Lovely location. Air conditioning was pretty non existent. The front desk tried resetting it but not didn't seem to do much.
The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful.
One further issue - the Expedia entry suggests use of a gym nearby, this actually refers to an outdoor gym/set of equipment on the beach.

Not worth it. Loud area with a base sound and somebody singing till 10pm. Air con poorly working in an extremely hot weather. Staffs are nice though. But facility is probably one of the worst I’ve ever experienced.

The breakfast buffet provided a variety of warm and cold foods and the serving staff was friendly and really good. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly, especially, Benedetta. The location was excellent: close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. On the downside was the nightly noise and the parking which we didn't know we had to pay for which was quite costly, $25Cdn, per day. Use of free bicycles was a very nice touch. In sum, the property and staff made for a pleasant experience.

Wifi signal was too low to be used in my room.
Also the internet was very slow when connected to the wifi. Their wifi and internet need to be updated.
Also the refrigerator was not working in my room.
Regarding the breakfast, there was either no or little vegetable, while there were so many options or bread and cakes. It needs a better balance.
Free bicycle was good.
Overall, this hotel is a 3 star hotel although they claim 4 star.
I would not stay here again if go to Rimini in the future. There are so many hotels in the same area.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel is a bit more shabby than I expected but some rooms have been redone - some have not. I’d definitely request a renovated room. Breakfast and dinner were both high quality and recommended.

The wifi was unpredictable everywhere in the hotel. The breakfast buffet is ok but serves exactly the same food every morning - very boring. As a non-meat eater I would prefer the cheese and ham to be separated. The cheese tastes like salami. Some guests need reminding that smoking at the edge of the pool can be quite disgusting for the non-smokers and it is really not done to 'park' towels on loungers and then leave for hours at a time. The late breakfast is a great idea, especially with teenagers. Perhaps some basic English lessons would be beneficial for the restaurant staff. The front office staff all speak good English as does one of the bar staff. The cleaning staff are very good. The free bikes is an excellent addition and the location is great for restaurants, beach, transport, old town etc

For the first two nights we had one room that was not renovated yet. It was nice and good, but the bed wasn’t so comfortable. They used two twin mattresses to create a double bed.

The last two nights we were upgraded to a newly renovated bedroom that was absolutely beautiful.
Note: the6 upgraded us without asking, which was a nice surprise.

Beautiful hotel

Located in a central area of the Rimini Riviera. Close to the beach and to many restaurants. The hotel was beautifully renovated. First two nights we received a basic but comfortable room.
The last two nights we were upgraded - without requesting it - to a lovely renovated room and it was great.
Hotel staff helped with anything we needed.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

Needs some basics improving

Pool out of order, first room I was offered had a view of a wall. Second room much nicer with a balcony, but no light in bathroom and air con didn’t work (it came on but did not cool). They are also going through repainting making the place look very unfinished inside.

Terrible start but overall good stay.

Sadly our room wasn't available the first night so they put us up in a hotel next door 3*, which this hotel was 4*. They offered us a free meal to compensate. Though the meal was very good travelling with a baby and toddler, the meal didn't compensate the inconvenience caused after travelling for 8 hours. We couldn't unpack and had to then check in to this hotel (we were meant to be in the following day). That said the rest of the stay was good. The bathroom was a little dated. Pool and staff were lovely. We had a triple room to cater for the children. Only problem was there was no lift so every time we went to the room (only one flight of stairs) myself and wife had to carry our child in the pushchair whilst holding the other toddlers hand. Wifi poor and intermittent. These are the negatives. The breakfast was really good one of the better continentals I've ever had for 4*. All other aspects of the stay were good.

Disappointing stay in Rimini

We we disappointed with the hotel which was supposed to be a 4 star but really is only a 3 star. We had paid for an upgrade but asked to be moved to a normal room because of an irritating noise. The safe is really tiny and I had to stand on the bed to get to it. The breakfast lacked variety, probably OK if you lived on cake and pastries, but fruit, bread, yogurts, jams lacked variety. Staff were variable - some were willing or able but rarely both. The restaurant in the morning really needs a someone senior in charge - the young staff need a bit of training and were a bit rushed at busy times. The hotel really needs a good manager who who knows what customer service is. At no time during our stay did we get an impression that there was anyone in charge. Head office needs send in a mystery shopper!

Sentralt men rolig.

Fint, rent, god service på hotellet. Sentralt beliggende. Pent område. 5 minutter til stranda, 1 minutt til restauranter, butikker og barer.

Jeg fikk først tildelt et rom som var preget av støy fra en bar. Da jeg bemerket dette, fikk jeg velge blant ledige rom. Jeg valgte en oppgradering, og fikk et rom av høyere standard til en ubetydelig prisøkning.
Frokostbuffet av god standard, med god variasjon, fersk mat og frisk frukt og grønt.

