Nice apart-hotel near the airport. The place is nice, there is a mall nearby, walking distance, and supermarkets too. One inside the mall and two nearby, all reachable by foot. The room was comfortable, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, excellent for a stay with the kids. As others mentioned, they need to be more careful when cleaninig, as my room had french fries behind a door in the floor. One toilet was not working, called front desk and in less than 10 minutes a janitor knocked on the door and repaired it. Overall, great place to stay. They had a hard time finding my reservation at check-in, suggest you contact them after booking to receive written confirmation directly from the hotel.

These are apartment-style rooms with various floor plans. Pool, vending machines, and tennis courts. Pool looked very clean but we went during February, so it was closed. Very close to airport but far from city center. Public transit is relatively simple to navigate. Short walk to the local mall Plenilunio, for food and shopping— convenient for us to spend some time there before checking in. Front desk staff were accommodating. We were able to drop off our luggage before our check-in time. We stayed in 2 different rooms, both with a living room and kitchen. Walls are pretty thin and you can here noises and doors slamming in the hallways. The rooms are clean but the building themselves seem older with some minor cracks on along the walls and ceilings. Elevators are available. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, it was very relaxing and nice to have separate rooms in the same apartment.

The rooms are okay, the price was too much for what the apartment is actually worth. The staff was welcoming, the beds were made, there was a lot of hot water. On the negative side, the fridge was super dirty, no soap to wash the dishes, the bedsheets had stains and the main room didn’t get enough heat. There were also barely plates and cups for the three of us.

I don’t think Hotels.com should advertise this as a hotel. You expect certain things from a hotel. This did not even have water. There was no coffee maker in the room. There was no place to walk to to get coffee. There was a cafeteria that served breakfast. But you could not even get a ‘ take out’ cup. You couldn’t take coffee back to your room. There was no one to help you with your luggage. If you are going to stay for a week and have a car to go grocery shopping, it may be ok.it had a small kitchen . Not much in it.
All I wanted was a hotel near the airport .
The tv had no English speaking Chanel’s, no CNN, no BBC

The room was freezing upon entry and thermostat kept showing error message every few minutes. Patio doors and bedroom windows were suspiciously unlocked from the inside, if out 13 year old daughter did not notice that we would have been set up to be robbed overnight. The room overall had wallpaper peeling off and women black stains on the white bed sheets, also the corridor outside was like from horror movies dark and adding to the overall feeling of lack of safety. We left immediately even though we already paid for the room and parking, moved to a nearby Hilton. Front desk did not understand that we would have felt unsafe and refused to refund. There was no way we would have slept there even for one minute.

Aside from the staff who were all nice, this stay left a lot to be desired.

After a long day of travel with a 5y/o in tow we had booked a one bed apartment for my sister, niece and me.
We were greeted by a lovely, happy face and the gent already knew who we must be (the last to arrive!). As the apartments were not too busy, we were given an upgrade to a lovely 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment. The apartment was full of new furniture which was immaculate.
The beds were comfy and everyone had peace to sleep soundly.
The only problem with the apartment was that the older of the two bathrooms had mould along all the seals (more than a little bit) and the single bedroom had something yucky sprayed on the wall which could really do with being cleaned off (room 2323).
We really felt that had the walls/older bathroom been freshened up with the new furniture, this would have been a 5* all round rating.
Although we didn’t eat at the cafe due to onward travel arrangements, it was busy and reasonably priced.
On checking out the friendly and helpful staff kept our cases for an hour whilst we waited for a taxi. They also ordered us a taxi with a child seat.
Cannot fault the comfort, staff and leisure facilities at all. Thank you Compostela Suites Apartments Staff!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are very dated and basic. The cleanliness was ok. No hairdryer or iron in the rooms. I called the reception, they told me i had to come down pay €10 deposit for hairdryer. Very noisy in the late evenings people talking , doors slamming etc. There are 4 buildings so its a walk to get to breakfast and reception. Also there hallways have no security cameras and are not well lit. Felt a little unsafe in the evenings. The main door into the building wss always open, anyone could walkin. The breakfast was ok, basic. Its far from the city center. We took a Bolt taxi to the nearest Metro. The area has a plaza with taco bell & kfc and a mall both approx 10 minutes walk. Also the restaurant on-site has good food and is open for dinner.

