The hotel isn't centrally located but has a nice spa (even though it was partially closed when we were there). The sauna was really nice. The bar has a rock and roll theme and a big selection of drinks and cocktails. The restaurant was closed due to Corona restrictions and you couldn't even get snacks at the bar. Should be solved starting next week though.

Our stay at TRIHotel!
It's a beautiful hotel and the rooms are comfortable and perfect for a couple. Unfortunately, our room was close to the lifts and hallways entrances so there was a lot of noise. If we stay again, we will stay for longer so that we can take advantage of the relaxation services (massage, spa bath and saunas).

TriHotel is NOT for familys with young children.
This was the second time my family had chosen this hotel for a stay in the Rostock area. The first time we stayed here we had a good experience, but the second time was the exact opposite. The hotel has a new management team and customer service is clearly not a high priority. Everything from the check in to check out had issues. The rooms are small, dated, and dark. Beware, there is also no air conditioning. Instead they give you a fan you can plug into the wall. They don't tell you that they also charge for parking now which was another policy change from the first time we stayed there. We had two small children with us and they decided to give us room over their conference center. On the weekend, they had a wedding that went until 2am! The noise was unbearable. During the week, business people were constantly making noise. The noise between the rooms is also very loud due to the thin walls. I would avoid this hotel and recommend travelers choose one of the newer hotels closer to the Rostock Zentrum (Center of town).

Great hotel for travelers with pets
Arriving way too early for my room reasonably to be ready, but in a hurry to get to my meetings, I wasn't sure what to do with my dog (included in my reservation). The hotel manager immediately offered a solution: he would keep my dog in his office, and the staff would walk him in the nearby woods throughout the day and take care of him until I returned. When I came back late that evening, I was met by a very happy dog who had made new friends among the hotel staff. Thank you!

Ved indcheckning blev vi oplyst om at morgenmad og parkering var inklusiv. Dette var vi også helt overbevidst om vi havde bestilt med fra starten.
Men ved udcheckning skal vi både betale for morgenmad og seperat parkering??? - og der var ingen service til hjælp at hente. Receptionisten sagde bare at sådan var det. Da vi ikke kunne dokumentere det på skrift måtte vi betale de 221EUR ekstra!!!! - havde dette været prisen fra startet havde vi aldrig booket.
Personligt savnede jeg en enkelt tv kanal med enten dansk eller engelsk. Det har været fedt, hvis man ikke er så stærk iblandt de 30 kanaler kun på tysk.

Vi kom hitt etter 4 timer i kø på motorveien fra Dresden, og var veldig slitne og trøtte, så vi fikk ikke så mye inntrykk av hotellet, som vi hadde håpet på. Badet var kjempefint, og sengene var gode å sove i.

A lot of hotels, this included has that new \"sound insulation\" tag attached to their rooms. Considering that here I could hear people through the door like they were in the room, the upstairs guests bumbling about in theirs, and birdsong through the closed windows, I wonder what is the definition of \"sound insulation\"?
Other than that, it is a nice hotel, though even in +21 weather the room was starting to feel a little stuffy, necessitating having the windows wide open for much of the evening. With the next door forest being rich in mosquitos, this is not the best combination. Would not stay in the middle of summer.
Some of the staff had limited English skills, but once we were past that, they were helpful enough in their matter-of-fact style of service.
Location's good with the bus stops right outside, the room clean, etc, so the basics are all there.

Wow man steht davor Farbe, man kommt rein Farbe. Eine Einladung für gute Laune, dieses Hotels setzt beim Personal auf junge Leute und die machen ihren Job richtig gut, natürlich auch das andere Personal. Die Zimmer sind schön ausgestattet das Ambiente im ganzen Hotel stimmig, toller Wellnessbereich, Massage ist zu empfehlen. Nicht weit vom Hotel die Bushaltestelle ins Zentrum, mit Kurkarte kostenlos. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Ich war schon in vielen Hotels, das steht ganz oben auf meiner Liste der Empfehlungen

Var på roadtrip i Tyskland. Bokade hotellet samma kväll vi behövde ett boende. Kunde inte bli bättre! Mysigt, lugnt, trevlig personal, god mat/frukost, sköna sängar. I rummet var det perfekt mys/romantisk belysning om man så ville. Åker lätt tillbaka ❤️

Gleich am Anfang wurden wir freundlich begrüßt und alles wurde uns ausführlich erklärt. Die Badezimmer sind sehr modern (im geringen Gegensatz zu den Zimmern). Die gestellten Bademäntel waren teilweise kaputt, haben aber ihren Zweck erfüllt. Der Pool war sehr kalt, aber dafür konnte man sich in der schönen Saunalandschaft aufwärmen. Frühstücksbüffet war sehr ausreichend und lecker. Den Preis dafür isst man aber trotzdem nicht wirklich ab. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, um auch mal das Auto stehen zu lassen und Bus und Bahn zu nutzen. Das im Preis integrierte Fahrtticket für Rostock und Warnemünde ist wirklich super!

