The main building of the hotel looked nice. The restaurant where breakfast was served and the breakfast itself were good. The staff was nice. However, the building where we were accommodated needs renovation. The elevator did not seem safe, it looked very old, but I believe it is safe. The open entrance hallways did not seem very pleasant. The room was clean, but the condition of the bathroom and especially the kitchen area is very worn. The missing door on the kitchen unit, the condition of the refrigerator and the unclean microwave did not seem good. The bedroom and living room are okay, the advantage is the terrace with a nice view. The price was very good.

Was not informed works being carried out. Restaurant is more of a canteen with understaffing causing tables not being cleared soon enough. Singer in Restaurant/canteen during evening meal was told during eating that we had to pay an additional E3pp to eat there. Food unreplenished quick enough. Average food. Room was clean with no service change had to take towels into makeshift reception for changeover,.chairs on balcony split and cracked. Pool loungers so uncomfortable. Wont be back

The perfect place to stay in Denia. Fantastic room, super friendly staff, very clean. Just a short walk to the local beach, 10 minute walk to town and the main beach. So a perfect, quiet, area to chill and enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Loved staying here. Highly recommend it.

The room it self was ok but the gym is terrible the equipment is just nonfunctional and that was the reason I booked this place as we only book hotels with gym … and we travel a lot… I had my suspicions hance why I only booked one night at a time … even though we are in the area got much longer …

We were first time in Denia and booked the place with great expectations. Obviously covid had hit the property pretty hard, technical maintanance had been overlooked: heating pumps were noicy and laundry hangers were loose of the walls. Other than that, service was friendly and the place was in a good area, 15 mins walk to city center.

Bit disappointing

Stayed here for 1 night. Arrived early (2:30pm) for 4pm checked in but unable to enter the apartment because they claimed it wasn't ready for occupancy. But we're advised to use the restaurant and return in an 1hr and it will be ready by then.
The block we were in looked so tired and unloved. The lift was so scruffy and dirty. Because its winter season, the pool was full of dead leaves. Very dirty.
Breakfast was very pleasant. However, few of plates on the stock pile were dirty with gravy still on it. This was highlighted to the waitress. Reception was very good.

Not cycling friendly

Was stated that this was a \"bike/Cycling friendly\" hotel but this was not the case. No facilities to store bikes or bike boxes and felt we were made to feel we were a nuisance to the hotel staff.
Rooms were ok but in real need of update and decoration.

Pleasant break in Denia

We spent two nights at this hotel and had a good stay. You could not fault the apartments, incredibly well equipped, comfortable bed and an excellent shower.

The food in the restaurant was really good, we ate both breakfast and lunch and found there was a varied selection and plenty available.

The main negative for us was the noise around the pool and outdoor areas, due to the fact that all apartments look over the pool area you can hear whatever is going on. On the Friday we were unlucky enough to have a children’s birthday party so there was a lot of noise! Admittedly it didn’t go on late but made sitting out on your balcony impossible. The pool table can be intrusive if people are playing late at night.

It’s a shame that WiFi was not included and had to be purchased, once purchased it was then only for a single device which seemed unnecessary.

Overall we did have an enjoyable time and would probably stay again off season for a couple of nights but did find the majority of the reception staff quite miserable and were often ignored by the back room staff.

We were allocated room 150 for our stay. The air condition did not work so we reported this to reception. This was to be reported to engineering. Nothing happened so we reported the fault again. we were told that a spare part was required. On further investigation We found that the circuit breaker was off. We turned it on and the system worked but the condenser vibrated violently so it was turned off again. On inspection we found that one blade of the cooling fan was missing thus causing the out of balance vibration. Clearly this fault had existed for some time so the room should not have been given to us. For this reason we are demanding a suitable refund of our room rate as clearly we were not getting what we paid for.

We got off to a bad start due to the very poor check in process. There was no real organisation. About six or seven members of staff were about but only a couple worked. The process was long winded and the staff were more concerned with persuading their customers to purchase meals from the hotel than getting the check in completed. It was a hot day and the air conditioning was not working or had not been switched on. The floor in the, otherwise satisfactory apartment was not particularly clean. The apartment was a decent size and pretty well equipped.

