Great location, right on the seafront and close to the town centre. Super swimming pool and bar & lounge facilities around it. Breakfast had loads of choice, all good quality and fresh. Happy to recommend.

The property needs some refreshing for the price. We were misled and had to take two rooms. Apart from that, it is well placed. However, the side views of the beach is not recommended. Take a room with full view if you want sea view which will include the rooms facing the sea. The rooms were clean and well equipped with tea, coffee, chocolates. This hotel does not provide parking for free. The parking lot is right in front of the building though which is very practical.

This hotel declates itself a 4 star hotel. We disagree. 2.5 to 3 stars at the most. They try to offer a fancy service but it is not backed up by actual value. Room svce is very limited. The hotel, restaurant and bar ran out of ice, the menu is ambitious but too sophisticated for a beach restaurant and not local. Overall it is a case of trying hard to look good while cutting costs like crazy in the back. Side note: the access to the front door is a steep ramp and not accessible. You would need a crane to get a wheelchair up there and I would hate to use it on a rainy day.

Lovely stay!

Hotel is located right in front of beach, unfortunately the road in front is under construction. Had a very had time find the way to the hotel and into the parking lot. But once you find it, it was all easy. Spacious room with wooden floor, clean and with a nice size balcony that has a side view of the beach. Balcony is very comfortable to relax, lot of room with good useful furniture. Big bathroom with tub and separate fancy shower. (I assume it is the handicap access room) The fancy shower is too close to the toilet, therefore water everywhere if you choose to use it. Very relaxing to have a drink by the pool. Short walking distance to side street with all the shops for clothing, food and wine and many restaurants, Overall very lovely stay.

Lovely stay by the beach

Lovely hotel opposite the beach in carnac,a really super location. The pool is small but lovely and the staff were friendly especially Veronica on reception. Breakfast was an extra 19euros but good. Room wasn't cleaned till 4pm on our second day but we didn't mind too much. We would be happy to recommend this hotel.

A wonderful hotel experience!

A really delightful hotel, we cannot praise it enough. Every facility we could have wanted including private parking, very kind and attentive staff, situated alongside the beautiful beach and a very short walk to an excellent range of restaurants and shops. We shall definitely be returning to the excellent Hotel Le Diana.

Six nights, room only, although we did sample a decent breakfast on one day and an expensive but well cooked and presented dinner on one night. It helped greatly that we were upgraded to a sea view room thanks to the owner The staff all seemed to speak good English and were very pleasant indeed. The hotel is well situated for shops and restaurants in Carnac Plage.
I would certainly stay here again if I ever returned to the Carnac area.

Beach front, and in shoulder season, so we got a lovely room, with windows surrounding the room. The hotel provided lots of information and it had free parking.

Great location by the Grand Plage at Carnac

Overall a good choice of hotel for this area- close to the lovely sandy beaches and the town centre. Great to have free cycles and secure underground car parking available. The newly refurbished room with sea view was very comfortable and the wet room worked well!

Very nice hotel

Very nice hotel, probably the nicest in Carnac, Good position opposite the beach (although there is a road between the hotel and the beach). Excellent bar and restaurant, although the wine is very expensive). Over all a very nice hotel, clean and comfortable, but have a sea view room as the view at the back is not good as it overlooks the car park and the mini golf.

Would recommend to all my friends

Wonderful hotel, clean, efficient and very friendly. We managed to get a great deal on the internet which we were able to extend once we reached the hotel. As a family of three (which can be difficult to accommodate) the hotel gave us everything we wanted (and more).

Loved it but missing one American's desire

I would stay there again even though the bath had a handheld shower with no mount.I eventually got used to it. There was a shower down in the workout area, i was just too lazy to drag my stuff down there....I was staying in the old area of the Hotel anyway [I think the new area has the American type showers that hang on the wall), but I wanted the ocean view, which was worth every extra Euro. Fresh fruit baskets on all floors, and all the desk receptionists spoke very good English.Free bike rentals, and the bikes were Fantastic, and easy to navigate with all the bike lanes and trails....Hotel Le Diana....fantastic beach resort- excellent service. Worth the price....

Hotel tres bien placé en face de la mer. Bon petit déjeuner avec un bon choix de fruits et de gâteaux. Piscine agréable mais un manque d’espace et de chaises longues autour. État général de l’hôtel correct sauf les joints de la douche et petites déchirures du papier peint de la chambre.

Wunderbar kreativer Restaurantabend

Absolutes Highlight bei unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, war das Essen im Restaurant l'Eskell. Das Essen war von Präsentation über Kreativität und Geschmack ein besonderes Erlebnis. Gepaart mit freundlicher Bedienung haben wir einen sehr schönen Abend verbracht. Gratulation den beiden Köchen..wunderbar.

Faire du business sur les animaux n'est plus tolerable. Surtout pour un chien de 4kg propre et éduqué. Le prétexte éventuellement emis de faire un nettoyage special après l'occupation des lieux par un chien est totalement faux.

Services et état de l'hotel déplorables

Très belle vitrine de l'extérieur mais accueil désastreux (excepté un jeune homme qui lui seul avait le sens naturel de l'accueil). Etat de la chambre vieillot. Pour un 4 étoiles, l'Etablissement ne semble pas se remettre en cause et vit avec des acquis qui commencent à dater.
Seul point positif : qualité du petit-déjeuner
En conclusion, rien à voir avec les prestations habituelles d'une gamme équivalente
