des clients toujours avec le sourire et l'envie de nous faire passer les meilleures vacances. Vi havde fire fine overnatninger på Astoria. På grund af en uoverensstemmelse mellem hotels.com og hotellet fik vi først et værelse uden balkon i stueetagen, men personalet var søde til at flytte os op på 1. sal med balkon og udsigt til poolen efter første overnatning. Det var sjovt at være i Rimini mens der var \"Pink Night\".

Hotel in sehr gepflegtem Zustand, Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parken direkt am Hotel. Hatten Zimmer im 4. Stock - sehr sauber und geräumig, Bad top - jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Frühstück sehr gute Auswahl. Der einzige Kritikpunkt wäre evtl. der kleine Pool - aber das Meer liegt ja nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Hotellet kan absolutt anbefales. Personalet er imøtekommende og hyggelige. Sentral beliggenhet i forhold til restauranter, strand, shopping bl.a... Litt kronglete å finne frem, og litt dårlig skiltet. Sengene var ikke bra her, men det er vel omtrent det eneste å utsette på hotellet. Helt Ok frokost.

Il nostro soggiorno presso la struttura e' stato piu' che ottimo.
Camera ampia ,pulitissima e molto confortevole per me mia moglie e le nostre 2 figlie...alle quali non e' mancato il wifi per i loro accessi a internet durante il loro soggiorno all'interno della suite.
La colazione \"SUPER\" con svariate leccornie...Lo staff e' stato molto gentile e cortese e disponibile ad ogni nostra domanda....peccato che siano passati in fretta i giorni del soggiorno,ma in futuro contiamo di tornarci sicuramente! Grazie di tutto!

Bedienung sehr freundlich da es aber in Mitte von anderen Hotels liegt findet man es nicht auf Anhieb und beschrieben ist es auch nicht gut
Zimmer sind groß und geräumig jedoch in die Jahre gekommen
Frühstück ist sehr frisch und reichlich Auswahl könnte besser sein trotz allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

L'albergo è stato all'altezza delle aspettative, il personale della reception si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile, la camera era molto spaziosa e ben pulita e per non ultima la colazione era buonissima e di ottimo livello. Abbiamo aderito ad una offerta vostra(Expedia) per 3 notti al prezzo di 159 euro per 2 persone in una camera con abitabilità fino a 2 bambini, siamo rimasti sorpresi che al momento del check out, c'è stata chiesta una differenza per nostra figlia di 5 anni, di 30 euro a notte, la qualcosa ci doveva essere comunicata al nostro arrivo, e comunque ci sembra esagerato che una bambina così piccola in proporzione all'offerta paghi più di un adulto, noi viaggiamo spesso è mai in nessun hotel hanno mai adottato questa politica, io ritengo giusto una differenza di 10, 15 euro a notte, ma non di 30. Siamo veramente rimasti molto delusi, soprattutto della persona addetta alla reception che ci ha fatto il check out.

San Marino, San leo観光の拠点としてこのホテルを利用。4月だったが最高気温が25度程度で、立地の良さもありバカンス気分を味わえた。値段の割に朝食が充実。駐車場も1泊6ユーロは安い。

Hotel mit gutem Service, Strandnah und doch ruhig

Das Hotel ist in bester Lage, 3 Minuten zum Strand, 1 Minute zum Stadtleben, trotzdem sehr ruhig und gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Parkplätze direkt am Hotel und eine äußerst freundliche Rezeption. Das Frühstücksbüffet bietet alles was ein 4 Sterne Haus bieten muss, nur der Toster sollte ersetzt werden. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und schön mit Marmor ausgestattet. Der Pool ist klein dafür mit Massagedüsen. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Ottima posizione attaccata al corso Viale Amerigo Vespucci, a 2 passi dal mare, camere confortevoli pulite e ben climatizzate,
Personale gentile e cordiale. La zona è piena di locali dove mangiare e vivere Marina di Rimini.... unica nota dolente la piscina che è veramente piccola... A 10
Minuti dal centro. Chiedete la convenzione per gli ombrelloni nei bagni, risparmierete sul noleggio. Ritornerò volentieri.

Decent hotel, great staff!

An average 4* hotel, with comfertable, but fairy basic rooms. Breakfast is a good italian breaky, with some selections for scandinavians. Freshly made espressobased coffee.

The staff is great, and I would return only for the service!

Very good staff

An average 4 star hotel in terms of facileties and decor, comfortable and good size rooms. I would have loved to have a do not disturb sign on the room, hotel information and a bin in the livingroom.
A nice breakfast, but a bit crowded in the middle of summer. The staff makes up for all of the cons, they make this hotel a hotel I would like to return to.

2 stars hotel, indifferent staff, exhaust street

Can't recommend. Safetybox mini size, not even ipad didn't fit. The door of the room couldn't lock probably, infact that was told in earlier rewiev, of course I thought they had repaired it, but not! This shows how indifferent the staff is and their dissmissing answer regarding to broken lock. Cleaner didn't lock the terrace sliding doors, so there are open doors to your room all day! Photoshopped photos, shappy room. Ok parking place and ok small pool. Rimini is horrible place anyway, you can not see the sea! The street front of the hotel is very busy and there are very much exhaust, its the socalled tourist promenade with restaurants and shops, old town is quite far away.
