A truly underrated hotel!
The staff, accommodations, food and service were amazing!
The views of Palermo from our balcony were great and being outside the city centre away from the hustle and bustle was refreshing.
If you have a car it is definitely easier to come and go (driving is not for the faint of heart though, so be warned) being that it is up the mountain, but they provide a shuttle service both to and from the city centre and airport for a reasonable price.

My family enjoyed our stay the rooms were spotless, the breakfast was delicious and plenty of selections, they also serve lunch and dinner in their restaurant.the staff was very accommodating friendly and catered to our needs,
the outdoor pool was beautiful and the view of the whole city of Palermo was breath taking

A nice hotel, clean room, very comfortable beds, great views of Palermo down below, attentive staff. Be aware that because of it's location there are not many shops/restaurants near the hotel, so having a car is a must. I would rate the breakfast adequate, and I was surprised there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This would have been excellent as Staff very attentive on arrival, great facilities. Very clean breakfast was good and very reasonably priced - however the charge for parking was unexpected and despite responding after message no parking was reserved this was resolved. The room spacious and very clean but booked a city view and location of room very end so had an obstructed view. Location is significantly outside city with limited dining options nearby. The hotel do offer transport although we didn’t use. Would recommend but be aware

We were concerned when we arrived to learn there was construction, no bar, no cafe, and very limited dining. The person who checked us in was argumentative and not responsive to our concerns. We knew we would be charged 1 night for canceling so we attempted to make the most of a bad situation. The room we requested was non-smoking but it was musky and had an ashtray. Hammering woke us at 7:00 am the next morning so we checked out. We had no other arrangements and so we stayed 1 out of 5 nights. We paid in advance and are only being refunded for 2 of those days. Absolutely horrible customer service!

Book this hotel for the panoramic pool view only. Other than that it really is an average hotel. I booked a superior room, it was big with a balcony but v basic. The food in the restaurant is v nice but the majority of the waiters are not v helpful or friendly (maybe only 2 were). You have to collect towels for the pool at reception and hand them back, they keep tabs on them. On one day in the middle of the day, they started to clean the jacuzzi and put salt in. Should be done in the mornings before it gets used. The area is 30 minutes outside of the centre, there is a shuttle but only for 8 people on a first come first served basis that leaves at 10.30 and returns at 5.30. There is also a shuttle to Mondello beach that leaves at 9.30 and returns at 4.30. They don’t give tap water or let you fill your bottle. You have to buy water for €1 a bottle. In 36 degrees heat you get through a lot!

I t is no wonder the place had only a few guests staying here.
Friendly staff but have no customer service apart from the our lovely cleaner.

Noticed some friendly unfriendly people in breakfast room our first morning just glaring at you like you have murdered their mother or something worse! We believe they could have been part of the incredibly arrogant management who think this is how to run a successful venue.
Such a shame as the view is beautiful. But No personality!
No atmosphere! No background Italian Music, nothing? Dated decor.
Dirty in a lot of areas

I’m surprised they didn’t charge for the aircon as they charge you for everything else. Charged €10 to bring food to our room from the hotel restaurant.
Advertised at €2 room service
€20 extra if want late check out. Keeping your room. They didn’t offered to look after our bags whilst we waited for our transfer. No where was it mentioned when you check out of your room, you can not use the facilities so If you stay without the late you have to pay €20 to sit in pool area and use pool. That area has a phone you have to use to get staff to come to you to buy a drink or ice cream. (Very limited selection) And even that they don’t answer. It’s almost like they don’t want you there. And as we refused to pay €20 we were kicked out of the hotel.
We were going to use the restaurant again that you pay separately but their loss.

Food:
Food was delicious, especially the seared Tuna and reasonably priced.
To be fair.

We loved our stay! The staff were very nice and helpful, we played ping pong and pool almost every free opportunity we could, and the breakfast was very convenient and delicious. They had a great restaurant that wasn’t extremely overpriced either. The shuttle was a great way to get into town as the hotel is located quite far from city centre if you were to walk; the shuttle was affordable and the driver was very kind. The only disappointment was the pool as it was closed to get ready for the summer months, which was a bit of a let down for us. However, this definitely doesn’t take away from the fact that we had a great stay with a great room!

Our family room was spacious and the view over Palermo was beautiful. Breakfast was tasty, with many options, and the staff was helpful. We took the shuttle into the city, which I’d recommend, as driving is harrowing (super narrow streets, aggressive mopeds). Only wish the jacuzzi had been open - we were looking forward to it. They were doing some work on the pools and patio while we were there, probably to prepare for summer. Overall, though, a pleasant stay, apart from the chaos of the city, and overlooking it and the sea.

Lovely modern hotel, clean and up to date. Excellent service and great food both at the free breakfast buffet and in the restaurant for dinner. Spectacular view of the entire city of Palermo - it is outside of the main city, on a hill overlooking the town. The pool and hot tub were too cold to use, but other than that, the stay was wonderful. We specifically chose this location to be able to not have to drive into the busy parts of the city, taking taxis was much easier.

