A perfect stay after our Camino walk! Monica at the front desk was terrific and welcomed us warmly. The breakfast is a nice touch. Our first morning, there was a problem with the food provider, but the hotel provided us breakfast two doors down.The hotel is modern and minimalist, but very comfortable. Would stay here again on my next Camino!

A fantastic hotel - great hospitality

Absolutely fabulous hotel. We loved our stay here. The room was lovely (clean, comfortable and spacious) and we had a nice view (worth paying a bit extra for). The staff (Monica in particular) were very friendly and hospitable. There is free tea/coffee all day and the breakfast spread is amazing including freshly squeezed orange juice.

The hotel design and style is very pleasing to the eye. I really liked the concept. Hotel is well located 10 minutes away from the cathedral.
Unfortunately there no noise insulation between rooms, the hall and stair case produced dreadful echo. There is a lovely small patio where unfortunately smoking is allowed ... we were awoken during the night on two successive nights with the room flooded with smoke smell!! Not pleasant at all. Last but not least the lightning is very ‘ambience’ but not good for make up or shaving!
What can I say, I would not choose this hotel again. I am sorry.

The Moure Hotel is a beautiful, contemporary space with friendly, helpful staff who go out of their way to look after you. The room was lovely and breakfast was perfect for us. We needed to take an early train on our last morning so they packed a takeaway breakfast pack for us which was much appreciated. Would highly recommend!

Go for the outdoor bathtub!

The best part of the hotel is the outdoor tub. We absolutely enjoyed the outdoor tub after spending the day walking in Santiago.

This is location is ideal if you're arriving to Santiago by bus. It's less than a 15-minute walk from the bus station. This makes Hotel Moure a great base if you plan to travel to other destinations within Galicia. It's on the outer rim of the old town and the cathedral is a short walk. There are great eating options within a 5-minute walking radius from the hotel.

If you can, go for the room with the outdoor tub. It's awesome.

Lovely small hotel

Moure is a lovely hotel. Very interesting minimalist design, effective and quiet aircon and good shower. The location is fantastic with all the main sites and many, many restaurants and bars close by. Breakfast was also very good and last but definitely not least, the assistance and care of all staff members was outstanding.

Friendly small hotel just north of the old centre

This is a small modern hotel 2 minutes walk north of the old centre of Santiago de Compostela, and maybe 5 minutes from the cathedral. I think breakfast is automatically included and there is a coffee machine and lounge available 24/7. My room was modern and clean, but if you are a couple you should note that in a bold choice, the bathroom is open plan and the only non-frosted glass side of the shower faces out into the room, so possibly not suitable for the body conscious (I was there on my own so it was fine for me). Friendly staff.

Nice boutique hotel in Santiago

Can be described as a wonderful stay in Santiago. Location was good to get to the cathedral in 10mins and staff were friendly and flexible for dealing with guests. Room was clean and big enough to stay comfortably. Also very quite to be contemplating as well. Very modern + stylish room and facilities. Breakfast was simple but Spanish type including main menus. All about my stay was ... wonderful!

A great stay!

I stayed at Moure Hotel after walking the Camino Frances from St. Jean. I had a lovely 4th floor room with a circular soaking tub and a queen sized bed. Everything was comfortable and clean. I really liked that the room was quiet with no street noise. The included breakfast was good and diverse. The staff was helpful and friendly. They helped me with laundry (which was promised in 24 hours but actually done in less than 4!!) and made me a taxi reservation to the airport for my last morning. The location was good as well. There are many restaurants very close by and the Cathedral is about 5 minutes away on foot. My favorite thing about my stay was that the front desk has little precut black paper cards that they can give you to stick over the emergency exit light in your room. The glowing emergency exit lights (which seem to be mandatory in accommodations in Spain?) bothered me in literally every hotel, pension, and casal rural that I stayed at in Spain, so I REALLY appreciated the fact that Moure Hotel was prepared for this.

Perfect basic hotel for work or play

Though not a luxury hotel, everything about this stay was wonderful! Clean, spacious room with great shower and comfy bed, delicious and abundant breakfast with good coffee, and truly extraordinary attention from Manuel and Iago, who assist with most every task around the hotel. Both are kind, patient, very cordial, and multilingual. Will certainly return!

