O lugar é otimo. Embora tenha passado por enchente severa em 2024 no Rio Grande do Sul, Ainda falta algumas providencias simples para voltar o que era antes de maio 2024, os funcionarios são simpaticos e atento a qualquer sugestões e repassado a eles.
Acredito que em breve, teremos o melhor hotel da cidade

Poderia ser melhor pelo valor

Pelo valor pago, o minimo era disponibilizar toalhas de rosto, o que não é oferecido. Fica a observação que durante a madrugada soou o alarme de incendio, já que tinha pessoas no quarto acima fumando. Acordei com um susto enorme já que a sirene fica dentro do quarto.

Nossa estadia foi ótima, com bom atendimento e conforto adequado. No entanto, o café da manhã deixou a desejar. Pelo valor cobrado, esperávamos uma oferta mais compatível, especialmente considerando que já nos hospedamos em outras unidades da rede e tivemos experiências muito melhores nesse quesito. Essa foi a única parte que ficou abaixo das expectativas.

achamos muito estranho não ter toalha de rosto. Segundo nos falaram é politica do hotel só fornecer toalha de banho. Foi o primeiro hotel que nos hospedamos que fez isto.

Custo benefício ruim

O quarto tem um péssimo acabamento, paredes e teto sem acamamento, no reboco, sem massa corrida por exemplo, teto do banheiro de PVC, não condiz com o preço ou outros Ibis que fico. O estacionamento ou você chega cedo ou tem que deixar o carro na rua. Nesse dia falava várias coisas no menu do restaurante.

Pernoite apenas.

Usamos o hotel apenas para pernoite. Checkin demorado, pois éramos 3 adultos, casal e filha, e todos precisaram ter uma folha preenchida pela atendente e assinar. Não lembro de o site avisar que não era possível acomodar 3 adultos em um só apto, apesar de ter colocado que éramos todos adultos. Tive que pegar outro apto. No apto, não havia toalhas de rosto, apenas uma de banho, em um apto para o casal. Sabonete era apenas um também, e minúsculo. Vale a pena levar sua toalha de rosto e um sabonete.
