Bon séjour à Vannes dans un studio double. Trés bon acceuil tous les jours. Salle de bains bien adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite (barres d'aide WC & douche).
Juste une petite remarque concernant les \"rangements\" qui sont insuffisants pour des séjours de plus de 7 jours. Toujours satisfait de nos séjours dans les \"appart-city\"

Je félicite et remercie pour leur gentillesse et bienveillance toute l’équipe.
Il y a un côté un peu triste et de matériel qui a déjà vécu sans être pour autant obsolète.
La literie est très bonne. La température n’est pas suffisante dans la salle de bain. Se laver en ayant froid n’est pas agréable.

Nous sommes allés a Vannes pour un échange de voiture chez un professionnel . Nous avons déjà séjourné à cet endroit plusieurs fois et sommes retournés avec plaisir .Dès le parking on se sent rassuré . Places dispo sans problème.
Accueil sympathique . Chambre propre et salle de bains qui correspondent aux photos. ( possibilité de manger sur place)
Petits déj sur place a volonté dans un créneau horaire confortable ( jusqu'à 10h en semaine )avec du choix mais toutefois un peu chers .

Perfect for FAMILY!

This is our first trip to Brittany region and we could not be happier with the choice of this apartment! Very good location and friendly staff. Roomy , clean and the BATHROOM is HUGE! The kids are so happy that they even beg to extend ! Highly recommend!

Great value, very comfortable

Great location, only a few minutes from the center by car. Staff very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very modern, spacious, spotlessly clean, the kitchenette very useful. Overall a very positive suprise, we were extremely satisfied, will be checking out the other locations of the hotel chain too.

Note: the confirmation mail stated that check-in is only until 8pm, but we called the hotel and they have a 24/7 reception. There's no need to rush.

Convenient stop over

This was a very last minute booking as we had been let down badly by the previous \"appart hotel\" sadly on Hotels.com. So we had a small problem getting in but once in everything was great. Very clean and comfortable. However our nights sleep was ruined by the compressor on the fridge howling every 10 minutes and at 3.00 am my husband found the isolator switch and we got to sleep! Don't be put off though. A very convenient place to stay.

Checking in was difficult apparently our key was in a lockbox near the entrance. There was no one at the registration desk and-- since neither of us have phones that work in Europr--we had to get a local resident to call so we could get in. It was fairly disturbing

Great self catering apartments

Well equipped self catering apartment only 15 mins walk from town centre and close to a handy supermarket. Very helpful staff, quiet surroundings and clean comfortable rooms. Stayed 5 nights and were surprised not to be given new sheets/towels during our stay.

Surcharges of: 3 Euros a day parking. Then for use of internet which does not work properly. Then more surcharge for using sauna. The gym and sauna closes very early. The breakfast is not value for money. Will definitely not use this hotel again

I arrived after 5.00 pm on Sunday, so reception was closed. I had been sent a text message giving a number with no explanation of how to use it. It did not open the barrier to the car park. It did allow me to open a safe in a small hallway yielding an envelope with card keys to the 2 rooms I had booked, giving different room numbers from those in the text. There were no instructions as to how to get into the hotel. There was a phone number to call and hte person I spoke ot wa sunhelpful. So far as I oculd undestand him he said I could not get access to the car park. Guests coming out let me into both car park and hotel. I found that a very distressing start to my stay.
The rooms and bathrooms were adequate. They were reasonably clean. The towels were small and thin. There is no service in this hotel unless extra payment is made. So the rooms are not cleaned each day. Had I known that I would not have booked it.
The hotel is hard to find and the map from the website is of little help.

Nice apartment near a Hypermarket

Our first time to Vannes by train from Rennes on TGV which we always thoroughly enjoy. Plenty taxi outside,or bus no. 6, arrived in time for check in around 3 pm, very attentive staff, our apartment had a queen bed very comfortable plenty of space, everything we need for self catering for making hot drinks & light meals before going out Vannes is a beautiful town which we will go back soon & will book with the same apartment.

Excellent value for money stay

My husband stayed here for 3 weeks along with several of his employees while working on a construction site in the area. He was very impressed by the standard of accommodation, everything is brand new and the suites were ideal for him and his co-workers to relax in after a hard days work. The kitchen facilities in the room meant that they didn't have to go out to eat every night & they were also able to use the laundry facilities in the hotel to wash their clothes. Also Vannes was a very nice town to spend time in on Sundays when they were unable to work.