Basic faults

Good sized rooms and a nice pool setting but don't think your going to get other basic amenities from this establishment. In this day and age any half star hostal in the back streets of anywhere has free WiFi on tap, yet Ogisaka Garden must consider that the lack of such a basic amenity enhances their reputation so be prepared to pay if you want to do anything online.
We were foolishly enticed into a half board deal to include a Cuban Music evening, the posters for which clearly showed a pair of Cuban style dancers, yet as good as the musical trio were, there was no sign of any dancing, at all. Also, the ''dinner'' was buffet style - definitely not everybody's cup of tea. I can only recall ever refusing to drink two bottles of wine in 50 years of sampling all kinds, but one of them was during this event. Never has there ever been such a totally tasteless white house wine served - and within a wine producing country!
I have never been so grateful at not booking a hotel half board: our half board deal also included breakfast, which was buffet style again but with fried eggs with what appeared to be rich golden yolks but which must have come straight from a refrigerator as they were so cold and with orange juice that had been watered down to an inch of total oblivion of any taste.
If you must book Ogisaka Garden be prepared to pay for Wifi and ensure that you eat all meals out as there are good restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Fantastic facilities including pools indoors and outdoors , Jacuzzi, sauna . Well equipped, clean rooms . We had a fab time with children . The only issue could pick on : noisy chairs when moving on the tiled floor which is really annoying for the next door and below neighbours especially at 2am . A few soft pads at the bottom of the legs would sort it.

Pros: Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful. Locate in a quiet area not too far for walking into town. Nice breakfast in the morning.
Cons: Wifi is overpriced, set dinner option was not very appealing and if you dont pay for the set dinner you are only allowed to order take-away and sit out on the deck. We ate the boxed food on the patio on quite a chilly evening.
The second bed, a pull out couch, is only a single cot...unless you choose to sleep another on the old couch itself. The bedroom blanket had brown stains on it and the mattress was quite stiff and covered in a \"rubber back\" sheet.
We would not be booking here if we return to Denia.

The hotel is a little in need of updating, but it's a nice friendly place, rooms are comfy if a little worn. Breakfast is only from about 08:00 which is a little late ( depending on why you are staying there ).
Food is pretty reasonable, service good - but the bar is odd, outside ?
Easy parking, easy to find, easy check in, not noisy.
It's an OK place to stay, but not fancy.

Excellent location to restaurants, the port & the beach. The beach is 1 min walk away. The port breakwater with some excellent restaurants is about a 3 minute walk. Some excellent restaurants is the Latitude & the Republic. The Republic is a bit pricier than the Latitude but has good food also. Great place on the port breakwater for a drink is the Due. Gin & tonic special on Thursdays! Vino special on Mondays!
There is a corner store (Supermercado Tropicana) about 30 second walk where you can get all you need, including vino, bread, water, produce, meat. Great tapa restaurant by the Q Fitness place in the same Tropicana Plaza.
The resort swimming pool was very clean & maintained. Bring your own beach towels, or buy some at the beach store on the main beach road (1 min walk).
Room has a washing machine, kitchen, coffee maker, juicer. A little outdated style but very clean. The beds were a bit hard..we would buy an air mattress next time from the beach store to put on the beds.
Downtown is only about 1.5 km away. A cab is only 6 euros one way.
Overall, we would stay here again. Location, room & amenities were excellent.

We had a lovely stay at the Ogisaka Gardens Hotel. Checkin was welcoming and informative about the hotel and local area. No queue for us.

Gym, Sauna, indoor pool were a nice bonus, used by the locals and looked to be quite popular but not at all overcrowded.

Didn't really used the bar and restaurant as we used the local beach bar and restaurants.

