We stayed three nights. We booked a double bed but were given to singles. There where no towels in my sons room and our toilet was dirty. The room was very ,very small ,two people could not pass at the end of the bed. Service was poor and we asked but didnt get a double bed the next day. Only one pillow per bed and ground floor was very noisey. Traffic and seagul noise constantly. Overall an inexspensive but unenjoyable stay

Punaise de lit dans notre chambre. Changement de chambre et remboursement mais aucune solution pour nos affaires, on a du se débrouiller seul, acheter des produits, nettoyer la voiture et faire les machines à nos frais.

Le reste est correct,et pour la SDB ce n'est pas dérangeant.Le petit plus hôtel très calme on n'entend aucun bruit provenant des autres chambres,ce qui n'est pas le cas de tous les hôtels.

À l’accueil on m’a conseillé de dîner chez campanile ils m’ont refusé car je n’étais pas cliente chez eux je voyage beaucoup et je trouve pas professionnel de leur part de la façon qu’il m’ont accueilli

Bof, le second jour impossible d entrer dans la chambre, le code d acces ne fonctionnait plis et personne a l accueil ! Hereusement un servce d appel d urgence a permis de recuperer un nouveau code d acces...apres 1/2 heure d essai.

La chambre familiale est correcte, assez étroite à 4. Peu de place pour ranger les valises. Salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle. Propreté moyenne : poils dans la douche et tâches sur la moquette. Gros point négatif : les travaux en face de notre chambre jusqu'à 22h le soir et à 8h le matin c'est reparti. Merci le repos des vacances!!Personne ne nous a prévenu, on n'aurait pas réservé si on l'avait su avant !

L’hôtel est relativement tranquille malgré la situation géographique. Par contre, lors de la prise de contact téléphonique la veille de notre arrivée, une personne nous a affirmé que la chambre serait prête pour notre arrivée prévu vers 12h00 -12h30 et lorsque nous sommes arrivés vers 13h00, la chambre n'était pas prête. Nous avons demandé à une dame qui était en train de nettoyer les chambres s'il était possible de la nettoyer en lui donnant le numéro de la chambre et après etre partit plus d'une heure pour lui laisser le temps de la nettoyer, nous revenons à l'hotel à notre grande surprise, elle avait nettoyée les chambres de chaque coté de la notre sauf la notre. Elle nous a affirmé avoir mal compris et nous avons donc attendu 15 minutes de plus sur le parking pour qu'elle puisse faire son travail. Il n'y a pas d'heure d'arrivée stipulé sur le site internet donc après m'etre renseigné à la réception par téléphone, nous avons pris cela pour argent comptant.... Enfin, seul bémol tout de même lors de notre séjour mais regrettable car nous ne sommes plus décide à venir dans cet établissement dorénavant.