A clean box completely soulless

If you need somewhere to stay without any feeling of where in the world you are it's fine.
It certainly is not within walking distance to the beach rather in an industrial type estate close to shabby university accommodation.
Room clean but beds similar to travel lodge in the UK
I booked it for the sauna but we were promptly told that the sauna was out of operation in fact my husband, an engineer, thought that it had never been switched on from new so we feel totally duped as that was the only reason the room was chosen over a list of others.

the front desk staff was very helpful with our cell phone problem. the room itself was very basic but it was air conditioned and we stayed in Vannes on 2 very hot days in sept so this turned out to be very important. having on-site parking was also a big plus for us. there was also a public car park, maybe a 3 minute drive away, near to the historic area, which the desk staff described very clearly otherwise it could be easily missed. our stay went very smoothly.

Ideal stay for us

We were a little worried about what it would be like as we had booked four nights and it was really cheap. The place is on its own on a large university/industrial development. It is relatively new with ample parking some under cover and is very close to a large supermarket and some other smaller shops.The hotel public facilities are minimal but with an adequate reception area, a small lounge and some gyn/sauna facilities which we didn't use. the rooms are modern, quite spacious and comfortable with nice bathroom.shower but the added extra is there is in the bedroom a smallish kitchen facility comprising sink, two cooking rings, a grill/microwave, kettle etc with crockery and pans etc.. all of which can be covered if required by a pull down blind. They provide a good breakfast if required but we used our facilities to get our own breakfast each day and even evening meals on a couple of occasions. Found it all ideal for our needs and only a few minutes drive to the town centre. harbour.

Perfect for our needs

We used the Park & Suites Elegance Vannes as a stopover during a 2day spell of wet weather while on camping tour of northern France.

At first I was a bit taken aback at the location as it seemed well out of the town and the initial appearance of the building wasn’t very eye-catching but is in fact a gem of a find.

The hotel room itself was very well equipped with a kitchen area incl. Microwave, Stove, Fridge (which could be all hidden by pulling down a blind) and all the usual sundries. Good sized TV, comfortable bed, good sized bathroom.

The location is only about a 20min walk into town or 5min by car with plenty of free parking near the harbour area.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We did not dine there as we had our own foodstuffs but the dining area looked well laid out, also a comfortable lounge area.

Will certainly use again if required in that area.

Great base for visiting Vannes and surrounding area. Was able to park the car in the shade, air conditioned room with kitchenette and fridge / freezer meant that we could keep everything nice and cool. Supermarket was 5 minute walk, town centre 30 minute walk. Good value and would stay there again.

Not a suite, nor apartment; just a room!

\"A large room with fridge, sink and cooker.\" would be a better description. 1 armchair & 2 transparent dining chairs, with no space to use them doth not an apartment or a suite make. A large en-suite shower/toilet, still doesn't make it a suite. The room was cleaned daily and the bed made but it was penny pinching not to supply clean towels when needed, we had the same ones for 5 days. The \"undercover\" parking was below the first floor in an open area and could only take about 1/3 of the cars present. There was no security gates and the video cameras only covered some of the area but, as the reception desk was not manned from at night, they were of little use. HOWEVER, none of these factors affected our stay, but it would have been good to be aware of them before booking. You should vet entries more carefully as words like \"suite” and “apartment\" probably construe misleading description within the Trades Descriptions Act. BUT it was clean and comfortable, close to the town centre to walk in 20 minutes, quiet at night, across the road from a hypermarket, petrol station and shops and reasonably priced. THE STAFF WERE WONDERFUL. The receptionists spoke excellent English and when one of us was taken ill, arranged for an emergency doctor as well as taxis and communicated with the hospital for us. A MASSIVE THANKS TO THEM. In conclusion? It was more spacious than the equivalent hotel room and a bit cheaper; it was badly described and could put us off using Hotels.com again

Comfortable new hotel

Super hotel. We were two couples travelling with a dog. Good room facilities and plenty of room for pets. Outside space to exercise dog was welcome. The only drawback was that the hotel was too far away to walk in to Vannes. Taxis are easy to get but are costly. Didn't spoil our stay though. Would stay again.

Odeur de poisson très forte dans tout l’hôtel, même dans ma chambre, probablement à cause de la ventilation, ce qui m’a empêché de bien dormir.
Au petit-déjeuner, malgré mon arrivée à l’heure, il ne restait plus rien à manger à cause de la foule et du manque de réassort. Je suis donc parti sans rien consommer alors que le petit-déjeuner était payé.

La seule requête que je puisse faire c’est d’avoir à disposition dans la chambre un escabeau permettant d’accéder aux étagères dans la cuisine qui sont en hauteur : vos clients ne sont pas tous des géants! merci Mme Doan