Nur an ein paar Kleinigkeiten müssen die noch arbeiten/verbessern
Unter anderem, ob der Safe zu benutzen ist oder die LED Beleuchtung beim Bett funktioniert.
Des Weiteren war die Sauberkeit in den Saunen und den Duschen sehr bedenklich (Schimmel, der leicht zu entfernen wäre) ! Leider auch kein Wasserspender, wie man es aus anderen Saunen kennt.
Dennoch ein Hotel wo wir gerne wieder hinfahren werden!

Des Weiteren war die Sauberkeit in den Saunen und den Duschen sehr bedenklich (Schimmel, der leicht zu entfernen wäre) ! Leider auch kein Wasserspender, wie man es aus anderen Saunen kennt.
Dennoch ein Hotel wo wir gerne wieder hinfahren werden!

Et okay hotel med god beliggenhed, som dog har en del år på bagen. Mit værelse og gangen var opdateret og renoveret i nyere tid og der duftede dejligt af frisk Birketræ. Restauranten lukkede kl 21 (tidligt) - heldigvis var der andre muligheder i Rostock, hvor man kunne spise godt. Rigtig Fin pool, dog var der ikke plads til så mange mennesker. Så det virkede lidt proppet med mere end 6-8mennesker. Sauna var desværre lukket. Morgenmaden var god (men der var ikke plads til alle folk, da der var flest spisende i buffeten) prisen var i den dyere ende for hotel og morgenmad, når jeg sammenligner med andre tilsvarende hoteller. Men jeg synes desværre ikke det var pengene værd - beklager

Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war klein, aber ausreichend. Leider lag es direkt am Hauptflur und die Wände waren etwas dünn. Also haben wir nicht so angenehm schlafen können. Das Personal war zuvorkommend, aber nicht bemerkenswert. Dagegen war das Essen sehr gut und die Anbindung an die Innenstadt sehr einfach. Auch zu Fuß war es gut zu erlaufen in etwa 40min.

Romantisk ophold på 4 nætter. Trihotel er et dejligt hotel med en gode værelser og en hyggelig bar og ikke mindst en rigtig god pool. Restauranten, den er meget dyr og ringe mad. Vi kørte til Rostock, der var mange dejlige spise steder, især kan anbefales, havnen. Man kan parkerer 25 m, gratis fra hotellet.Meget venligt personale.

Väldigt trevligt hotell med tillmötesgående personal. Mysiga rum och en oväntat bra rockpub i källaren som spelade upp konserter på storbildsprojektion. Var tyvärr för sena för att kunna utnyttja spa:et men ändå värt pengarna. Fick ännu bättre intryck när jag glömt min Powerbank som dom lagt undan och vi hämtade efter en veckas semester.
Det enda att påpeka är väl att området inte är så roligt, men för oss som behövde någonstans att sova till vettigt pris innan vi påbörjade vår cykelsemester var detta perfekt.

Insgesamt gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis in den günstigeren noch nicht renovierten Zimmern. Dort ist leider noch ein Teppichboden der allerdings sauber ist. Das Bad scheint auch in den nicht renovierten Zimmern bereits renoviert zu sein und ist schön und sauber.
Der Spa-bereich ist mit Pool, zwei Dampfbädern und einer Sauna ebenfalls sauber und lohnenswert.
Kritikpunkte:
- Es gibt keinen Wäscheservice um die Wäsche waschen zu lassen (in dieser Hotelklasse ein no-go). Die Rezeption war mit der Frage nach einer Textilreinigung in Rostock überfordert und konnte die Frage nicht zufriedenstellend beantworten. Habe dann Witt's Textilreinigung in Rostock selbst gefunden, die jedoch keine Unterwäsche wäscht. Ansonsten gibt es Waschsalons wo man selber waschen kann.
- Da das Hotel etwas abgelegener liegt, kommen laut Rezeption am benachbarten öffentlichen Parkplatz PKW-Einbrüche öfters mal vor. Der kostenpflichtige Hotelparkplatz (7 Euro täglich) ist zum Teil fast voll.
- Das erste Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Das Steak war mit 45 Euro nicht ganz günstig, jedoch jeden Euro wert. Sehr netter Service und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Zimmerausstattung schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, aber ok. Teppich und Bettumrandung aus Stoff sind schon ziemlich speckig und sehr unhygienisch. Zimmer nach hinten raus sind schön ruhig. Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel gut zu empfehlen.
