Great beach hotel, but ask for a higher room.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Rimini and, for the most part, Hotel Villa Rosa Riviera was great. The location is excellent--near restaurants, shopping, and the beaches. Our only issue was our original room. We were located right above the gym and were awakened early in the morning by gym-goers. The front desk initially suggested that the people using the gym be asked to be quiet in the early morning. I found this a bit unfair to them. Instead, we were able to get another room. Once moved to the first floor, our room was very quiet, both from noice inside the hotel and from the street. I recommend anyone staying here be aware that the lower rooms can be a bit more noisy and the room above the gym has some additional noise.

This hotel satisfied all our expectations !! The service was fabulous and the staff were super friendly . It was great to have the bikes to tour around and we weren't even intimidated by the traffic.
The beach view was amazing and it was great to be literally 3 minutes to many board walks to the beach which was itself beautiful to walk and swim in .
The food never disappointed us.
We would definitely return and refer this hotel to anyone travelling

I will not stay here again. During my stay there was no AC. It was hot, when I walked in the room it felt like a sauna.

Staff told me to leave the balcony door open. All the room balconies are connected. Anyone in the adjacent rooms could have walked into my room when I was sleeping.

The hotel position is really good, our room has a view on the sea side and was very clean in general. However the breakfast was somehow disappointing, we had some old sandwiches And pastries from the day before and they seemed very old.
Also you could hear noise from all the rooms near your room which is not very pleasant at night

Our stay at the hotel was lovely. We especially loved the breakfast, the staff going out of their way to make us feel welcome and the location (a one minute walk to the beach). The reception staff were also very helpful in recommending restaurants. The room was always clean when we got back to our room after a day at the beach. There's a delicious gelato place right next door to the hotel.

Only negative was that the room was almost unbearably warm on the second night with the temperature controls on the lowest setting. The window couldn't be left open as the street below had a lot of traffic in the morning which got a little loud. Otherwise it was a lovely stay at the hotel.

Every service was excellent. Reception, dining, breakfast, cleaning staff - all first class and helpful. Breakfast had a really good selection : everything you could ask for plus a special menu for which you had to pay extra, but probably not really necessary as the buffet breakfast was plentiful. Hotel very central and an easy 20 min walk from the train/bus stations. Very quiet and no road noise.

The bed was so hard it was like sleeping in the floor. We were not offered the valet parking instead we had to drive to a garage a good 10mins away and carry our luggage and cost €24 overnight. We were woken every morning by the people next door showering as when the pipes are being used it makes a loud banging sound. And you could hear there whole conversation! Breakfast was terrible not much of a selection the cereal was stale. We went out the second morning instead. The location is good if you want to go shopping and look at a few of the sights. Otherwise I wouldn't bother staying here if you would like a good night sleep.

Great Hotel in Retro Rimini

Most hotels are near the beach in Rimini, and this was as well, so easy access to the beach and to the main activities of the town. All of Rimini has a retro vibe spanning several decades from the 1950s to the 1990s. Many updates have been made, but many things remain as they have been. Our room was mostly updated and was very comfortable. The hotel service was great. Breakfast was great. Some hotels have better/closer sea views, but we had a balcony with a sea view to the side and it was quite nice.

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival. The lobby and breakfast room were very nice, though a bit dated looking. The room was clean and fairly spacious. Only issue was that our room was right beside the marble staircase, so you could hear every person going up and down. The bed was a little hard but roomy since it was a double twin. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Lots of fresh bread and pastries, bacon, eggs, fruits, cold meats and cheese, yogurt, juices & coffee. We were well fed each day. The area that the hotel is located in was very nice and within walking distance of both the beach and the center of town. We also liked how close it was to the Conad grocery store where we shopped like the locals during our week long stay. All in all a great place to stay in Rimini. Would definitely book again.

Rimini - Hotel Villa Rosa Riveria

I and my family stayed in August 2014 at the Hotel Villa Rosa Riveria in Rimini. The hotel is 4*, located centrally in Rimini so quite convenient for all the amenities: restaurants and bars on the door steps, beach is about 100 meteres away. The buses stop outside the hotel so easy to get around including the Railway train station which is also walkable about 15 mins walk as it the old town.

The hotel served breakfast in the morning which was great as it was open till 12 noon. You also have a wi-fi available in rooms, lobby etc small gym. It would have been nice to have a small swimming pool but there was not one.

One surprise cost is the city tax, which got introduced about 2 years ago. Expedia made no mention of it and we were only told about it on check-out. It is something like Euro 2.50 per person, per day, so with 5 of us staying for 8 nights it all adds up.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel; the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the hotel to others.

Small clash at arrival. We had booked using Welcome Reward points and were set up in a small handicap room (had booked Superior double). After two calls to front desk, we got a new room. With a balcony and view into back yard. Otherwise satisfactory. Very kind, friendly and helpful staff. Located near the beaches, but busy street in front. Not a family hotel. They serve a great breakfast. A pity about the room incident, maybe a hotel policy when using Welcome Reward points? Otherwise the rating would have been top!

