Tolles Hotel in Top Lage. Nettes Personal, alles sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist recht einfach, hier fehlte uns das gewisse Etwas.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, auch wenn zunächst eine Zudecke fehlte. Zwischendurch mal einen Kaffee trinken an der Rezeption, war auch immer möglich. Die Lage ist optimal, um die Stadt oder Warnemünde zu erreichen, denn mit der Gästekarte kann man den ÖPNV kostenlos nutzen.

Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sauber. Die üblichen Gebrauchsspuren sind auch hier zu finden. Nach 22.30 Uhr keinerlei Aufenthaltsmöglichkeit außerhalb der Zimmer, da der komplette Rezeptionsbereich abgeschlossen wird. Sehr schade, dass man dazu keinerlei Information auf der Hotelseite findet. Frühstück ok, mehr aber auch nicht.

Uns wurde gesagt man kann auf Bedarf einfach Bescheid geben, was für uns okay war. Jedoch wurde nach der Anfrage auf Säuberung nach ein paar Tagen ausschließlich das Badezimmer aufgeräumt & Handtücher gewechselt. Nicht einmal neues Toilettenpapier wurde nachgefüllt. Der Rest des Zimmers wurde nicht gestaubsaugt, Müll wurde nicht abgeholt (was eigentlich alle 2 Tage geschehen sollte) und das Bett würde auch nicht neu bezogen.

We stayed for a night at ANA Hotel Rostock and it was very nice. The double room was modern and comfortable. The lobby was nice and offered a bunch of cozy seats as well as games like shuffle board. The staff was extraordinarily nice and welcoming.

Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet und das Bett war bequem. Einen Punkt ziehe ich bei der Sauberkeit wegen des Bades ab. Alles in allem war es aber sauber! Der Rezeptionist wirkt auf mich etwas verwirrt (vegaß z.b., dass ich schon bezahlt hatte, wann die Frühstückszeiten sind), war aber sehr freundlich!

Die Einrichtung ist neu/modern, aber ohne jeglichen Komfort. Wasserkocher, der noch altes Wasser enthielt und komplett verkalkt war. Keine Tassen oder irgendein anderes Geschirr, keinerlei Bad Utensilien. Es roch merkwürdig im Zimmer, man musste mit offenem Fenster schlafen, dadurch war es sehr laut wegen der Straße. Zimmer war ansonsten sauber.

Goed hotel dichtbij centrum Rostock. Koffie op de ruime kamer. Parkeerplaatsen beschikbaar, maar als je om 17:00 aankomt, is alles al vol. Dan moet je geluk hebben als je rondom het hotel langs de straat kunt parkeren, anders moet je ca. 5 minuten lopen naar een grote openbare parkeerplaats (gratis parkeren tussen 18:00-8:00). Ontbijt prima, ruime ontbijtzaal. Geen restaurant, maar restaurants aan het water en in het centrum op loopafstand

Es wurde kein Parkplatz zur Verfügung gestellt, obwohl einige frei waren. Ein unbewachter Platz in mehr als 1 km ist eine Zumutung, ebenso sich im Wohngebiet irgendwo einen Platz zu suchen abends um 22 Uhr. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war unfreundlich und genervt. Dieses Hotel werden wir nicht wieder buchen.

Er war sensationell: die Hilfsbereitschaft des weiblichen Rezeptionsengerls, das Bad, das Zimmer (511), und aussergewöhnlich reichhaltig und gut, das Frühstück, die Freundlichkeit des Personal. Etwas vergessen? Glaube nicht!
Doch: auf meinen Hinweis, dass selbstverständlich in Hotels nicht geraucht werden darf, aber Raucher auch Menschen sind und nicht Wind und Wetter ausgesetzt sein möchten, erklärte man mir, dass bei der Eingangstür um die Ecke ein gedeckter Bereich sei. Wer wird schon gerne „um die Ecke gebracht?
Viel schöner wäre es, befände sich im Eingangsbereich ein mit Glas oder durchsichtigem Kunststoff überdachter Bereich. Das würde nicht die Welt kosten, weniger als die Umbenennung der Hotelkette!
Über ein feedback würde sich ein sonst rundum zufriedener (und wiederkehrender) Gast freuen.

Doch: auf meinen Hinweis, dass selbstverständlich in Hotels nicht geraucht werden darf, aber Raucher auch Menschen sind und nicht Wind und Wetter ausgesetzt sein möchten, erklärte man mir, dass bei der Eingangstür um die Ecke ein gedeckter Bereich sei. Wer wird schon gerne „um die Ecke gebracht?
Viel schöner wäre es, befände sich im Eingangsbereich ein mit Glas oder durchsichtigem Kunststoff überdachter Bereich. Das würde nicht die Welt kosten, weniger als die Umbenennung der Hotelkette!
Über ein feedback würde sich ein sonst rundum zufriedener (und wiederkehrender) Gast freuen.

Mein Mann und ich waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden und kommen gern wieder. Es ist sehr modern und komfortabel. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und nett.
Leider besteht zurzeit eine riesengroße Baustelle, dadurch ist die Ein- und Ausfahrt unübersichtlich und nicht gut ausgeschildert. Und wenn man die Fenster öffnet ist es sehr laut.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, wir waren auf Durchreise nur für eine Nacht im Hotel. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich.

Ein tolles Hotel am Stadtrand - sehr gute Anbindung an Sbahn & Tram. Warnowufer nur die Straße runter. Super freundliches Personal.
Klitzekleiner Minuspunkt: in der Beschreibung steht, dass die Zimmer Smart TV haben. Dies war zumindest bei uns nicht der Fall - für abends wäre es schon ganz cool, wenn man Netflix oder so anmachen könnte. :)

The parking is very limited and there is no options close by. The streets around the hotel are under construction and the signs for alternative roads is poor. I had difficulties to find the hotel.

Hotellet är ett bra hotell. Väldigt bra rum. Ett modernt hotell. Det är uppskattat att man kan ta kaffe vid receptionen. Området kring hotellet väl inte det bästa men det duger för en eller några övernattningar. Hotellet har en skyddad parkering vilket är bra. Jag parkerade min motorcykel där. Jag tycker att 15 euro är för dyrt för en motorcykel, men om alternativet är en publik parkeringsplats 500m från hotellet så har man inget val.Jag hade inget val och ville inte argumentera om det. En motorcykel behöver inte mycket utrymme och kan placeras på begränsat utrymme. Andra liknande hotell brukar inte ta betalt för att erbjuda en skyddad plats för en motorcykel.
