A lovely hotel and most comfortable. Enjoyed the Thalasso pools and a massage, very relaxing. Only disappointment was the seafood buffet dinner, not what we wanted as not a big fan of shellfish or buffets.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits au Miramar la Cigale, l'hôtel est bien situé dans un environnement agréable, spacieux et élégant, le quartier est vraiment sympa. La chambre (grand large) était spacieuse et confortable, on apprécierait une salle de bains un peu plus spacieuse et dotée d'une douche séparée de la baignoire, mais c'est correct, une possibilité de tamiser l'éclairage serait aussi un plus. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très bon, le choix varié et le service est efficace et agréable. Les détails qui nous trouvons vraiment irritants pour un hôtel 5 étoiles sont des taches ici et là sur la moquette (notre chambre avait une grosse tache dans l'entrée) et dans les couloirs, les traces laissées dans le bas des murs par le frottement des dessertes utilisées par le personnel d'étage. Ca ne fait pas top pour un 5 étoiles. Nous n'avons pas utilisé les services du spa, ni la restauration. Une prise en charge des détails évoqués renforcerait l'image positive de l'hôtel. Nous reviendrions au Miramar si nous en avons l'occasion.

I miss shampoo and conditioner and others cosmetic in my bathroom- there is only “shampoo & body wash “ 2in 1 in shower - that’s pretty cheap for this prices. On the photos of all room is toiletries in small sizes.. ;-( When I ask at receptin they gave me conditioner. However it was missing in my room.

The hotel was great but it was really out of the way from everything. No restaurants or sites within 30 minutes of the hotel. If you are going for a spa weekend then it is a great place to stay put. But if you are traveling in the area the location is not great.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel où nous avons passé une nuit. Le personnel était à notre écoute, la chambre spacieuse avec une jolie vue. Literie confortable et environnement paisible. Concernant les accès spa, piscine panoramique et les divers soins possible nous avons trouvé que cela manquait d'informations. Nous avons en effet dû déambuler un certain temps afin d'obtenir les explications sur les différents accès et tenues à adopter (peignoir, serviette, etc).

Vu les differents avis, on s'attendait à un sejour parfait. En arrivant dans la chambre on a vite dechanté : la moquette immonde tachée et très abimée, trace de café sur la table de nuit et une épingle \" oubliée \", des cendres de cigarettes plein le balcon, la douche qui ne fonctionnait pas ( jet d'eau presque inexistant tellement c'était abimé ), le nettoyage des joints mal fait, le lavabo pas net. En plus les oreillés plats et mous, vraiment pas au niveau du \" standing \" de cet hotel ! Au SPA océanique, les toilettes sont trés abimés et rongés probablement par l'eau de mer ou l'humidité de l'air, j'ai aussi vu des parties en bois pourries et moisies. La piscine et les bassins sont trés bien et le bar et le restaurant aussi, çà rattrape le reste... A plus de 300 € la nuit, c'est abusé, j'ai fait beaucoup d'autres hotels plus ou moins chers et j'ai rarement été aussi déçu !

Emplacement magnifique, l hôtel est superbe au fil de l eau et vue dur mer. Les chambres spacieuse et tres propres. Très bon petits déjeuner.