Al check in, dopo le prime indicazioni, ci viene detto che la struttura ci omaggiava di un upgrade, quindi ci assegnavano una suite invece della camera standard.
Peccato che noi avevamo già pagato una suite, quindi non ci omaggiavano di nessun upgrade.
Praticamente avremmo potuto pagare 200 euro in meno per ottenere la stessa stanza.
Fatto notare ciò abbiamo chiesto almeno il parcheggio gratuito per i 2 giorni, cioè 38 euro contro i 200, ma non ci è stato concesso: queto ci è sembrata una presa in giro.
Stanza con 2 capelli nel piatto doccia, segnalato e dopo pulizia, ancora 1 dei 2 capelli era presente.
Colazione niente scarsa come varietà e come qualità: il primo giorno ho dovuto attendere 20 minuti per delle brioche ma ho desistito e me ne sono andato: disorganizzati anche con stoviglie e rifornimenti.
Unico ascensore per la struttura, lento e piccolo.
Le suite sono state ricavate dall'unione di due camere standard, ma la suddivisione con le camere adiacenti è stata fatta in modo approssimativo, tant'è che al mattino, normale vocio della stanza accanto ci ha svegliato: in bagno invece, grazie alla ventilazione forzata, si sentivano i discorsi dei vicini in dolby sorround.
Letto nella media, senza topper come Barbieri comanda, cuscini assolutamente da rivedere.
Parcheggio ok, comodo per la zona, peccato per la piscina in ristrutturazione.
Ci torneremo??? Prima proveremo altre strutture in zona.

La struttura è all’inizia della Vespucci, arteria principale della città ricca di negozi, ristoranti e locali.
Sulla stessa via edicola, farmacia e supermercato.
Stanze pulite e ristorante con piatti buoni e ben presentati.
Forniscono asciugami per spiaggia convenzionata (bagno 12 o 13 o 14).
Personale attento e sempre presente. Struttura consigliata.

Stationnement a 18 euro dit seulement apres avoir paye, très bruyant insonorisation n'y ai pas on entend la chasse d'eau des autres chambres. On nous a diriger vers un restaurant qui etait fermé. Le déjeuner a 9hres etais déjà en manque d'aliments et non pas ete ajouter.

Mai accettare la sostituzione di un hotel \"relax\"

La mia prenotazione è stata volturata su un altro hotel della catena I-SUITE, di una stella superiore e allo stesso prezzo. Tuttavia l'hotel destinazione è risultato poco funzionale per soggiorni di lavoro ( mancanza di una presa computer nei pressi della scrivaia) , scrivania con design particolari , senza protezioni laterali , inutile, water quadrato, design assurdo, lavello pericoloso con rubinetto sporgente, ancjh'esso con design tanto assurdo quanto inutile e pericoloso , ecc.....; in ultimo ricevuta di pagamanto non rispondente nel formato alle mie richieste ( accorpamento spese bar con ristorante e seoparazione spese parking ), ecc... UN DISASTRO

Sono andato all'hotel Villa Adriatica, per un weekend lungo da Venerdì 29/11/2019 a Lunedì 02/12/2019.
Servizio buono, disponibilità di parcheggio gratuito interno.
Ci sono alcuni aspetti che vanno decisamente migliorati:
- connessione wireless lenta
- porte armadio con chiusura rapida che fanno caos
- letto troppo corto; escono piedi fuori
- nessuna penna e/o blocco notes forniti

Mit Abstrichen immer wieder empfehlenswert!

Mittels upgrade in eine höhere Zimmerkategorie gewechselt um dem Lärm in der Seitenstraße zu entfliehen, Partylärm bis 5 Uhr morgens, um Zimmer im 1. OG absolut nicht auszuhalten :-(

Der Wechsel war schnell & unkompliziert möglich, die Angestellten zu jeder Zeit sehr höflich, freundlich und zuvorkommend!

In der Hauptsaison leider auch in diesem Hotel einige \"Partygäste\", die mit äußerst arrogantem & ignorantem Verhalten negativ auf sich aufmerksam machten.

Værelse detaljer stemmer ikke overens.

Vi havde bestil værelse med balkon. Billedet som blev præsenteret under værelsesoplysninger for de konkrete værelse som vi havde bestilt, viste balkon med plads til borde og stole. Det værelse som hotellet kunne tilbyde, var uden balkon.
Vi kunne dog opgradere til et værelse ked balkon for 250€. Det gjorde vi så, og blev præsenteret for et værelse med en lille altan hvor der kun var plads til 1 person.
Hotellet kunne ikke løse opgaven, og kunne kun henvise til hotels.com, som havde angivet forkerte detaljer i reservationen.
Vi checkene derfor ud allerede efter 2 dage. Hotellet insisterede på at vi skulle betale for alle 5 dage, og at vi måtte tage dette op med hotels.com.
Vi har efterfølgende skrevet til hotels.com og bedt om refundering af restbeløbet, men har modtaget en besked om at de har travlt, og derfor ikke kan besvare emails.

