Nice newer hotel, too pricey for what they offer. Clean room and facility but little things are missing to say its the perfect hotel/stay. For example room service only every second day, staff promissed on previous phone calls to separate the beds in the room, which I found out after arrival that it wasn't possible with the room they gave us. That was pretty upsetting since I traveled with my older father for his birthday. The staff wasnt hardly able to communicate in english. Towels had to be exchanged at front desk, ect. As I said, little things. Big negative thing was the closed outdoor pool with daily
construction noise. Perfect was the breakfast buffet and the availability to open the window (9th floor) for a fresh sea breeze . Overall a nice stay but I have seen in same price range better accommodations.

We loved our stay at Aja Hotel Warnemünde. The area is filled with fun oceanside stands, is very walkable, and close to the Strom harbor area. There are many bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, had a nice view of the ocean and we loved the free breakfast buffet and cake and coffee in the afternoon. Great pool and spa area! Highly recommend.

More like 3 star. Very expensive but no refrigerator, no front desk dial, no safe and no amenities in room. Extra 30 euros a day for parking and no other option. Good location and breakfast. Some rude staff.

The buffet should have handled a lot better. Children will allowed to up to the buffet without mask and without their parents. I thought this was a terrible display of cleanliness especially during this time of COVID-19.

Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel location is very good & only steps away from the beach. The room was lacking many basic things like slippers, a phone,AC, fridge or even complimentary water bottles. Toiletries were very limited to all in one Shampoo.

They have a mini market which was a good thing.
No playroom for biliard or table tennis but you can rent bicycles.

Awesome hotel at awesome location
The hotel is situated right on the beach. Hotel is very clean and tidy and I found it very comfortable. Don't forget to try the breakfast, they have quite a large spread. I'm looking forward to try the Spa and massages next time

We had a great experience, we are from Canada and had excellent service from the front desk, who spoke great English. Very comfortable and relaxing. Close to the beach and boardwalk, walk into town, very lovely. The included breakfast was excellent.

Beautiful Property located on the beach walk. The addition of Nivea products in the room....two thumbs up! Also the breakfast that was included was plentiful with so much variety. The only minus was no A/C as it was so hot the days I was there, though very few hotels in Europe have A?C.

Das Gesamtpaket ist für mich stimmig. Die geräumigen sauberen Zimmer, die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und im Service sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Und der direkt Zugang zum Spa ist komfortabel. Man hat eben alles was man braucht, um für ein paar Tage die Seele baumeln zu lassen, um sich zu erholen und den Alltag zu vergessen.

Das Zimmer war an sich sehr schön. Allerdings läuft die Lüftung ununterbrochen, so dass es ständig zieht im Zimmer. Lüftung lässt sich nicht manuell steuern. Wir mussten die Lüftung mit Kissen zustellen, damit es einigermaßen aushaltbar war. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Reinigungspersonal meist ausländisch mit leider großen Sprachbarrieren. Frühstücksbuffett sehr gut, allerdings fördern die Kaffeeautomaten zu Hochzeiten unnötigen Stau, man muss lange anstehen, da die Maschine sehr langsam arbeitet; das ist leider etwas nervig. Ansonsten leckeres Frühstücken mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Die HP ist allerdings sehr teuer und hat uns gar nicht zugesagt, auch vom Geschmack und vom Angebot her - daher hier leider einen Punkt Abzug. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, leider aber doch ziemlich \"ab vom Schuss\" - bis zum Alten Strom läuft man gut 15 Minuten, was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat. Der Spa-Bereich ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Alles in allem ein sehr sauberes und hochwertiges Hotel, was ich gern weiterempfehle.

Pas de room service ! S’il est possible d’admettre le principe un jour, alors pas un jour. Linge de lit propre, ainsi que le fond nettoyé des résidus de sable est un minimum. Parce que tout le reste est en ordre, malgré le manque d’efficacité de la réception et un manque d’équipement des chambres (bouilloire, cafetière, réfrigérateur).

Die Lage an der Promenade ist natürlich toll, auch das Personal, insbesondere im Restaurant sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich persönlich fand die Zimmeratmosphäre etwas zu nüchtern, auch hätte ich mir mehr Stauraum für Bekleidung gewünscht, leider auch keine Badelatschen im Zimmer. Aber insgesamt ein schönes Hotel

Alles in Allem ist es ein Betonklotz, wo Preis/ Leistung bei weitem nicht stimmt. Die Zimmer schmutzig und ungemütlich. Selbst nach Beschwerde würde nicht gereinigt. Es hat mich eher an ein FDGB Ferienheim erinnert. Leute im Bademantel, der Service beim Frühstück unfreundlich und überlastet. Beim Frühstück müsste man einen Platz erkämpfen und ewig am Buffet in der Schlange stehen. Das ist nicht mein Stil...Aber wir haben später eine Entschuldigung von der Leitung bekommen und einen Preisnachlass. Danke

