Location was conveniently located close to ENSMA. Room was a bit noisy when neighbours were active at night. Room condition was good. Great value for the price.

This was a one night stop over and so we didn’t expect much. Room was OK, breakfast also OK. Lack of how water in the room was a definite issue, we didn’t find out about this until our morning showers by which time it was too late to do anything.

My worst hotel experience
The room had absolutely no heating. The temperature was -1c. It would be impossible to sleep in a room at this temperature. We were offered another room. This also had no heating. Eventually reception averred us a portable room heater.
Also, we plugged our car in to the electric charger at 11pm for an overnight charge. We were charged 130 euros - the most expensive charge we have ever had. they charge for time (not electricity). Are you expected to get up in the middle of the night to unplug your car? Also, there was no indication of the cost or conditions at the charger. It was only when the cost came through on our credit card.
The hotel is rated as 3 star. I do not think it deserves 1 star.

A lovely hotel with the most AMAZINGLY helpful and charming 'after hours' receptionist, Jeremy. He went out of his way to be helpful and accommodating .. not many would have been so helpful as he was. As we had suffered a 6-hour delay at Eurotunnel, at the start of our journey, we were not able to arrive at the hotel until 2am, and were understandably very tired and exhausted, but Jeremy did his best to make everything as easy as possible for us.. a million 'thank-yous' Jeremy!

Great location north of Poitiers and easily found off the autoroute. Rooms clean, plenty of parking. Food not cheap, however quality is good. As the room price is excellent - food cost is easily absorbed.

Perfect for an overnight stop over if heading south to spain, right on the motorway and plenty of choice for eating but to be fair, campanile restaurants are always very good. Lots of open parkland surrounding the hotel if you are travelling with dogs.

Very disappointed with our room. There was no blind at window only a net. Felt uncomfortable with people walking by. As we laid in bed. The hotel was very difficult to find. Not sign posted .

Hotel for Futurescope on budget
We have stayed at this brand hotel previously and although not as modern as other hotels was perfect for a budget hotel for 1 night. We were in a disabled apartment so larger than normal. We went for dinner very late and restaurant was extremely busy but we were prepared to wait as the food lived up to expectations from other hotels we stayed at.

Just seen the bit on the right. As I'm still waiting for Expedia to explain what happened with the booking system I cannot continue at the moment with this review. But despite the apparent non-booking the hotel bent over backwards to accomodate us and could not have done more to make our stay memorable. I hope someone will read and act on this. Tony Poles.

Like sleeping on the floor!
We were pleased to be offered un upgrade to the new generation room, which gave our son a bed instead of an underbed pull-out. However our double bed mattress was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor, which gave us both a lot of back pain, which is unfortunate as we had previously stayed at the Campanile near Eurodisney which had a confortable mattress and this was one of the reason we chose that hotel chain. However this hotel is extremely well located for a visit to Futuroscope.

Despite there appearing to be 3 Campanile hotels in the area, 2 with the same address!, the hotel was very acceptable; clean & comfortable with limited tea/coffee making facilities. Room water supply was off briefly when we arrived (early afternoon) but service was quickly restored. Evening meal (buffet) was excellent; quite varied and tasty. Breakfast although busy was very good. Very convenient for Futuroscope; 10 mins walk.

Det var dobbelt så dyrt som det burde være. Der var mørkt i rummet, bruseren er en “smart” model, der spare vand, men gør at vandet er lunken 10-15 cm. væk, men nærmest kogende tæt på. Derudover var der fugtigt på gulvet, måske på grund af en vandskade.

Hôtel qui devrait porter 2 étoiles pour la chambre. En effet le lit double n'était pas confortable. Il était très mou et les oreillers étaient très fermes. De plus il y a avait un 2ème lit superposé qui était installé assez bas, en conséquence nous nous sommes cognés la tête au réveil. Autre point négatif, le mousseur de la salle de bain pour faire des économies d'eau. En effet, nous avions l'impression de nous laver avec de l'écume d'eau. Pas vraiment agréable. Sinon, les chambres sont propres, calmes et la restauration ainsi que le personnel sont conformes à l'attendu.

arrivé le 1er janvier à 16h, nous avons du attendre avant de pouvoir intégrer notre chambre. Dans celle ci il faisait très froid. Nous avons appelé l'accueil et ce fut le début de nos difficultés avec une employé de celui-ci.
Après plus d'une heure et demi, le chauffage est revenu. La personne de l'accueil ne s'est jamais excusée pour son manque d'empathie et de réactivité.
Les salariés de la partie restauration sont au top.
Le lendemain matin nous avons eu une discussion avec la responsable du site qui s'est montrée très à l'écoute de nos récriminations envers l'accueil.
Elle nous a proposé un geste commercial.
Moralité : tout se serait bien passé si dès le début quelqu'un de compétent et d'efficace avait été à notre écoute

Un peu de bruit il faudrait penser à lubrifier des charnières de portes autres chambres environnantes qui grincent.
Petit déjeuner très copieux hélas quelques produits un peu trop industriels comme la charcuterie, le fromage, saucisses snack accompagnant les œufs brouillés trop grasse (industrielles) Il faudrait plus de qualité.
On ferait la même remarque sur le dîner du réveillon du 31 c'était bien mais quelques produits manquait de qualité car probablement industriels aussi pour autant le personnel et les cuisiniers ont fait un très bon travail. Globalement un bon dîner un peu cher car formule buffet copieuse sans être forcément savoureuse sur certains produits proposés.
En résumé, nous sommes satisfaits, à recommander mais mériterait une amélioration sur le rapport qualité prix même si raisonnable pour ce type d'hébergement.

L’hôtel Campanile est vraiment très bien ! La chambre pour 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants) étaient très propre avec une literie confortable.
Le restaurant de l’hôtel propre et moderne, très agréablement surprise par la carte appétissante.
A 10 mn à pied du Futuroscope ce qui nous a facilité la tâche.

Nous y avons passé une nuit. L'accueil bien, service bar et restauration tres bien, la chambre correcte si ce n'est que la poubelle etait encore remplie des déchets du précédent occupant et il etait impossible d'ouvrir le volet roulant, la poignee de manivelle étant cassée et absente. L'hôtel en a pris note pour la reparation.
