Lovely New Years stay

Amazing service as soon as we arrived from a lovely friendly lady on reception.
Easy efficient check-in, incredible value for money.

We didn’t use the resturant as we were out and about a lot of the time, but the bar was lovely, really quaint and cosy, lovely red wine.

Only negative was the pillows were a bit lumpy but I can live with that.

Overall I’d use this hotel again and recommend it, good location close to dive walking distance to everything.

The hotel does not offer any comfort. The bathroom is very small and tight. I couldn’t even take a shower properly because the shower head was loose. The pillows were saggy. The walls were releasing a white dust that got into my clothes. For the price we paid that hotel should offer at least a decent condition to stay

Nice breakfast and conveniently located hotel. Thumbs up.
During the check-in time, 1 passport/ ID doc should be sufficient for one person staying in one room. But the old guy asked for all 5 passports and visa, which was pretty annoying & frustrating as we checkedin pretty late around 11:45 PM. Please improve here, didnt like this experience at all.

I probably didn't look into it enough when I booked this hotel but it was affordable and did the job for a place to sleep.
It's pretty outdated but being my first time in Prague, it might be normal.
The staff were friendly and it's easy to find but I did find out on arrival that Expedia had only charged me a deposit and not the full price which I had to pay on arrival ( my fault as I didn't read the email but I've never had that with Expedia before and thought it was strange)
The room was old but it was cheap and I used it just to sleep, the bed was hard haha, it was almost like a sofa and was short (I'm 184cm) my feet hanging over the edge...
There seemed to be a person with a dog staying in the room next to me, the dog was yapping ( a small dog)
As I said it's cheap and friendly and does the job, just don't expect to much.

Aamupala ei ollut minkään luokittelun arvoinen, vanhoja tuotteita oli tarjolla. Mikä myös oli pienoinen järkytys että vastaanottovirkailija kuorsasi eli nukkui klo.22.00 vastaanottotilassa.

I liked the location and the price. The premises were way too old and not up to date. The worst aspect was the poor internet service. It was unreliable and very weak. The breakfast was very nice but the orange juice machine was out and there was not a replacement jar or something. It appeared to me that the staff did not care too much about us clients. They never smiled and were very cold.

Számunkra az Anette Hotel tökéletes volt, pár perc sétával elérhető az Óváros, Újváros.
A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész. Mindannyiunk ágya kényelmes volt, ott tartozkodásunk fénypontja pedig a reggeli volt, mely sokféle finomságból állt és aláfestésül egy hölgy zongorázott.

Ett trevligt och fint hotell som låg med perfekt avstånd till centrum, kanalen och mataffärer. Området var lugnt.

Hotellet var bra men frukosten var ganska dålig. Konstigt utbud och kändes väldigt ofräscht då råvaror legat framme hela morgonen utan att bytas. Brödet var torrt och filen såg klumpig ut.
Det kom ingen städning till hotellet. Vi fick inget nytt toapapper på hela veckan och de tömde inte soporna.

Personale arrogante e sempre arrabbiato soprattutto colui che aveva le funzioni di tecnico, abbiamo chiesto più volte di aumentare la temperatura della stanza visto che erano sempre fredde, si presentava arrogante e poco collaborativo lasciandoci al freddo per ultimo abbiamo chiesto l'orario della colazione arrabbiandosi toglie i quadro dove stava scritto l'orario per farci notare l'apertura. Veramente arrogante. il Migliore è Federico!

Struttura non centrale, in strada perpendicolare al fime Moldava, a circa 35 minuti a piedi dal centro storico, 10 minuti a piedi dalla Casa Danzante e 5 minuti da metropolitana Andel e fermata autobus n.191 (collegamento aeroporto).
La struttura e' datata anche se ristrutturata, la pulizia sufficiente. Colazione buona, molto varia ed abbondandante.
Il personale e' estremamente gentile e dispinibile.
Nel complesso il rapporto qualita'-prezzo e' buono.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig zum Erkunden der Stadt,man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen.
Leider sind die Zimmer sehr klein und eng und das Hotel liegt direkt an einer sehr lauten Straße...an erholsamen Schlaf ist da nicht zu denken.Frühstück geht so,nur der Kaffee schmeckt garnicht.

