The location of the hotel is great and is at the heart of where you want to be in Athens. The one challenge we had was being on the first floor we had some noisy neighbours above us. The hotel did move us after a couple of days which was great.

The \"porter\" assistance with our bags (we had to walk up the street with luggage as our room was in a different building from the Reception Area and breakfast room) was very cordial and greatly appreciated too, I would absolutely stay here again because of it's location.

Property entrance is bit tricky to find first time. Property is well maintained and has 24 hour reception service. Staff are good and can speak English decent. They helped us to to plan our trips to different popular destinations and also arranged transportation as needed. Dining options around the property are good and walkable. The only thing I did not like about this property is that you are not able to pull your car up stop and unload. We had to park in public parking lot and walk with our suitcases to the building.

This was a last minute booking because of other plans that fell through. We were so delighted and in the end, this was our favorite of the places we stayed in in Athens. Highly recommend! The location was great. The people were great. The rooms were fun and different and comfortable. We are thrilled this ended up being part of our travels!

Breakfast could be improved- being a vegetarian I literally had nothing to eat except bread and fruit. Kitchen staff refused to accommodate my request. Otherwise its a good place to stay.

The hotel is LOUD. Traffic outside is non stop. Banging from the people above us woke us up everyday as did the phone ringing at the front desk. Coffee pods weren’t filled, water wasn’t provided (like every other hotel). Front desk staff were lovely and helpful, but I really wished we stayed somewhere else.

My mom and I stayed here in this quaint little hotel. Our room was very nice and clean and the personnel was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in the middle of everything walking just a few minutes to restaurants and shopping. We walked to the acropolis and took about 20 minutes. We will definitely stay here again next time we are here!

Every thing in the property is of a high standard bed is big and comfortable, towels are thick and new, big choice of breakfast, a bit mean they didn’t replace water bottles. Only drawback is, it is on a very busy, noisy narrow street.

Quite a unique property situated in a great area! Room is very spacious and the cleanliness was superb. The quality of the towels and sheets are remarkable. Bed was not the best but good enough for a restful sleep. The complimentary breakfast was quite a surprise for us and was a great addition as they offered pretty good selection of food. I can truly say our stayed would have been perfect if not because of the opportunistic, money-making scheme, of some of the male staff at the reception.

It's gorgeous boutique hotel, very well located. Rooms are spacious, cozy and beautiful. The staff is excellent. We rented 3 rooms, for us was not an issue, but there is no elevator. Definitely the place our family will return once and once again.

Excellent room for a family of four in a lovely area of Athens. Bring ear plugs though as room was not soundproofed and we could hear every footstep, jump, bump, thud, etc. from the room above throughout the night. Used earplugs on night number two and we slept better. Our expedia VIP gold status didn’t lead to any perk or upgrade at the property. We mentioned this at checkin and front staff just said Expedia didn’t notify them of our gold status.

We stayed at the hotel twice (before and after an island trip). The location is excellent. Staff members are very nice and courteous. The breakfast is also great. However, the Superior Room is only on the \"first and second floors\"--in American terms it is on the second and third floors, there being no elevator, and the stairs are very steep and winding, so if you have mobility issues or are an elderly person, you should beware. I talked to the hotel about it for the first stay and received a first-floor room but did not specify it for our second stay--big mistake, for we ended up on the \"second floor,\" which was very challenging to get to. When I brought this up at the reception when checking in, the lady said, \"Well we are all full and you are the last guests who checked in today, so there's nothing we can do about it.\" While it was the honest truth, perhaps she could have been a little more diplomatic about it, especially considering they are supposed to be an \"Expedia VIP access hotel\" and we are Expedia VIP members, who in addition had recently stayed at their hotel just a week ago. BTW I think the \"Expedia VIP\" thing is a joke, not worth anything for a bottle of cheap wine that was too sweet for our taste.

This was just a short stay at the end of our vacation, but this cute boutique hotel is right in the middle of the best area of town, close to everything, and very clean and modern.