Just back from our stay ,room was exceptionally clean and tidy ,we had maid service everyday always a smiley face ....beach 5 mins walk ,few shops and bars 5mins 15 min walk to marquee de campo (Main Street ). Lovely buzzy town with beautifull beaches close by and amazing restaurants .....the only downside was that the pool was too cold to use .
If the pool was usable and had a thin duvet instead of blankets I would seriously give this place 5/ 5 !! We didn't eat gere so I can't rate the food ..all in all fab !

close to beach and a beautiful harbour

denia is great for familes very child friendly with lots of great restaurants. our apartment was better than expected with a nice pool and friendly staff. your about 15 min walk from main town denia 5min from harbour and beaches. a better beach is about 20mins walk. on our last night we walked into the back streets near the castle and found lots of lovely tapas bars with 2euros a drinks and free tapas with each drink ordered. we had been spending 70 euros on the front main road restaurants and it was a mear 26 euros in the back streets worth a look. Denia is all about food good wine and sandy wide beaches.

what a great place

for an apart hotel this place is fab - it has a hot tub, sauna, pool and also a gym - we took a package when we arrived for 15€ per person per day - you could get one meals per day and one, 30 minuet massage to be taken on any day (just one massage not each day) - very near to the beach area for nice walks - the room was relay nice just like the photo - and the outdoor pool area in the summer will be beautiful - its winter now though you wouldn't think so the sun is very warm - hotel reception staff very nice and helpful - restaurant food good choice - like most hotels a bit cold but there is a microwave but all in all a very nice break for us as we live in spain - we will go again

The staff here make you so welcome and speak english well, the cleaners do a great job too. We stayed 9 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, comfy beds and living area. the pool looked nice but was too cold to use as was december but we made the most of using the indoor pool. they also had a gym and sauna, nice changing rooms. they have a restaurant on site , food looked good though we never ate there. There is a lovely marina a mere 5 min stroll away with gorgeous bars and restaurants, reasonable prices too. We would definately stay at these apartments again and highly recommend to everyone, especially families.

This place is quite near the Denia marina and not that far from the centre of town, but is essentially a small walled resort of the type British sitcoms used to go to when the series was getting stale - it has activities up on the board for each day, and menus as well. The pool is the centrepiece and isn't too enticing. Kids everywhere, angry parents lurking in the cramped and dated poolside area. I would not recommend it unless you are Boycey and Trigger.

The hotel rooms have not been renovated for a very long time. We requested a double bed, but received to single beds. The beds were not comfortable either. The cooker did not have an oven and it took 20min to heat up. Also there was no washing machine. There was no hair drier or iron. We stayed for 11 days and these utilities start missing after the first week.

Bra, hotell anläggning ( även om den var lite äldre). Perfekta lägenheter m terass ( vi fick dock knapp ngn sol ☀️där i nov) . Härligt med inomhus pool, jaquzzi och bastu ( nästan helt själva där i nov). Affärer och restauranger ( finns ngn närmre) ligger drygt 1 km bort så det gäller a kunna gå. Tram stationen ligger drygt 1 km bort också. Strandpromenaden alldeles nära.

Ya es la 3a o 4a vez que nos alojamis en Ona Ogysaka G. Nos gusta pero deberían ir pensando en poner al dia muchas instalaciones (portales, ascensores e incluso mobiliario de los apartamentos, las camas, salvo que tengas suerte y consigas de 2 camas, son enanas de 135cms x 180/190 . Crei que ya va siendo hora de actualizar muchas cosas). La atención del personal es de 10, fabulosa

Trivdes överlag bra med faciliteten. Perfekt för 2 personer men trångt för 4. Var där 3 veckor och hade städning 3 gånger ,vilket funkar bra då det finns möjligheter att slänga skräp och flaskor utanför hotellet. Toalettpapper fick man be om mera i receptionen. Kabelkanalerna var 2 franska och 2 engelska resten spanskt, det skulle funnits en tysk också men den fick dom själva inte heller in .

Innergården och poolen lite mörkt men fina solverandor där man kan sola. Läget helt ok, nära till både närmsta strand, ca 5 min och till stadskärnan med ca 20 min.

