Booked Premium double with kingsize bed, got small room with rolled together two single beds, stained carpet and walls. Have no idea how looks Standard room then... Asked reception, they said pictures on Expedia belong to Luxury double. Windows not opening, so brief conditioned air only during night, which is not really healthy. Owerally disappointed, definitely won't book again.

VERY NOISY in the rooms facing Riia Mnt. Revving engines and club music playing every minute until 4am as the traffic lights changed. My son was awake until after midnight. I asked the front desk for help and they tried, but the hotel was full that night. They seemed to be very aware of the problem and looked for earplugs to offer. Telling that they had none left...

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room was rather nice although a bit forgetful. No separate conditioner or shower gel but one bottle for everything. The bed was okay as well.
The big problem is that it is not possible to sleep at the hotel due very severe traffic noise. There is 4 lane road in front of the hotel and only single glazing in the windows. The noice is infernal and even with ear plugs I had problems to sleep.
Thus, unfortunaly I must recommend that one one would stay here if they like to sleep during the stay.

Værelset var ikke særlig hyggeligt og fællesområdet på gangen, som man ellers havde forsøgt at indrette som bibliotek for voksne og legerum for børn, var heller ikke særlig hyggeligt, med knust spejl og manglende lys. Jeg tænkte, at her ville personalet aldrig gå op med deres egne børn eller tage en tænkepause. Ellers rent, pænt og professionelt, men underligt upersonligt i sammenligning med andre \"art hotels\", jeg har været på.

At arrival there was confusion about the reservation - there was two instead of the one we made. Our evidence was only pointing to one. Hotels.com app and confirmation email showed one but the pre-registration sent by the hotel showed a different room type. We did not receive a pre-registration of the room type we ordered. We will claim the difference of the higher price.
Front desk was helpful to sort out what seems like a system error or error by the hotel.

Huoneemme ilmastointitermostaatti ei toiminut säätämisestä huolimatta. Heräsimme aamuyöstä kun huonelämpö oli kohonnut niin että suuta kuivi ja jano oli kova. Kävimme respassa pyytämässä apua ja virkailija tuli katsomaan huonetta. Hän ei osannut säätää lämpöä. Pyysimme vettä ja hän sanoi, että voitte ostaa vettä minibaarista hintaan 3€/pullo! Hotelli ei tullut vastaan millään tavalla vaikka vika oli hotellin. Emme voi suositella hotellia. Hotellista jäi huono maku.

As the hotel is next to the main road, all the noise of traffic is very loudly heard to the room, windows do not seal any noise.

Mycket snyggt hotell med bra läge och skön säng
Trevligt och snyggt hotell med fantastiskt skön säng och bra badrum! Läget är toppen och det fanns bra shopping och restauranger precis utanför hotellet. Trevligt med rabattkupong till varuhuset bredvid.
Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam.
Ett stort minus för det obefintliga utbudet av glutenfria alternativ på frukosten. Frukostrestaurangen var under ombyggnad och man åt på ett cafe vägg i vägg. Det var helt ok, men dåligt att det inte finns ett enda glutenfritt bröd.
