Entering the designated room, we discovered that it lacked electricity. There was somebody working on the issue but without any guarantee of success. The staff did not think that that was a sufficient reason to provide different accommodation. The staff at the front desk seemed to be prepared to deny help no matter what the request was.

Although there is parking available, we were unable to park two motorcycles in their car park because we hadn’t reserved parking space. There was nowhere on the website, when booking to reserve parking. Not very impressed with this side of the hotel, other than that it was fine.

Stayed for 2 nights. In a handy location within 10 minutes walking distance of the port, but also 20 mins walk to the train station. In addition there is a laundrette just 100 metres away. I did not eat there but the restaurant looked quite good in the evening with quite a few guests using it.

Hotel parking is difficult to access, from a busy road through a narrow archway. Reception people nice, Maître d' less so - when we wanted lunch at 1.40 pm, he said without apology or explanation, \"c'est terminé!\" BUT breakfast and especially dinner were outstanding. Room was too small for comfort, and there was nowhere to put stuff, a wardrobe but no shelves. Wifi weak, only really worked in hotel lobby. But on the whole good value.

The hotel was being remodeled, and there was jack hammers and saws going at 8 AM during the week, no construction on the weekend. It was difficult to sleep past 8 AM because of the noise. There is no elevator, and we were on the 4th floor, tiring trips up the stairs. The Wi Fi was not working in the hotel during our 4 day stay. There was no phone in our room, as stated there would be in the listing. The manager was understanding, and offered to change us to another hotel or give us both a free breakfast every morning. The hotel change would have required more changes in rooms and single beds, so we took the breakfast. The rooms are updated and very clean, the staff was nice.

Nous sommes venus à Vannes pour se promener et découvrir la ville. Ce lundi de Pâques, beaucoup de commerces fermés mais nous avons pu déjeuner et dîner.
La vieille ville était animée. La chambre que nous occupions mérite un rafraichissement. L'accueil a été très agréable.

Je vécu 1 inconvénient majeur mais c’est bien dommage car tout le reste était parfait :
- la température de l’eau de la douche ingérable passait du froid au brûlant sans discontinuer et avec très peu de pression… le lavage de mes cheveux fut une épreuve !!!!

Séjour très agréable dans l’hôtel, nous avons été très bien accueillies ! Nous sommes arrivées avant 15h, nous avons pu laisser nos affaires au personnel très agréable ! Chambre confort avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin ! Le petit-déjeuner était super avec tout ce qu’il faut et le personnel toujours aux petits soins ! Je recommande sans hésitation. À seulement 10 petites minutes du centre !!

Hotel muy cerca del centro,solo hay que bajar una calle y estás en la plaza del ayuntamiento.Tiene justo enfrente un parking público en superficie , que se paga por horas durante el dia pero es muy barato. El hotel es bastante correcto y muy cómodo para visitar la ciudad y la zona , sobre todo si viajas en coche porque puedes aparcar siempre casi a la puerta. El personal del hotel muy amable . Muy buena opción y comoda para visitar Vannes.

dit is een functioneel hotel maar kamer is groot genoeg, net zoals de badkamer. voldoende afzetruimte in de badkamer, enkel in de kamer zou er meer legruimte mogen zijn. Bed is comfortable. Bureautje is enkel een beetje klein. 1 groter minpunt is het balkon... dat mag echt weleens wat TLC hebben... het wit is smerig zwart geworden.
