Centrally located in a good spot downtown Santiago. The rooms are small and the the walls are thin. I had just finished the Camino and was hoping for a good nights rest. I was sound asleep until the tenants in the next room came in very loud at 11 pm and, well it was noisy. Not only that but you can hear conversations from the lobby while in your room.

I think they should have more honest pictures on the website. At least my room did not match the pictures i saw on the website. It probably didnt help that i probably got the worst room possible over looking the stairs inside the hotel, room number 203. The walls were so thin that we woke up every time someone did anything above or next door. Everything was old and aged. Overall i was very disappointed especially since i was looking forward to a three star stay, not that is great, but after days of 1-2 stars during the camino, i was excited to stay in a little more cleaner accommodation. To be honest some of the 1star stays in the camino was better than this place. If you are doing the camino and you want to stay at a cleaner establishment, this is not it. It would be a continuation of the camino.

A nice place to stay in the actual city centre

Perfect location, as the old town, the modern city centre, the train station, the bus stop to the airport and supermarkets are all within a few minutes walk. Nice and friendly staff that speaks English fluently and adequate breakfast for a 3 star hotel. Fret mattress, pillows and towels, also bathroom amenities. The only issue is the humidity on the walls and shower that needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Overall, I would return!

Very uncomfortable beds with plastic shield all over the mattress making the bed feel so warm and sheets that couldn’t obviously stay in place. We had a bad night!
Heavy curtains at the window, no way to open them without
being seen from the outside ( no light curtains). Good breakfast , not included in tha price of the room.. Located in a good quiet position, near the historical center

Ideal for a quick stopover.

I chose the hotel as I needed somewhere to stay for one night in Santiago before a relatively early flight. This was fine - convenient for the station and then just a couple of minutes walk to the airport bus stop, plus a selection of local cafes. Comfortable, warm and with friendly staff, I would definitely stay here again.

We went for one night to see the historic centre. This hotel was just outsdide, in easy walking distance to the train station and the cathedral. The staff were very helpful and it was great to actually have a bath to soak tired feet after a lot of walking.

Hotel is very close to the train station. they were very informative on things to do in the area. Breakfast was separate. It was a very adequate continental style breakfast. We found the hotel quiet and the room were adequate size. The only take away was the carpeting in the hallway and room was filthy. the mattresses were foam which were not to our liking either.

My boyfriend and I decided to take a weekend trip to Santiago and we stayed here. It was great. Really good price and in a great location. The hotel staff were nice and spoke both Spanish and English very well. The room was small but comfortable and the buffet breakfast was substantial with enough choices to keep us happy. We were a little bit disappointed that we'd booked a double bed but ended up with two singles. However, with a bit of creativity we solved the problem. No big deal. Will stay here again the next time we're in Santiago.

Reasonable Santiago hotel in good location

Good location just outside the Old Town, near shops, restaurants and bakeries. Our triple room was large and comfortable and the hotel has obviously been recently refurbished so it's looking quite good for a mid-range hotel. I would have rated it more highly except for: (1) the breakfast buffet was fairly ordinary, the best thing about it was the choice of breads; and (2) our bathroom was very old and has not been refurbished. It had probably been cleaned as well as was possible but still had quite a bit of mould around the shower. The hotel is also on a very busy street with all parking spaces completely full, so it is impossible to stop your vehicle and unload luggage near the hotel. We witnessed one guest do that anyway, traffic was brought to a standstill for several minutes and I thought a disgruntled bus driver was going to come into the hotel to deal with the driver!

The staff at Nest Style Santiago were extremely helpful and friendly (and spoke English). The breakfast was also wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. The walls are very thin, so we could hear our neighbors loud and clear. Fortunately they quieted down at 11PM.

Great hotel in great location

A friendly welcome from the reception who checked us in efficiently. The room was a very good size. The hotel is a very short walk from the city centre, and about 5-10 minutes walk from the train station. It's also round the corner from where the airport bus arrives and departs. That gives you quick access, but without having to live right in the middle of the action. Breakfast is available for a price - the usual spread of bread, meat, fruit. Recommended!

Boutique hotel in Santiago, Spain.

Boutique style hotel - rather too much attention to detail than to actual substance. For example washbasin so shallow it was virtually useless but it looked wonderfull ! Good breakfast buffet and the hotel was spotlessly clean to the point of obsessivness. Pleasant young front desk staff who spoke English and were very helpfull. Hotel very well positioned for visiting all of the tourist sites in the 'old city'.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Buona posizione e personale impeccabile, ma struttura da rivedere

Hotel vicinissimo al centro di Santiago di Compostela, posizione davvero comoda per chi vuole visitare la città a piedi. Tuttavia, la struttura è datata e avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione, anche perché la pulizia lascia un po’ a desiderare e manca il classico kit di cortesia in bagno.

Il check-in è stato rapido ed efficiente, e il personale si è dimostrato estremamente gentile e disponibile, un punto a favore non da poco.
Molto apprezzato anche il servizio d’attesa dopo il check-out, una vera chicca che permette di bere o mangiare qualcosa prima di partire: un’idea intelligente e rara da trovare.

La colazione resta nella sufficienza, ma potrebbe migliorare: porzioni un po’ troppo contate e sarebbe gradito trovare uova sbattute e bacon come opzione calda.

In sintesi: buona esperienza per posizione e personale, ma la struttura avrebbe davvero bisogno di nuova linfa.

部屋もスタッフの対応も特に問題ありませんでした。
バスターミナルからマップを頼りに歩いて行ったのですが、違う場所に連れて行かれました。

ベッドが古いらしく凹んでいて疲れた。
バスルームも最悪。トイレは洗面台が邪魔で真っ直ぐに座れない。その便器をまたがないとバスルームに入れない。