If you are using your GPS it will take you in their back private area lol. Check in was great they were very nice. We had to roll our own luggage cart since the older man didnt want to help. Bathroom is huge with a little shower. View of Palermo is amazing from our balcony. Breakfast not much to choose from. The man served some of our breakfast and other stuff that was closed we can grab. Juice was extra sweet so we had to do half juice half water. Restaurant they have for dinner is so good! We were tired and it was our last night we just decided to eat there. Felt super safe there especially leaving our car outside. If i ever come back i would stay there again!

I liked it that there was a shuttle (I had to pay for) to downtown) Palermo…I was bothered, that I told I wanted an extension of the shuttle to the train station, and the shuttle driver told me AI wanted the extension to the airport!… I’m especially mad that this hotel was in the middle of “nowheres ville”. There was nothing near the hotel! The center of town was 30 minutes driving away from the hotel!

The property is in a good location view wise. You can see the whole of Palermo city as it is on top of a hill. The hotel is clean and well-kept- BUT - it is really far from the city center. They say it is 20 minutes away, but the traffic in Palermo is so bad, it takes double that time to get to the city center. It is not possible to walk to the hotel as it is going up the hill. You need more than one bus also to commute to the place. Even the taxi drivers in the airport don't like to go to the location as they all said it is way out and it is at least 62 euros from the airport to the hotel. Also, most of the tour companies don't like to pick up from the hotel as it is far out. In fairness, they have pools where you can soak and relax, but, You don't go to Palermo just to be in the pool everyday and all day. You can do that at home. You want to see the places around which Palermo has nice historical and UNESCO places to visit. So, they have a transfer service that caters to the hotel customers. The price depends on how many people will be in the car. But, it is such a hustle to cater your time to the other passengers just not to pay so much for the transfers. You have your own schedule and not based on other people's schedule. If you want your own schedule, then you pay minimum 30 euros to go where (depending on the distance) and back to the hotel. The 30 euros is to the city center only. If you go with 4 people you pay at least 7 euros.

Definitely recommend this place but the location is not ideal. In the mountains and not within walking distance. If you have a car, you’re okay driving is a little crazy here. Lovely hotel with amazing views.

A little out of the way for less mobile visitors r those who don't drive. The hotel is first rate although it was early season so some things u was expecting were not available. No pool bar service, limited bar and restaurant service. The hotel is excellent despite this but with those additions it would be a cracking retreat. There are comments regarding dogs barking and they are true but they did not disturb us. The pool area is massive with three separate pools , they are very cold and not suitable for swimming more if a plunge pool to cool off. The views feom the pool area are stunning overlooking Palermo. The food was excellent quality and both food and drinks were reasonably priced. The room was spotless and spacious with free bathroom products etc. The staff were very helpful and friendly and my 5 day 4 night stay. We loved our stay and would recommend a visit without hesitation. Just be aware of the slight isolation for the less mobile.

This isn't a complaint about the hotel - which is in a great spot with fantastic views and good facilities/service, just to record a problem with barking dogs nearby throughout the nights on and off which if you re not used to it wrecks a good nights sleep. Hotel management needs to sort out the neighbours. All rooms face the direction of the barking! Can't imagine how someone can allow their dogs out to bark all night....

This is a superb hotel, high on a hill overlooking Palermo and the sea. It is built on 7 levels, spilling down the steep hillside. The buffet breakfast is fine, the restaurant food excellent and the staff very good. My room was very spacious, well fitted out and included a Mini Bar fridge. The en-suite shower room was excellent.
There is limited on-site parking available, which meant I had to park on the road outside the hotel, but that wasn't too much of a problem.

Palermo night stop

Nice hotel, good facilities, friendly staff, good food. Quite far from the city and beach, shuttle provided, though we didn't use it as just staying one night before departing.

Great budget hotel, but need a car

Nice hotel on the hillside outside Palermo, for getting there a car is a must, and you should book parking before hand (5 Euro's a night) as spaces are limited.
A reasonable breakfast is included.
Helpful staff.
Good bed.
Air conditioning effective and quiet.
All in all a nice two days stay.

Good hotel close to Palermo

Hotel was convenient to get to from the airport. Amazing views over the bay around palermo from the hotel, particularly from the pool.
Good restaurant with friendly staff. They went out of their way to prepare a special meal for one of our party.
Transport can be booked to go into Palermo. Good value.
Car parking is limited, but wasn't a major problem.

Amazing views!

It’s a great hotel, that provides stunning views of Palermo! My partner and I, booked the superior room and was on the first floor - we were lucky enough to have such amazing views!It’s 20 minutes away from the city centre but it’s not a problem as the hotel provides shuttle (at certain times) and can book a taxi service for you. The staff are extremely lovely, especially those at the hotel restaurant.