Really, Really enjoyed ourselves

My husband and I were very impressed. We visit Rimini each year for a business meeting but the rest of the time is for ourselves. We've stayed in a handful of other hotels and although all have been fine, tried this one this time. We really wouldn't try out another now as we were so pleased. We've never had an unpleasant room in our Italy experiences, but this time we were delighted with a sea view (room itself was great too - especially the shower), and more importantly because that can't be guaranteed, was the quality of the breakfast. It was the best continental breakfast we've ever had in Italy (considering about 15 different hotel stays). It was really lovely with fresh juice, fresh crepes, lovely homemade pastries, excellent quality meats and cheeses and best of all it was served until noon! That alone started every day on such a pleasant note that I can't say enough. Parking also very easy under the hotel and the staff were delightful.

Stayed for 10 days early July, hotel was in a great location, the reception staff were friendly approachable and very helpful.
The rooms were cleaned daily and to a high standard with friendly maids.

Breakfast was a generous choice and continental in style.

The restaurant associated with the hotel was very nice normally wary of hotel restaurants but gave it a shot
and wasn't disappointed, speciality is fish but excellent pasta dishes too.

No pool but given the close proximity to the beach and the arrangement they have with the beach beds were never an issue.

Would recommend the hotel highly.

This was our vacation from our vacation in Europe. A nice rest after aching bodies in Rome. The hotel was outstanding for the price. It was early June so we didn't get hit with the higher rates. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was tasty. It's super close to the beach. Exactly what we wanted. A relaxing couple of days. Restaurant was good as well. It was our cheapest hotel in all the places we stayed and probably the nicest. For the price we paid it was outstanding!

This is a modern and clean hotel with state of the art GYM with personal trainer (you better speak Italian) and wonderful Italian style breakfast.
However, there is problem with the noise. Generally the walls are not noise insulated at all and every little sound could be heard by the neighbours. Also, there is a noise coming from the GYM and guests going form breakfast yearly in the morning.
If you are staying on the first floor, ask for a room at the bottom of the corridors (most quiet areas). Otherwise, the option is a superior room on upper floors.
Generally, not a bad hotel for the price. However, not very comfortable for British tourists.

Trovare dei capelli nella doccia non è una cosa bella, ne semplice da dimenticare, insieme alle ragnatele nella stanza. Se poi aggiungiamo gli odori del cucinato che si diffondono nella stanza di prima mattina, legati ad una tubazione mal posizionata su un terrazzo, dove dava accesso la stanza assegnatami, insieme a dei cuscini rigidi ed un letto con un materasso ormai da cambiare (perché completamente deformato),..

Hotel con un buon compromesso; non è eatremamente economico ma il suo punto di forza è la colazione mattutina: è difficile trovarne una analoga, 6 persone che cucinano cose impensabili, biologiche e di altissima qualità, dal dolce al salato. Unica pecca dell'Hotel: le camere; eravamo un gruppo di 5 persone con 5 camere diverse ed io, il capogruppo, sono finito in una camera senza bidet. Inaccettabile nel 2025 senza comunque dirlo prima. Comunque nel complesso il soggiorno è andato molto bene.

Das Hotel ist wunderbar. Der Service ist so großartig herzlich.Wir kommen so gerne in das Hotel, da wir dort immer so herzlich immer von den selben Mitarbeitern empfangen werden.
Zum Frühstück wird alles mit so viel Liebe selbst gemacht und es ist alles unübertrefflich.
Das einzige ist , dass die sanitären Anlagen im Bad unbedingt erneuert werden müssten. Der Spiegel im Bad war auch schon kaputt.

Bij het ontbijt waren de kosten voor de gasten 12,- pp. Wat men er niet bij verteld had is dat men voor iedere kop koffie 4,- pp moest betalen.
Verder had men ook een beperkte garagemogelijkheid. Hier vroeg men 25,- per nacht voor. Dit kan men oplossen door buiten te gaan parkeren. Al met al niet al te prettig geprijsd.

War über Silvester dort. Im Winter bat es ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhätnis. Viele Restaurants sind innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr sauber gehalten. Personal war freundlich und hilsbereit. Englisch war kein Problem. Am besten gefiel mir das Frühstück. Bietet auch ein grosse und abwechselde Auswahl an süssem Gebäck. Eine eigene Garage für Autos ist vorhanden. Jedoch sehr eng und benötigt etwas Geschick beim Manövrieren vorallem wenn man mit eine etwas grösserem Auto anreist.

Schönes Hotel mit Blick auf die Adria

Schönes Hotel, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zwischen Hotel und Strand liegt die Hauptstraße, sodass man auf dem Balkon nicht nur das Meer sieht.
Die Parkgarage ist ziemlich eng.

Das Hotel ist einzigartig. Die Zimmer haben Meerblick und Balkon und sind sehr sauber. Ganz besonders zuvorkommend und herzlich sind die Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstück wird jeden Tag herrlich frisch und gesund zubereitet. Es wird sogar alles hervorragend frisch gebacken. Vielen lieben Dank allen Mitarbeitern. Wir fühlen uns immer dort sehr wohl und kommen immer gerne wieder.
