The stay was good marred by one thing. The receptionist - it happened on three occasions + was talking on the telephone to other guests and. completely ignored my presence. She was just chatting and on two occasions I had to wait about 5 minutes for her to attend to me and on the third occasion I had to find another member of staff. Our sat nav had difficulty in locating the Kyriad but on arrival we found it on a roundabout some 10 mins drive from Vanne harbour. The rooms were ok but not enough wardrobe space, all French TV channels and a really hard bed! Strangely they do not provide sachets of coffee in the room just tea. We had drinks in the tiny lounge bar and ate in the hotel. Delicious food. We found the staff to be offhand with no pleasantries apart from the gentleman who checked us in.

Very nice hotel in Vannes...close to centre ville.the size of the room is above average for European standards. The bed is very comfortable and the ammenities were very good. The parking in the summer is a little challenging, be aware. Overall a very nice experience

The property was situated outside of town in an ugly area. Not at all what the pictures of the site presented. We also booked an extra room by mistake as we never got confirmation by Hotels.com of the first room i had reserved, Once we got to the hotel, the personnel was very dismissive as they couldn't do anything to reimbursed the room. Not one word of apologies, or offering breakfast maybe. The location was really inconvenient.

Very reasonably priced accommodation which met our needs as a 2night stopover on the way to the ferry at Caen. Lovely area to explore. We would certainly consider staying at this hotel again as everything was pleasant and straightforward. The fresh orange juice deserves a special mention. The hotel was full but reception staff were being very helpful in sourcing accommodation elsewhere for drop-ins on holiday weekend.

This is NOT a waterfront hotel as described on your website, please correct. It is however a pleasant 15 min walk from the main port and suited us with free parking, fuel station, supermarket and laundromat 5 mins walk away. Easy access to highway. Staff were pleasant, bar has a nice balcony to unwind although we were disappointed restaurant was booked privately and then not open Sunday night. Breakfast was standard continental and well stocked.

We stayed at this hotel and the room was clean and colour scheme is very pleasing with nice wood accents and solid furniture. The bed sheets and pilows made good soft feeling. I found it difficult to fault this hotel and that is why its got the prestige label. I loved the balcony that is ther in our room. The breakfast area are looked clean and airy, although we didn't have the chance to have breakfast. There is information at the door entrance for all the local events. There is room for parking for about 20 cars. Its a nice place, we would come again.

Ein Hotel, welches gut für eine Nacht ist. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel sind die Zimmer leider auf dem Niveau einer Jugendherberge. Soweit war alles ordentlich und sauber (bis auf einen Rotweinfleck im Teppich). Positiv war, dass man direkt vor dem Hotel kostenlos parken konnte. Auch die Anbindung in die wirklich sehr sehenswerte Altstadt ist gut (10min mit den Fahrrad). Das Frühstück können wir nicht beurteilen, da wir keines in Anspruch genommen haben.

Rien à dire sur l établissement lui même, propreté impeccable et calme appréciable mais on peut regretter l l'absence d indication routière ou de panneau visible sur le trajet depuis la ville comme depuis la gare.Ceci est particulièrement gênant à la nuit tombée.Il faut remarquer aussi,vu la distance et l'absence de ligne de bus depuis la gare, que le Kyriad Centre Ville convient beaucoup mieux aux voyageurs à pied que celui ci

One night stay to do sight seeing in Vannes. City center is a 20 minutes walk. Free parking. Breakfast we didn't try. Everything looks very new, friendly staff. The place is more quiet than it seems when looking at the map. Definitely a good address.

Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb vom Stadtzentrum. Um in die Stadt zu kommen muss man das Auto nehmen, es gibt aber genügend Parkhäuser.
Vannes ist eine sehr interessante Stadt und es empfiehlt sich dort länger zu bleiben.

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil et service. La chambre était correcte pour 2 personnes, néanmoins il manquait des portes serviettes lorsque l’on est 2 adultes. L’hôtel est situé à un petit quart d’heure à pied du centre ville. Je n’hésiterais pas à y revenir. Merci pour notre séjour.