We highly recommend this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful: by email prior to our arrival and at 1:00 am when we arrived late. The room was clean and had everything we needed Including an excellent shower. Fantastic breakfast with superb bread, cheese and fresh-squeezed orange juice. Great value and very highly recommended.

Very interesting hotel with unique rooms. We had a great view over Santiago. Hotel was quiet even with window open. Excellent fresh orange juice at breakfast. Reception even offered to reload the parking meternal while we were looking around town. Awesome service. Location less than 100m from the edge of the old town so very easy to access all of the sights.

Amazing gem of a hotel!

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! I stayed here for three nights with my boyfriend. We stayed in the queen bed room with circular attic tub. Our room was on the top floor and had the most amazing view of the entire old town. The room was beautiful...a bed with a canopy around it and a big circular bath tub behind the bed with a skylight over it. The room/bathroom was very modern and everything was very comfortable. The only downside was that the wifi didn't work well in our room but it worked great in the lobby. The hotel was perfectly situated, just a couple of minutes walking and you're in the old town. But it was also really quiet at night around our hotel which was great for sleeping. And the room had air conditioning! The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. They would offer to make us freshly squeezed orange juice and toast in the morning, gave us great recommendations, and even did our laundry on a Sunday despite the fact that the laundry is supposed to be closed on Sundays, and they returned our clothes to us within a few hours all nicely folded. Also the free breakfast here was wonderful. They had fresh juices, toast, pastries, ham, cheese, fruit, cereal, etc. They also had a coffee/hot chocolate/tea machine that you could use all day/night for free. And they had free water out all day/night and everyday there were two free bottles of water in our room. I really can't say enough good things about this hotel, it really was the best! We didn't want to leave!

The old and the new...

Step between worlds as you make your way in and out of the Rusticae Moure. Here you will find a very modern, hip, stylish hotel - something akin to Citizen M. The Hotel staff was very welcoming and personable. They were always available with recommendations and assistance. 5 stars to Iago and Manuel for their attention! Our room was clean and comfortable, the bed comfortable and made up for us daily. The bathroom design is compact - fine if you are staying with an intimate friend (not so private). Breakfast (included) was varied, plentiful, and very good. Breakfast bags were given on our early departure day. The only knock I can think of is that our arrival with luggage was difficult because we couldn't easily find the front entry & there is no parking on the street in front. Call ahead for arrival instructions- they will assist you if you do. Parking is located nearby for 10 Euros/24 hours. This is a wonderfully convenient and comfortable place to stay with plenty of personal attention and care!

My first time in Santiago and a very special hotel.
Everything was perfect, the personnel so nice, the room very beautiful and the breakfast super.
I was really surprised.
The hotel few minutes walk from the \"casco histórico\" and the cathedral. Very calm area, but very close to restaurants and all needed. Clean room, nice common area with free facilities. Is the hotel to stay in Santiago. Great choice

Modern rooms with a 'home' feeling - central location

The team at Moure Hotel (linked to Hotel Altair, where we had breakfast) could not have been more welcoming. There was a constant supply of teas, coffees and water in the lounge area of the hotel - which was mysteriously kept clean throughout the day and felt like a person living room. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very nice and helpful. It's has a modern decor, but very comfortable and peaceful with clever storage solutions. It's just north of the main touristy old town, and the secure parking is only 2 minutes walk away.

We spent a week here in November. Everything was first class but if you're not into intimate sharing maybe choose their sister hotel 'Altair' which is closeby. Staff very welcoming & helpful. It was lovely to feel like a really valued customer!!!

this hotel décor is very minimalist which was very clean. although there were no tea making facilities in the room there was an area off the lobby which had lovely refreshments and fruit throughout the day at no extra cost, breakfast was included in our price and although stated was continental gave us much more choice than a standard Cont. breakfast.
The hotel was in a perfect location to the center and the staff were so helpful and cheery...Will definitely return

This boutique hotel is in a very convenient position and well priced but the bathroom and toilet placements allow for little privacy.
Our suite was at the front of the building and there was noise from the traffic which continued till late at night .The windows had to be closed to minimise the sound..
The staff however were very pleasant and helpful. Try to get a room away from the front of th building.

Hotel bem localizado, passeavamos sempre a pé. O hotel não tem estacionamento mas tem um estacionamento próximo do hotel,caro, ficamos 2 dias e pagamos 33 euros. O hotel tem uma mini cozinha no térreo que os hospedes podem usar inclusive a máquina de café, chocolate e água quente.