I have three concerns - this is not a non smoking hotel or apartment, I requested a taxi the night prior to my departure and it was not ordered, and the bathtub needs attention. The caulk is coming away and there is black mold behind it- very bad for folks to be around.

We stayed for our last 2 nights in Spain as it was close to the airport and we had a very early flight out. We were able to check in an hour earlier which was nice after arriving from Barcelona close to a big shopping centre and public transport not too far away. Worked for what we needed.

Apartment was spotless and well positioned for my intention of stay. Close to the airport. The cafe - restaurant was warm and wonderful because of the staff. The reception staff were efficient and helpful so top marks there.
This accommodation is diversely used so was not expecting school groups to be there. Staff of schools did a remarkable job to keep them in check as much as possible with their first tastes of freedom - girls were very well behaved - boys more ‘silly,’ and made much more noise due to differences in maturing. I would have preferred a location with no school parties but under the circumstances it was good. The cleaning staff need a mention as the place was gleaming Thank you

Nice place. Not an hotel so its manageable. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Cleanliness could be improved. To get kitchen stuff like pots etc. go to reception. You have to give them 20euros. This will be given back to you when you return the borrowed items. Breakfast is not particularly great but its okay.

Definitely not our favourite stay. Beds were uncomfortable, rooms were dorm style, bathrooms dirty, button on toilets broken, shower head broken, grout in the shower moulding, broken and missing. People partying in the court yard all night. Food on the breakfast buffet less than acceptable. No ice to be found anywhere on the property.

Breakfast was wonderful. We had dinner there and it was very good as well. The appartment was comfortable and clean. We had a frustrating commmunication issue because we called ahead to see if we could store our bags there ahead of our stay and we were told we could, but when we showed up with the bags, they wouldn't take them. It was disappointing to have to scramble to find another place to store our luggage on short notice.

Perfect stay for our quick weekend in Madrid. We flew in late Friday night, fast easy trip from airport. Easy uber into the city for a day of touristing on the hop on hop off bus and extremely early flight Sunday so again, very fast easy taxi to the airport at 3:30 am! Room was large, comfortable and quiet, highly recommend!!

Though situated “out of town”, it has reasonable proximity to bus stations. No nearby shopping per se. The lady doing my house keeping used her key to open my door without first knocking… it is a favored destination for schools bringing kids to the city/country for excursions, this means there’s always kids shouting and running about at the open areas. If you’re sensitive to this you should check not to be lodged beside them or on same block. Otherwise, a nice place with value for money.

This was the most horrible hotel in my whole trip, so much so that I decided to loose the reservation and money I paid for it rather than stayed there. It is NOT close to Madrid. There is nothing nearby but a Bimbo factory. The room smelled, And even though I checked out ONE hour after checking in, they REFUSED to returned my money. Eventhough their advertisement said they were close to Downtown Madrid, 45 minutes without traffic is NOT close. I do not recommend anyone to stay there if your are in Madrid.

The reception has a problem with client service. There is none. They pass on the problem to the client when the employee can resolve. The laundry room did not work, but it did accept our money without discrimination. the hotel was happy to stay with the money and not have a use of their property. Reception worker enjoys to talk to clients with a mouth full of saliva. He enjoys chewing his cud like a cow.

The native employes were very unhelpful with guests. The foreign employees were the opposite, they were helpful. the reception employees were either on their iphones or talking to you with their mouth full. No courtesy in their mannerisms. The laundry machines did not work but the machines still accepted money and the pool was closed.

The property and the pictures on expedia are 2 different phase. The rooms are old, washer didn't work in the room and the self laundry ome was in such a dirty room. Room had a weird smell that we had to get our own air fresher. Kitchen had only 5 plates and 3 cups, no pots or pans.

Overall good. However in apartment in the kitchen you can find only cutlery for 2 people. No kettle, tea or coffee. No hairdryer. Air-conditioning had silly noise.
We stay only for one night so was ok for us. But didn't want to stay for longer time.
Reception very friendly and very good communication.
Many spaces to park the car. (Free of charge on the street)
