This property is really run down. The AC was broken, beds hard, one thin hard pillow and one lumpy pillow, and they did nothing to compensate us for the fact that we were uncomfortable and unable to sleep. The lumpy pillow was most likely full of over 10yrs of skin cells. The rating should be changed to a 2 star hotel.

Wonderful hotel

I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. It is simply fabulous. The staff were so accommodating, the room was spacious, the bed was so comfortable and the breakfast buffet looked like a setting for a magazine. If in Rimini again, I would stay nowhere else.

The property was very clean and bright and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even lent me a screwdriver to fix my suitcase. Only miss was towels that were left to be reused disappeared with no replacement, but one call and they were at the door with the replacements.

Loved the hotel. Beautiful breakfast presented w elegance and style. nicer than what one sees at even a 5 star.

Location was terrific as it was quiet and near restaurants and the beach resorts. However it is not that close to old town.

A cab ride is necessary from the train station.

Hotel is spotless. The decor is functional and whimsical. Bathrooms are roomy and have stall showers.

Rooms are very clean. Great place to stop for a clean room with a very pleasant atmosphere.

The nearby restaurants are excellent.

Overall lovely stay, although few bad points.

Good points- staff were lovely, very happy and helpful. Hotel location was great, although next time I would rather stay beach front. Rooms are lovely and clean, comfy bed. Rooftop pool area was great although water was freezing, but lovely area. Breakfast selection and presentation was lovely, and great that it is offered until 12pm. Valet parking was good.

Bad points- The room didn't have an iron- nor did reception so wasn't possible to iron clothes that had been creased in suitcase. The room didn't offer tea or coffee facilities which I found surprising. The view from the room was horrendous. The balcony was lovely although we couldn't use it as was overlooking and directly next to a derelict building that was full of pigeons that was circling. We did ask for a different room but was told not possible which was a shame, as this horrendous view meant we could not use the balcony area or even leave doors open due to the pigeons so close to us.
I am slightly confused by all of the exceptional reviews for the hotel, as I am sure there are probably many better hotels. Although perhaps more expensive.

The hotel is two blocks from the beach and one block from restaurants and shops. However, it’s located in a side street so there is very little traffic or people noise.
The hotel is beautifully furnished and very clean.
Staff are both friendly and helpful.
Excellent selection of food at breakfast.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The hotel guest rooms and public areas were clean and beautifully appointed.
The staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was excellent.
There are plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes close by. The sea is a few minutes walk away.

The hotel itself was pleasant and in good shape. The staff and breakfast was lovely. However, our room/balcony looked directly into a building that was never completed and now the partial roof is decaying/falling apart, which provided an uneasy feeling. If you are staying here you should ask for a room not facing south.

We loved the Erbavoglio Hotel. before arrival we endured a Ryanair at their worst - our flight was diverted to Bari 350km to the south. After a six hour coach journey arriving at the hotel at 1am the hotel looked bright, clean and inviting. We were given a warm welcome and a cappuccino by the night porterwhich immediately made us feel better.

Our room was clean and well decorated, and breakfast is plentiful and of good quality. Be careful if you have a sweet tooth though as there are a lot of cakes on offer!

There is a great rooftop jacuzzi, with a sea view, loungers and a Sauna room. They also have a treatment room and we booked a massage, though these are a little pricey. The Hotel will also allow free use of a bicycle during your stay.

Though not directly on the brach the location is great - the sea is less than 10 minutes walk and the old town is within easy reach, especially via a nearby linear park and cycle route.

Overall we loved the hotel, it’s clean the facilities are good and and the staff were helpful and friendly.

I loved the staff, location, room.
Did not like the hidden fees.
Could not recommend this hotel because management is awful. When I asked for an explanation of certain fees he sent the front desk lady with a message which was, “no explanation, that’s it, sorry”.

The fact that the manager could come face his customers to explain certain fees is unprofessional and pathetic. Based on that I cannot recomend this to family or friends as I don’t want them to have to pay unexpected fees without reason or explanation

Hotel was very modern and served a fantastic breakfast served till 12pm. The hotel facilities where excellent like valet parking at a cost. The room we had was sufficient but would had preferred a bit more room for clothes as we where at the hotel for 1 week but had already been elsewhere for previous week hence extra clothing to hang up. All in all Barca fabulous time and would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights at the beginning of July after researching Rimini hotels and we were not disappointed.
From the moment we arrived the staff were very helpful and friendly and the whole place had a good feel about it.
We had a standard room, not a suite, but it was an adequate size & very clean & well equipped. The bed was very large and the bedding was changed every day. Both the bedroom & the bathroom were immaculately clean and the bathroom was modern with a very good shower.
The breakfast was extremely good with both a hot & cold selection and if you like cake for breakfast you will love it ! There are two small courtyard areas where you can eat your breakfast outdoors. The breakfast staff were very efficient & friendly.
On the roof top there is a lovely little pool/jucuzzi with great views over the city, which is well worth a visit, and over the beach. Drinks can be brought up to you in this area if required.
The public areas are beautifully decorated and there is a relaxing bar area where the prices are much cheaper than the bars/restaurants we visited outside. Not only that but the quality of the wine is vastly superior to the plonk in some of the restaurants.
Finally the staff, I don’t think we have ever been in a hotel where the staff was as friendly & efficient as those we met here. In particular I would like to mention Luana who attempted to help me with my limited Italian, she helped make our holiday so pleasurable. If I was the

This is an outstanding hotel with a luxury feel. The staff were helpful and friendl and they even brought a kettle to the room for us. The breakfast was self service (breads, fruit, pastries, yoghurts, cereals etc) with barista-made coffees.

The room was immaculate and the bathroom was spacious with a waterfall shower, fluffy towels and good toiletries.

The spa/jacuzzi/sauna area was immaculate and added a touch of luxury. The balcony view was of the next door buildings but the view from the rooftop jacuzzi pool was of the beautiful mountains and the town.

An absolutely lovely hotel to relax in.

A decent hotel in a good quiet location.
We enjoyed our short stay but we have a couple of points to make:-
The Rooftop hot tub was cold when we stayed and the sun beds around it were always in use on the 3 times (in 2 days) that we looked.
We asked for sun beds for our huge corner balcony but we were told to use those on the roof.... Well we would have if we could..!
The wifi whilst free was very slow.

Loving Rimini!

The hotel was a wonderful surprise! It is a very high standard and we enjoyed our stay so much we have vowed to stay again. We had two rooms - and travelled with our sixteen year old twins. The breakfast was lovely - everything one could ever think of and more. When parents and children approve it has to be good. It was also very close to the beach - all staff superb! 10/10

we went to Rimini basically because its close to a small city to attend a concert. The hotel is very clean but it doesn't have a sea view. our room was very clean but it was on the first floor, so you cant see anything! there was a big terras but its useless!
the best thing about this hotel is the pool on the 8th floor with sea view, it's very nice but a bit small and can get crowded.

We drove from Milan with the help of satnav. Unfortunately we could not find the hotel once in Rimini and took a long time to track it down as Expedia has the hotel address as Via Tripoli. The satnav had it down as Viale Tripoli so couldn't find the address. Beware!!

Schönes Hotel .Gemütliches, sauberes Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist überdurchschnittlich. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Pool auf dem Dach klein aber fein. Sehr empfehlenswert !!