Lage des Hotels zur Altstadt ist hervorragend. Frühstück war für den Preis des Hotels ganz gut und ausreichende Auswahl. Parkplatz selbstverständlich sehr sehr schlecht (Tipp: mrparkit.com/de).
Zimmer und Bad nicht modern, aber im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis völlig ok (man kann nicht sparen wollen und Luxus erwarten). WLAN \"muckte\" manchmal, ansonsten aber vorhanden. Personal ist sehr freundlich (kein Deutsch).

Personalen i receptionen var trevliga. Sämre service i restaurangen. Äldre hotell, charmigt men slitet. Bra frukost. Nära till Andél station, ca 5 min promenad, där både Metro, spårvagnar och bussar passerade. Trädgården håller inte den standard som visas på hotellets bilder. Med hänsyn till priset ändå ett bra val.

Die Ausstattung ließ zu wünschen übrig. Statt einen Doppelbett, befanden sich 4 einzelne Betten im Zimmer. Das Badezimmer sah aus, als wäre es seit 30 Jahren nicht renoviert wurden. Steckdosen kaputt, dafür wurden Verlängerungskabel durch ganze Zimmer gelegt.

방 크기는 좀 작았는데 데스크 직원분이 너무 친절했고 2시 체크인인데 1시에 준비가 됐다며 먼저 들어보내 주어서 너무 좋았습니다 그리고 기대하지 않았던 조식이 생각보다 좋았습니다 유럽 전형적인 조식이었지만 가격대비 만족스러웠습니다 그리고 위치가 안델역 5분 거리라 공항에서 찾아오기도 편했고 버스로 다른 도시 넘어갈때 너무 편했습니다 길가에 호텔이 바로 있어서 무섭지도 않고 좋았습니다

Chambres (3) trop petites, salle de bain minuscule (ch. 24 et 26) impossible d’aller au toilettes sans toucher le lavabo, manque d’entretien. Moquette ayant vécu dans les halls et chambres à l’etage..Personnel aimable. Bon petit déjeuner. Bien situé par rapport au métro et aux moyens de transport.

De badkamer had schimmel, stof en vochteid. Niet schoongemaakt in onze verblijf, geen nieuwe handdoeken en beddengoed, niets verwisseld in onze verblijf.
Had ik van te voren en op tijd, een extra half dag geboekt om, voor mijn reis terug, te kunnen rusten en op de laatste moment, zei de hotelmedewerkster dat dat niet kon, want ze hadden andere gasten, tenzij al afgesproken was dat €20-
p.k. zou kosten. Toen moesten wij haasten en binnen 20 min, alles inpakken en weg zijn.
Nog iets, de hotel staat bij Trivago en op Faceboek, als een 4 sterren hotel, ik zou hoogstens 1 ster geven.....allen de ligging was de reding van de hotel.

Hotel Anette cumple con todas las expectativas y supera la proporción calidad-precio ya que el servicio y hospitalidad es excelente por un precio incomparable. El desayuno es riquísimo, estás en una a unos cuantos minutos del centro y todas las atracciones de Praga, es un hotel con silencio y una atención personalizada lo cual lo hace especial. La dueña del hotel, Anette es muy linda y tiene toda la personalidad para hacerte sentir en casa. La siguiente vez que regrese a Praga me hospedaré de nuevo en este hotel porque el precio y calidad es inigualable. Gracias!

Ubytování v blízkosti centra za rozumnou cenu.

V hotelu jsme trávili s přáteli 1 noc. Vzhledem k teplému počasí nám velmi chyběla lednička na pokoji.Ubytování bylo cenově výhodné. Snídaně velmi dobrá. Kladně hodnotíme velmi dobrou dostupnost do centra města. Pěšky 20 minut.
