Convenient, clean, quiet, comfortable enough, expensive for what it offers. Check in wasn’t helpful…too many unnecessary questions like hand over boarding pass for previous flight. Bento box dinner was poor. Lounge breakfast was a bit sad but toast and scrambled eggs was ok-ish. Glad to leave.

Perfect for a Long Layover at Changi

This was an excellent option for my 10-hour layover at Singapore Changi Airport. The room was exactly what I needed — comfortable bed, clean sheets, and a hot shower that felt amazing after 15 hours in the air. Sometimes you just need to lie flat and reset, and this delivered.

The front desk staff member was incredibly helpful. I had mistakenly booked at Terminal 3 but was arriving and departing from Terminal 2. She handled the change smoothly and without any hassle, which I really appreciated after a long flight.

The booking also includes access to the lounge next to the Sunflower Garden, which is such a nice touch. It’s a great space to unwind before your next flight.

I arrived during Chinese New Year, so the spa facilities were closed. That said, it looked like a lovely amenity and I would definitely consider trying it on a future visit.

The room itself was dark, quiet, and perfect for real sleep — not just airport napping. There are also convenient outlets to charge your devices.

My only suggestion would be offering the option to book longer time blocks, especially when flights are delayed.

Overall, highly recommend for anyone needing real rest during a long transit.

For a transit hotel the check in process was way too slow. I was 3rd in line and there was only one staff person. When it was my turn it still took 10-15 minutes. The AC was great but the beds were basic and smallish. Overall too expensive.

I stayed here with my daughter after a 13.5 hr flight from London, and before our next 9 hour flight home to New Zealand. We had booked the room for 6 hours and as we arrived early, we were offered the opportunity to check in straight away which was very welcome. We asked to book an extra hour and paid $25 Singapore dollars for this. They gave us 20 minutes too on top of this for no extra fee due to the time we checked in. We also received vouchers for 2 free meals at the Ambassador lounge.

The receptionists were really friendly, the lobby spacious and modern. We found our room easily, it was well air-conditioned and our twin beds comfy and clean. We appreciated the extras like toothbrushes and paste in the bathroom. There was no window, which we expected, but the large curtain on the wall and mirror provided made the room feel cosy and spacious. The coffee and tea making facilities with 'creamery' packets, coffee, tea and sugar sachets meant we didn't need to find milk to make a hot coffee or cup of tea.. The shower and bathroom were immaculate. We were able to get some much needed sleep and rest as the hotel was very, very quiet from the morning to mid afternoon.

We were offered and accepted a wake up phone call, very handy!

The hotel is adjacent to the free movie theatre & wonderful Butterfly Garden. We visited the garden. much easier without all our carry-on luggage left behind in our room.

It's not cheap to stay here but well worth it for the comfort and privacy.

When we arrived the gentleman we met shifted rude to offensive, the bed was atrociously uncomfortable, the breakfast was stone cold, one of the eight charging ports in the restaurant worked. All in all, to be blunt, it was an atrocious waste of money and never again.

I was able to book in person a room for my return flight in late September, when I had been informed on-line that the hotel was fully booked for the dates I requested.

There was only a bath mat in the bathroom, no towel. I would have appreciated a comfortable chair.

Convenient and comfortable place to stay if you are in transit for more than 6 hours. Bear in mind that it can take about 30 minutes to switch terminals and walk to the hotel, depending on the terminal your plane lands at. Once you get to Terminal 3, the signage to the hotel is very good. The room was quiet and had essential bathroom items. The inclusion of a meal (edible food, but not amazing) is an extra convenience, particularly the option for room service. My only negative is that I sent a message via the Hotels.com app and never got a reply.

Always stay here when flying long haul to New Zealand. The rooms are quiet and clean. The showers are fabulous. It hasn’t changed in years so may be looking a bit faded but it’s an absolute godsend when transiting between long flights. I had a window in my room this trip which was a novelty!

An absolute godsend for long haul transit

This place is a godsend for transit passengers on long haul flights. A quiet place to rest between flights and the showers are fabulous. You are also given a voucher for a complimentary meal in the transit lounge next door should you get hungry. The beds are comfortable and the room is cool which helps sleep. Bookings are in blocks of six hours but you can book extra hours should you want them.

However, one hour limitation for breakfast in lounge was bit tight, at least 90 minutes would be ideal in early hours of the day when fasciitis were quite empty. Its not for time required to over consume, its just the time required for slower people like elderly or parents with children need more time 😀

The first room we were allocated Room 355 stank of sewerage as it appeared the bathroom floor waste had dried out. We were reallocated Room 341 which was fine BUT instead of excuses and an explanation as to why, it would NOT HAVE OCCURRED IF THE ROOM HAD BEEN CHECKED BEFORE WE WERE ALLOCATED IT!
WE never did get an apology!
Food is offered with this stay but the poor presentation booklet, the fact that it ‘presented’ like airline food and eating it even in a fresher smelling room did not encourage us to ‘dine in’! Furthermore it didn’t appear that a beer or glass of wine was on offer..