Gia stato x la 3 volta in questo hotel..
Ho trovato cambiata la professionalità del servizio colazione e ristorante...molto approssimativa e non da 4 stelle come invece dovrebbe essere ed era nelle mie precedenti soggiorni.
1 appunto al bagnino che dovrebbe vigilare sui bambini che con giochi a pallone in acqua in piscina... disturbano abbastanza il relax di altri ospiti.

francamente siamo rimasti delusi, la camera non era assolutamente ai livelli di un 4 stelle, il letto era formato da un materasso su una branda, camera angusta e vetusta, ancora con la chiave tradizionale, rispetto a quanto ci mostrava il sito decisamente deludente. Bisogna però confermare che la posizione è molto centrale e l'hotel molto pulito seppur piuttosto datato. infine dal sito pareva esserci la SPA, che in verità nn era all'interno del ns hotel, ma presso un'altra struttura del gruppo e cmq sarebbe stata a pagamento. Considerando una spesa di 120€ a notte a Rimini fine maggio, non siamo rimasti soddisfatti.

Первые сутки номер был забранирован через приложение. Там было указанно что все налоги включены в стоимость. Когда мы решили остаться на еще одни сутки нам озвучили стоимость 70€ а когда выезжали нам сказали что помимо стоимости за номер нам нужно оплатить городской налог да ещё и за два дня!!! В остальном все отлично!

Nichts für Empfindliche!

Vorab, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht!!!
Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der alte Teppich ist mockig und riecht. Insgesamt hat Parma eine schlechte Luft, somit hilft lüften nicht. Da das Hotel zentral liegt, ist es recht laut. Kreisverkehr und Bahnhof-Haupteingang direkt vor der Tür. Das hat für den einem Vorteile, für einen der es ruhig haben möchte, Nachteile.
Nochmal besuchen wir das nicht.

Buona struttura in ottima posizione , vicino alla spiaggia e alla zona commerciale con negozi e ristoranti. Purtroppo confinante con il giardino dell’hotel c’è una discoteca all’aperto molto rumorosa aperta fino alle 3 di mattina e non essendo le finestre delle camere insonorizzate, si sentono tutti i rumori . Camera spaziosa molto datata . Ottima la pulizia e confortevole il bagno . Belle le aree comuni come il bar , la piscina, la hall e il ristorante. Buona la colazione . A disposizione un ampio parcheggio. Personale dell’ hotel molto gentile .

L’hotel si presenta bene esternamente e la hall è molto ampia con vari locali e salotti. Buona anche la possibilità di parcheggio sul retro. hall. Molto buona e competa anche la colazione.
Le camere sono però di un livello non superiore a un hotel 2 stelle. Inaccettabili: aria condizionata rumorosissima, bagno piccolissimo con box doccia senza spazio sufficiente a chiudere l’anta box una volta entrati, armadi cigolanti e vecchi.
Nel rapporto qualità / prezzo non lo consiglio.

Nella conferma Della prenitazione Era previsto IL parcheggio dellauto.. Per tutto IL soggiorno ho dovuto trovare un postoper la Mia autovettura. Tale post parcheggio e stato tovato a circa un km dallalbergo. Tale situation complessivamente ha rovinato IL mio soggiorno

Nos sorprendio Rimini, con su calle llena de restaurantes y comercios. Estabamos a una cuadra de la playa, muy bien ubicados.
El hotel, espectacular: su estilo, decoracion, piscina, estacionamiento, habitacion, desayuno..... todo excelente !!! Y excelente atencion de su personal.
Super recomendable.

Almost nice, but checkout is so early.

Here is good velue for price. Especially pool is nice and clean. Room also clean. Breakfast is really nice. All staffs are very kindly and helpful. Outside, there are full of shops and restaurants.
Just one is bad. Checkout time is 10am. Usually most of hotels are accept checkout time am11~2pm. But 10am is too early.
That hotel isn't for business. There is for vacation or relax. It's not good matching with relax.
If u wanna reserve for relax, you have to consider my opinion.

Man versucht mit Mindeststandard die 4 Sterne zu halten. Durch das Frühstück und den Service versucht man die 4* für den Gast rechtzufertigen.
Das Zimmer: Überall Staub und die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, habe dies dann auch nicht gemeldet, da wir diese nich benötigt haben. Das Bett besteht aus zwei Metallbetten, die zusammengeschoben waren. Der Schrank war kurz vor dem Zusammenfallen und die Tapeten lösten sich schon an der Wand. Der Safe war hinter der Eingangstür auf ein Holzbrett geschraubt. Das Bad war sehr klein und In der Dusche kann ich mich gerade so ( 1,84 und 84 KG) unterstellen!
Positiv war das Personal, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Es gibt auch ein Spa, wie in der Beschreibung erwähnt, jedoch muss man da 1 Km laufen und befindet sich dann in einem 5* Haus. Naja.... auch da ist sauber anders und die Zusatzkosten von 25 € / Person muss man dort bezahlen.
