Enjoyed stay. Large clean room, friendly staff. The small heated swimming pool was a nice surprise. Spa was only let-down. Gym equipment only adequate really and bike did not work for me, fancied using jacuzzi and sauna but disappointed that each could only be used for a fee which felt too high. Gave them a miss.

Nice hotel and pool. The rooms had pretty thin walls as we were able to hear the rooms next to/above us. The staff wasn't very helpful for us when trying to get help making a reservation in town because our phones didn't work. We were basically told 'no we don't do that' and turned away without further assistance. The rooms and facilities were nicely sized and clean! Location was good; close to the marina and to town.

Hotel as unexpected. Friendly staff, restaurant food good and meal deal reasonable.

Comfortable and updated . Stayed two nights plus free breakfast bottle of wine and welcome bottle of water. 19 minute walk up the hill to the Asterix center and 12 minutes down to the port . WIFI: great .

Ideal little hotel for the price payed

Can't fault the hotel, aside from the location, which is a 20 minute walk to the centre and the restaurant staff who seemed a little preoccupied with other things (the food taking more than an hour for one course to arrive).

Pleasant hotel, check in, and location. After seeing the lovely picturesetting on the website will expected a better view from our patio than a concrete wall . However it rained the one day and night we were there. The patio covering was a porous material so it was too wet to sit out there. The full breakfast was very good. Parking was convenient. I used a coupon to discount the rate otherwise I thought it was more expensive than I planned to pay.

A little disappointed with our stay after reading such good reviews about this hotel. The pool was nice but needs a makeover. Wouldn’t recommend dinner at the hotel which was expensive for what it was. A good stay but a bit of a let down for us.

Comfortable and clean hotel

Great hotel, lovely spacious room and room location looking out onto gardens near the pool. Out of town on a reasonably busy road although we could not hear any traffic noise. Need transport to get to restaurants and shops. The hotel has rules about no picnics in the room or the grounds.

A reasonably priced place to stay

This hotel is ok with a nice pool area , a small gym and plenty of free parking. Our room was at the side of the building and was quite dark. It's a bit out from the centre so we needed to use the car to get into town for a meal . Continental Breakfast was included and was fine. There is also a restaurant but we did not use it. We were there right at the end of the summer season and it was very quiet but it could be a lively place in July or August

Beautiful Hotel, HOWEVER what you should know...

I want to share our experience at this hotel and I'm gonna write a 2 part review. We stayed there 2 nights. This hotel is beautiful, good location (2/3 minutes from Porto Vecc, our room was very clean, smells good, very confortable (ex AC ON when we arrived which is nice.) good included breakfast. HOWEVER we were supposed to stay there without our kid, but at the last minute couldn't find a nanny, so she came with us (she's 5 btw) We are on a road trip, in a middle of our vacation and I totally forgot to ring them to let them know about that. When we check-in I told the front desk about our daughter who was in front of her since 5 minutes, to get an extra bed (that of course I was willing to pay for) and she realized we were 3 (2 and a half..) and she looked at me and said \"We do NOT have extra bed in our hotel and add I should REFUSE you.. SO I replied we are not talking about a \"DOG\" but about a kid. She was confused and apologized, anyway no extra bed, our kid slept on a air mattress we bought after. Next day we met the housekeeping in our room and she asked me if our kid slept on this air mattress, I said yes, she did, why ? And she looked at me and said because we have kid extra bed if you wish..? I let you imagine my feeling when I heard that.. It has to be the housekeeping who got us an extra bed because this front desk was just useless.. Except this I still over rate this Hotel with 4* because it deserves it, but they really need to improve their front desk staff.

Golfe Hotel Porto Vecchio - missed the mark

The room was expensive by comparison to other hotels with no view whatsoever. The confirmation stated \"Full Breakfast\", but all that was offered was bread, fruit and juice, and a cereal. No cheese, salami or ham. No eggs or anything hot. Hardly what I would call Full Breakfast.

When we checked in, we were told breakfast would be served until 10:30am. The first morning, they had cleaned up and put everything away by 10:15am, before we even got a bowl of cereal and even though we had clearly just sat down. The second morning, everything was cleared away before we arrived in the lobby at 9:30am.

When I queried the manager, she just shrugged and said \"Sorry\".