Hier stimmt meiner Ansicht nach das Preis Leistung Verhältnis nicht .Viel zu teuer für Zimmer ohne Mini Bar kein Safe im Zimmer ,kein kostenloses Wasser und es wird auch nur alle zwei Tage gereinigt .Bei einem Strand Hotel mit dem ganzen Sand welcher überall im Zimmer ist schon sehr nervig .Auf der Terrasse wurden nur Auflagen auf die Sitzgelegenheiten gelegt wenn man danach gefragt hat und das bei besten Wetter ,da hatte man wohl keine Lust auf Gäste die gerne etwas länger bleiben .In den öffentlichen Bereichen sind die Lüftungsrohre sehr staubig und auch der Eingangsbereich von der Promenade ins Restaurant ist nicht sehr einladent alles verschmutzt und voller Vogel Hinterlassenschaften .Das Personal im Restaurant ist sehr freundlich und gibt sich viel Mühe ,das Frühstück und Abendbuffet ist sehr gut ,hier ein großes Lob .Zum Frühstück kann man sich einen Prosecco 0.1 für 4 Euro kaufen das ist in jedem anderen Hotel in dieser Preisklasse kostenlos dabei .Das Hotel ist nur auf Gewinn ausgelegt bei geringer Leistung .Ich würde dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall wieder buchen .

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt recht angenehm.
Das Hotel wirkt relativ modern. Personal war nett und meist zuvorkommend.
Der Spa-Bereich war schön, sauber und von der Größe her ausreichend. Lediglich die Temperatur der Whirlpools war uns etwas zu kühl, 2 grad über Schwimmbecken hat uns persönlich nicht gereicht.
Die Zimmer waren soweit in Ordnung, nur hatten wir bei uns nicht wirklich das Gefühl, dass ordentlich geputzt wurde. Laut Rezeption soll alle zwei Tage geputzt werden, das wirkte bei uns nicht so. Auch die Handtücher, welche wir zum Tausch auf den Boden gelegt hatten, wurden nicht angerührt.
Das Frühstück war gut, uns hat es da an nichts gefehlt.

Die Zimmer sind einfach und teuer, ohne Wasserkocher oder die Möglichkeit Trinkwasser zu zapfen. Ein Zimmerservice findet nicht jeden Tag statt. Ostseesand am Fußboden ist somit vorprogrammiert.

Herrliches Hotel! Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt dort. Alles war wunderbar sauber, sehr gut organisiert und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Großer Pluspunkt ist der Eintritt ins Schwimmbad, welcher für Hotelgäste priorisiert ist. Im Zimmer könnten (wie im Vorjahr schon mal angemerkt) mehr Haken für nasse Handtücher und Bademäntel angebracht werden.

Wieder hervorragendes Buffet morgens und abends. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Zimmer in der 8. Etage war mittelmäßig vom Standard. Abschminktücher und Klimaanlage wären wünschenswert. Die Bademäntel waren sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Ansonsten Lage top; Parkhaus praktisch direkt vor der Tür. Wir kommen wieder.

Zunächst möchte ich sagen, dass das Einzelzimmer für über 200€ für mich eine doch sehr teure Buchung war. Umso erstaunter war ich dann, welche Dinge nicht (!) geboten werden:
-keine saftey box / safe im Zimmer
-kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer (auch nicht zum Ausleihen)
-kein täglicher Zimmerservice ( nur alle zwei Tage)
Mein Zimmer war im 3.Stock, direkt über der Raucherterrasse. Bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen bedeutet: es riecht nach Rauch im Zimmer!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Die Lage direkt am Strand und Ausblick auf die Ostsee vom Zimmer. Sehr empfehlenswert war jeweils das Buffet zum Frühstück und Abendessen. Das Ambiente ist sehr einladend und die Mitarbeiter/innen sind sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Uns hat das Gesamtkonzept gut gefallen. Allerdings hatte die Vollbelegung zur Folge, dass uns als Frühstückszeit nur die Wahl zwischen 7.00 Uhr und 10.45 zur Auswahl blieb. Ebenso war es problematisch, das Abendbuffet nachzubuchen. Das Personal bemühte sich, uns tageweise die Möglichkeit doch noch einzuräumen, die Entscheidung konnte aber immer nur direkt vor Einnahme des Abendbrotes getroffen werden, so dass man sich nicht zuverlässig darauf einstellen könnte. Die Auswahl der Gerichte mit Fleisch war sehr begrenzt. Wirklich kritikwürdig ist der Service der Bedienung aufgrund der personellen Ausstattung im Bereich der Bar. Wir waren doch recht unzufrieden damit, wirklich eine Stunde lang dort gar nicht bedient worden zu sein. Im Anschluss an eine Bestellung nach langer Wartezeit haben wir keine Nachfolgebestellung mehr aufgeben können. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass das Personal unterbesetzt war und die zuständige Kellnerin resigniert hatte und der Situation nicht gewachsen war.

Die Bettdecken waren viel zu warm. Der Wind zog laut unter der Hoteltür durch, als wir dass Fenster abgeklappert hatten. Der Aufzug war immer zu hören. Über der WC-Tür war keine Wand, man saß sozusagen im Zimmer auf Toilette und die Lüftung funktionierte nicht. Kein Zimmerservice und das gerade zu Coronazeiten. Man konnte sich unten im Restaurant etwas bestellen und dann mit hoch nehmen. Vorbestellen ging jedoch nicht. Man musste sich ins Restaurant setzen und 15 Minuten warten bis das Essen zubereitet war. Chaos am Frühstücksbüffet und wenig Auswahl. Der Wellnessbereich war im oberen Bereich ganz schön. Allerdings hätte man immer eine Treppe runterlaufen müssen, um mal in den Pool gehen zu können, der dann noch voller Kinder war. Fazit: Deutlich überteuert für diese Qualität.
