The hotel turned out to be in an industrial zone on the edge of town. The garden I was expecting from the photos was a belt of trees between us and a major highway. However, the rooms were quiet. Also, we could see the traffic jam so we could time our departures for better traffic. The hotel management and workers were very friendly and helpful.

Having booked and paid for everything whilst in the UK I did not expect another £40 bill at the end of 5 nights. This was part of an 18 day tour and it was only Campanile that imposed this charge. Needless to say I will not be staying with them again they work out to be £10 per night dearer for an inferior quality. BEWARE be very aware

We waited 15 minutes at reception until someone turned up to check us in. We were only able to have a cold starter and dessert for our meal as 'there was a problem with the kitchen' but we were charged for 3 courses. The bedroom accommodation was more 'hostel' than hotel. The shower room was good and the beds were clean but the bedroom door would not close fully, there were cobwebs on the ceiling and the carpet was dirty. BUT our evening waitress was delighful. Overall, we were overcharged and very unimpressed. An expensive mistake.

Hotels.com made a mistake with our reservation when we arrived at the hotel they said we needed to pay extra for another bed. The manager from the hotel was very nice with us and she didn't charge us for the upgrade. Unfortunately a representative from hotels.com phoned the hotel but they weren't willing to pay the upgrade. The bedroom was very nice and comfortable.

Was by far the best hotel of our 5 day trip in France. Clean, well presented room with everything you could want. Great power shower! Definitely stay at Campanile again.

From the line green room light to the shower that fills the whole bathroom this place screams modern Europe. Hotel is right off the freeway, a little loud... May work for overnight. Not great if you want to explore the city. Breakfast was ok.

Have used Campanile hotels before and pleased to say the standard of the rooms remains the same. Clean, comfortable and warm. Breakfast was good but the evening meal was disappointing. The food was delicious but the portions were small and there were no vegetables with the meal. Well cooked pollock with plain boiled rice and nothing else. Hardly inspiring.

Having stayed once before in a Campanile hotel, we knew to expect something clean and functional, which it was. Checkin was friendly and efficient. The food was good but the restaurant lacked atmosphere - and as we lingered over our meals (dinner and breakfast) the room was already being stripped of its 'restaurant' look! - which was unsettling. That (and the fact that the 'complimentary glass from the bar' can't be got because the bar is closed) rather give the lie to all the blurb about wanting to make our stay as happy and comfortable, etc, as possible...
We'd recommend it - but with those caveats.
It's located in an industrial estate some way outside Vannes so not that handy, but it's close to the main roads. We took a taxi in and the town itself is well worth seeing.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé, juste 2 remarques,il faut arrêter de vanter les mérites de l'accueil et de l'écoute téléphonique sur le message d'attente. Lorsque l'on souhaite joindre l'hôtel par téléphone, personne ne décroche, il m'a été impossible de joindre Campanile.Autre détail, fuite d'eau a la douche, bonde devier ne fonctionnant pas et remplissage du reservoir d'eau des WC très long,ne permettant levacution correctement.

Vieil hôtel Campanile qui mériterait une grosse rénovation. Nous avons réservé une chambre triple. Très mauvaise odeur dans la chambre (égout). Moquette vieillotte sur laquelle on craint de marcher. Porte de la chambre à moitié cassée. Insonorisation indigne d’un hôtel 3 étoiles. Et enfin, matelas à changer d’urgence. Nous ne reviendrons jamais dans cet hôtel.

Rien a dire sur la partie hôtellerie. Par contre sur la partie restauration, beaucoup de progrès restent a faire. Le buffet des entrées est miséreux par rapport au prix. Un filet mignon trop cuit et tranches trop épaisses. Bref, ne vous attendez pas à une grande restauration mais attendez vous à un prix supérieure à la qualité servie.

J'ai passé une nuit dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel et je ne peux que déconseiller cet hôtel.
Au sujet de la chambre : pas de chauffage et donc une chambre très froide avec ces températures hivernales.
Restaurant : plus cher que le prix habituel proposé par les hôtels Campanile.
Pour exemple, l'offre duo ( plat+ dessert ou entée+ plat) est proposé à 17.90€ au Campanile de Vannes vs 21€ pour une offre similaire à Vierzon.
Après avoir attendu plus de 20mn pour que l'on me serve mon dessert, j'ai dû me lever( j'étais assis face à l'accueil) pour que l'on daigne m'apporter le dessert proposé dans le menu.
Conclusion : privilégiez un hôtel deux étoiles plus récents, vous apprécierez mieux votre séjour, même si celui est court.

Rajeunissent partiel de l'hôtel sur l'ancien standard. Niveau qualité restaurant ça reste vraiment pas très bon. Je ne voulais pas ressortir pour aller manger ailleurs, j'aurais dû. C'est marrant à chaque fois que l'on réserve via l'application, on se retrouve au bout du bâtiment ou complètement a l'arrière ?? Bref, je choisis de moins en moins le campanile sauf quand je n'ai pas vraiment le choix.

Déçus, le Campanile de Vannes ne vaut pas 3 étoiles : bâtiments vieux, plusieurs accessoires à l'intérieur de la chambre étaient délabrés, le ménage en général est à revoir

Quatre jours de séjour et un personnel qui ne porte pas de masque, qui se déplace dans la salle du petit déjeuner dans tous les sens, petit déjeuner d'ailleurs très mal organisé, des clients qui se croisent dans tous les sens. Quand on demande au personnel pourquoi il ne porte pas de masque la manager répond que \"la direction, c'est elle et que c'est comme ça\", attitude complètement irresponsable, par ailleurs aucune connexion ineternet pednat qautre jours