En las fotos parece una cosa, pero es otra totalmente diferente. Edificio bastante antiguo, piscina que deja que desear.
En el apartamento te dan tres toallas y no pidas más, que no te van a dejar.
El sofá cama, pequeño.

No creo que vuelva

Solo me parece un la entrada a las 5 de la tarde y la salida a las 10 de la mañana es excesivo, si tengo que volver a Denia iré a otro sitio sobre todo por los horarios y tener que pagar 5 euros de internet al día y para un solo dispositivo, también me parece excesivo. La próxima vez leeré un poco mejor todas las condiciones y letra más pequeña.

decepcion en todos los sentidos

la puerta de la terraza no cerraba y en lugar de cambiarnos de apartamento nos toco esperar a que intentaran arreglarla , cosa que no funciono y acabaron fibalmente cambiandosno. la habitacion sin perchas y el telefono de la habitacion no funcionaba . llamabas al telefono a recepcion desde el telefono personal y no lo cogian. por otro lado, el encargado nos intento vender un paquete de medis pension y como no quisimos, ya ni buenos dias....mos dejamos el cargador del movil 100 por cien seguro y no ha aparecido, sin olvidar la chica de la limpieza que entro como pedro por su casa sin ni siquiera llamar a la puerta ....se salva el chico de recepcion dimo petrov creo recordar que se llamaba , muy correcto y profesional. la habitacion alto viejilla y desgsstada....aparta hoteles muy muy normales....

El apartamento amplio, limpio y con todos los utensilios de cocina y también plancha, lavadora.
Lastima que por el COVID no pudimos disfrutar de las instalaciones comunes.

Hotel familiar, tipo apartamentos, con salon con cocina y terraza. Reservamos cuatro camas individuales pero era una doble y un sofa cama, este último un poco duro. Tiene aire acondicionado tanto en la habitación como en la sala. La piscina estaba muy bien y la ubicación también nos gustó. Lo malo es que la cobertura del móvil era muy mala, Orange en nuestro caso no iba. El Wi-Fi de pago nos pareció excesivo, 5 euros diarios para un solo dispositivo. Personal muy amable.

Sympa mais un peu daté.

Très propre. Équipement mobilier et cuisine vieillots et absence totale d'isolation phonique. WiFi payant (20€ 5 jours !!!). Accès piscine intérieure chauffée et spa gratuits (bonnet de bain obligatoire 😳).

Omodernt hotell och alldeles för dyrt.

Hotellet låg långt utanför. Det var dyrt men ändå ingick inte frukost. Hela hotellet kändes lite 70-80-tal. Man var tvungen att checka ut kl 10.00? Hade inte valt detta hotell om vi vetat det.

Buen apartahotel

Apartahotel muy recomendable. Eramos 4 adultos y el apartamento consta de una amplia habitación con cama de matrimonio, un cuarto de baño (con ducha) y cocina y salón juntos, dos amplias terrazas que dan a la piscina. En el salón hay un sofá cama para dos personas. Dos tv. Cocina con nevera (pequeña), lavadora, tostador, cafetera, exprimidor .
Hemos estado en el puente de octubre y hemos tenido suerte, hacía muy buen tiempo. La piscina exterior estaba abierta (10 a 14 y 16 a 20 horas), es muy bonita con un montón de tumbonas. El spa (pequeñito) estaba abierto y entra en el precio, tiene una piscina climatizada (una también para niños), sauna y jacuzzi. También hay gimnasio incluido en el precio.
La playa está cerca, pero no es una playa muy grande y en este puente estaba muy descuidada (estaba llena de montañas de algas, la verdad el ayuntamiento podía haberse preocupado de limpiarla, otras playas donde estuvimos (Benidorm o Jávea) estaban muy limpias.
En definitiva unos apartamentos donde se puede estar muy cómodos y a un buen precio, además con las comodidades de un hotel (limpieza de habitaciones, restaurante, spa, etc)

Complexe prop de la platja

La playa q está cerca del hotel no es muy buena . Tiene muchas algas y a veces vienen malos olores. No la limpian diariamente como otras. El hotel relación calidad precio pasable . Un poco caro para los servicios q dan .