Je suis venue 3 jours d’affilée sur 4 semaines et j’ai eu chaque fois une chambre différente. Les séjours étaient parfaits et chaque chambre était superbe. L’hôtel est très bien situé à Porto-Vecchio, à seulement 5 minutes du port de plaisance et 10 minutes du centre-ville. Personnel aimable.

Cependant, je pense que l’expérience dépend fortement de la chambre attribuée. La nôtre (catégorie “classique”, à laquelle je n’avais pas prêté attention en réservant) était très décevante :
– chambre extrêmement petite, type Formule 1,
– mobilier vieillot et bas de gamme,
– petite fenêtre donnant sur le parking,
le tout pas à la hauteur du prix de la nuitée.

La propreté était correcte, même si à notre arrivée, la poubelle n’avait pas été vidée.

Le petit déjeuner est correct, mais pas à la hauteur du tarif : beaucoup de produits pré-emballés et premiers prix. Ça dépanne, mais ce n’est pas un vrai atout.

En résumé, l’emplacement est top, mais je recommande pas forcement. C’est A l’image de Porto-Vecchio : beaucoup trop surcoté

Comodo e tranquillo

Ottimo hotel un po' fuori dal centro di Porto Vecchio ma ideale se vi spostate in macchina. Non è molto distante dalla spiaggia Santa Giulia, davvero immancabile nel vostro visggio. Il parcheggio è gratis. Carina la piscina, i mini appartamenti sono ristrutturati abbastanza di recente. L'unico problema è che sono completamente esposti verso l'esterno con una vetrata quindi occore per privacy sempre tirare la tenda. Pulizia buona e personale gentile e disponibile.

Personale scortese e non collaborativo, struttura posta distante da qualsiasi meta interessante, finestra di camera piccolissima che affacciava in un cantiere edile, bagno mal funzionante (sciacquone e doccia), colazione a pagamento, scarsa e con supplementi per le uova (!?). Piscina piccolissima e triste. Arredi di pessima qualità anche se nuovi.

Mention spéciale à l’équipe, très souriante, voire joviale et qui a l’air de très bien s’entendre ! Le petit déjeuner et la piscine sont extra ! La chambre en elle-même, pour le prix, est chère, d’où le bien au lieu du très bien.

Hotel voelt meer als een motel. Handig parkeren op het terrein. Kamers basic. Voelt armoedig als je papieren en plastic beker in kamer hebt.
Vanuit hotel flink stuk lopen voordat je in het centrum bent. Weinig rondom het hotel te doen.
Ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed.
Sauna die in VIP pakket zat toch volledig moeten betalen.

Très bon séjour hôtel bien placé qui permet d’aller au centre ville à pied.
Le personnel est super sympa en particulier Fatiha qui est au petit soins pour nous servir un super petit déjeuner toujours souriante et de bonne humeur carrément contagieuse ☺️
Les personnes de l’accueil sont également très aimables et super sympas
Un très bon resto à faire : le figuier c’est top 👍
Juste un bémol le dimanche matin entendre à 8h30 le nettoyage des chambres voisines c’est quand même un peu matinal.

Le séjour était génial ! L’équipe était vraiment au petit soin. Si vous cherchez un hôtel où 100% de l’équipe est adorable à l’écoute et souriante (réception, bar, cuisine, service d’étage, nettoyage, veilleuse de nuit) alors je vous conseille le Golfe hôtel ! Un énorme merci à vous. Rare sont les fois où je poste un commentaire mais là c’était nécessaire

Médiocrité et économie de bout de chandelles

Personnel a l'accueil pas tous aimables. J'ai demandé une petite assiette pour ma chambre, cela m'a été refusé en disant qu'il était interdit de manger dans les chambres.
Les œufs brouillés au petit-déjeuner sont payant 2,5 euro. Beaucoup de produit pré emballés (p.ex emmental mais aucune fromage corse, fruit uniquement melon et pastèque). Par contre le personnel de salle et de chambre est tres aimable. Les chambres sont bruyantes par rapport aux bruits dans les couloirs qui resonnent. Piscine bruyante à cause de la cause juste à côté. De plus, j'ai fait part de ces remarques dans un e-mail que l'hôtel m'a envoyé mais je n'ai jamais eu de retour. C'est donc un hôtel médiocre qu'il pratique des économies de bout de chandelles
