Il y a seulement 4 bains à remous toujours occupés et insuffisants pour le nombre de clients.Manque d’eau chaude le matin. L’air climatisé était directement au dessus de notre tête dans le lit. L’air était poussé dans notre visage durant la nuit. Les images sur le site montrait un beau château, mais en arrivant ressemblait à un hôtel défraîchi bien normal.

It was okay, the place was dirty. Our bed smelt like pee we couldn’t sleep in it. We slept with the kids on the pull out bed. My back was broken for a week after. They also sent us to a dirty room when we first got there and then had to go back down to get another room that was actually ready. There was no towels at the pool I had to walk around and find some. Ended up at the front desk, ask for 4, they gave me 2. It’s an okay place just not very clean, I wouldn’t stay there again. We didn’t eat there I am not sure how the food is. Fromagerie is 5 minutes away, the poutine and pizza is great there. The indoor pool had to much chlorine. A lady with kids warned us before going into the pool not to open our eyes. Anyways the room was but for the price I was expecting something nicer and cleaner.

The room was very small and not as shown in the photos. Not worth the high amount we paid for the room. We had dinner at 4 Ducks restaurant in the hotel. Four of us went. One of our guests does not eat fish so there were only 2 options on the menu she could order. $40 for a small bowl of pasta. The services in the restaurant, Bellman and front desk reception were all very polite courteous. We were disappointed in this property.

The hotel facilities were all quite good. They have four hot tubs outside and all were in good working order. They place was clean with some modern features and upgrades. The staff were all fantastic! Super friendly and helpful. They truly wanted to make sure our stay was outstanding. We had one meal there which was delicious. We really liked the fireplace service, was nice to have a real fire in our hotel suite.

We are a family of 5 that stayed for four nights.

The staff at this hotel were fantastic! Especially Martin, who drives the shuttle and assists guests at the door. The shuttle will take you to and from the ski hill or anywhere else in Bromont you wish to go, which was great. The staff were very responsive anytime we needed anything.

We really loved the outdoor hot tubs, and the exercise room was clean and well equipped.

The rooms are a bit dated and the carpet and furniture in our room was showing its age. The sofa bed mattresses really need replacing.

The soundproofing in the room wasn't great so when we had noisy neighbours next to us we were very aware of it, but the hotel staff addressed it right away when we asked.

The restaurants in the hotel are quite expensive, so we went into town for our meals.

Overall, a great experience and we would stay again!

hotel is great and staff amazing (the shuttle drivers are so friendly and nice), shuttle service to ski departure is wanderful
Jacuzzi are often busy but late operning helps, not sure if very clean
Room is really nice and great to rest & sleep; bathroom is clean and fine
The breakfast is really the subject to improve: having more fruits - mainly red ones (berries, strawberries, etc.) and other things - this is what I expect fromsuch \"luxury\" hotel

The hotel is well located near ski bromond and is nice and comfortable. Staff is nice and welcoming. Breakfast could really be upgraded to a good gourmet breakfast, the wuality was very basic. Also they could use a little convenience store or fridge with yogurts etc. Food choise for evenings is basic. The shuttle is an incredible aminity and Ratmond is the best.

While the staff (reception, bar/restaurant, housekeeping and shuttle driver) were exceptional, the hotel itself is just OK. Shower was lukewarm at best, hot tub wasn't great. Bed and linens were very comfortable.

The staff were very friendly when I asked them questions however I will add that I had no idea where I was going or where anything was in the hotel and it was our first time there and we had to ask questions on more than a couple occasions where things were.
I wish there was some sort of cafe etc in the am too in the lobby. That would a nice touch

I have to say after 30 years of coming year every year ( couple of time a year) I see the quality is going down. The stairs needs cleaning, the gym needs cleaning and sone rules for the customers who use the equipment more than an hour. Too many dogs in the hotel, at time I felt like I was in a park, so much barking. The staff is great.

Nice hotel. Common areas were great - lots of spaces to gather with friends/family. Love the outdoor hot tubs. Lack of information when checking in and online - eating options, ski shuttle, ski storage, microwave. But loved the convenience to the hill. Rooms were good - second sink not helpful. Interior rooms very dark. Bigger fridge and microwave in room would be nice. But overall a good stay!

My room was one of the family shared room and the kid will be crying at night. When complained the receptionist said that she can do anything. So I have no sleep. There is no soundproofing in this hotel. I’m surprised that it’s categorized as a 4 star one. Manager never contacting me about this issue.

As an avid traveler and a frequent weekender hotel spa seeker, I must say both my husband and I were disappointed.The pictures online on Expedia and Booking grossly miss represent the hotel amenities, lobby and feeling of the property . The photo of the large wooden cathedral like structure looked huge and it seemed part of what may look like an entrance or lobby. Far from it, it’s an old corridor to the spa area. There is no lobby to speak of. The place doesn’t have any apeal or charm. It represents old times gone bye! It looks more like a motel the hotel.
The resto and bistro were not always open . The spa closed early.
I paid over 600$ for 2 nights. I could have gotten the Fairmount Tremblant for 20$ more, with heated swimming pool, fountain, ambiance, people and chill vibe. It was my husband’s bday and we were very disappointed.

Pool area was packed. The area with the sauna was lacking attention, definitely could use an aesthetic upgrade. There were only benches and no lounge chair in that area. Waitress at the outdoor was unpleasant and rude , she seemed annoyed to have to service us.

Chateau Bromont which is in the Eastern Township of Quebec, offers indoor/ outdoor pools. Several jacuzzi’s on the Terrace which also provides great food, drinks and TV viewing. The view of the mountain is majestic. There are various packages, such as golf. The dinning room, les 4 Canards was elegant and the special, Munu Plaiser was very good.

Dans notre 1ere chambre, les ressorts du divan-lit du salon (rez-de-chaussée de la suite) sont tous ou quasi brisés et donc très inconfortables.
À notre arrivée dans la 2e chambre, il y avait un verre rempli d eau dans la salle de bain + un emballage de tampon menstruel au sol.
Aussi, le tapis dans le coin près de la fenetre est tâché brun-rougeâtre...
Par contre, le service et l amabilité de tous les employés est excellent!!
