This is an ideal place to discover all Brittany's treasures and legends of sea and land. The apartment hotel is nestled among a woodland park in the rural tourist centre of Plescop, the centre of which is around 3 km away.
It is located on the edge of the pleasant seaside town of Vannes (some 6 km away) and just 10 minutes' drive from beaches such as Conleau. This nature break is the perfect place from which to discover one of the most beautiful bays in the world, the Morbihan Gulf.
Plescop bus station is around 200 m from the property and Nantes Atlantique Airport is around 120 km away. Built in 2010, this is a nice residential estate with simple lines and slate accents, built around a swimming pool and a natural pond.
It offers a total of 64 apartments and studios. Facilities include a lobby, lift access, a newspaper stand, café, restaurant, Internet access (for a fee) and a car park.
The holiday village comprises very sunny apartments with a sofa bed, kitchenette (fridge, hot plate, microwave oven, coffee maker), washing machine, individually regulated heating and a balcony or terrace. The private bathroom has a bath and hairdryer.
On request, flats can be equipped with a flat-screen TV and Internet access (extra charge). The complex has an outdoor heated swimming pool with children's swimming area, a sun terrace, gym and sauna.

There was black mold on the curtains… temperature was terrible because of the insulation. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Kitchen cabinets stinked really bad. We had to wash the dishes every time before cooking and eating, because the smell was stuck on them.

Rooms were clean I stayed 5 nights in a studio room and my only negatives were I had to borrow a fan due to room being too hot and also had to borrow dish soap. Also had to take your garbage out to end of driveway! Pool hours end at 7 pm

Overall it was good value for the dollar amount. The only complaint was a lack of soap in the bathroom and in the kitchen for dishes. And we have to make our own beds - which we found very strange.

Fue toda una decepción, el desayuno un simple croissant con un café y como teníamos k irnos antes de as 9 no nos pusieron nada para desayunar por qué no había nadie. Donde se ha visto k un desayuno empiece a las 9 mañana . No repetiría la verdad y encima me tengo k hacer yo la cama y recoger las sábanas y toallas y dejarlas en un hueco en la escalera. Ymenos mal k fue una noche pero k barato no fue k fueron 100 euros para no tener servicios de ningún tipo. No lo recomendaría a nadie

Bonjour nous sommes arrivés et la porte du logement fermait mal. Après avoir insisté une personne de l accueil nous a aidé à résoudre le problème.
Le salon de jardin était vraiment très sale, l étendoir à linge également.
Le caisson du canapé lit n a jamais été nettoyé.
L antenne tv était cassée.
Le lendemain cause robot dans la piscine impossible de se baigner. Mais le robot n a a jamais bougé . C est uniquement qu il n y avait personne pour le débrancher.

Les réservations via Expédia ne sont pas mises à jour avec la résidence. La plate-forme à donc annuler notre réservation la veille car la chambre réservée n’était pas disponible. Heureusement ils ont pu nous trouver un autre logement.

J'étais dans un studio assez confortable, pas très cher, même s'il est sonore (vmc en continu et frigo que j'éteignais la nuit pour pouvoir dormir). Le lit était un clic-clac assez confortable tout de même. Le wifi fonctionnait bien, heureusement car je ne captais pas la 4G...
J'aurais apprécié pouvoir profiter de la salle de sport le matin avant d'aller au boulot.

On y a passé une nuit entre deux, les gens restent davantage. C'est en lisière de ville dans une zone tertiaire (bureaux, enseignement supérieur) mais on est dans la forêt et on a l'impression d'être loin. Un clic-clac dans la chambre, il faut faire son lit soi-même, mais on bénéficie d'une petite cuisine et d'un studio (prendre avec balcon). La piscine est petite, pas profonde (1.30 max) et le pédiluve était sale quand on y était, mais globalement, ça va.

Décevant ,ils ont oublié de nous mettre du linge toilette et les draps pour le lit,et vu notre arrivée tardive ....
De plus il y avait des poils sur le matelas du clic clac ,de la poussière sur la lampe de chevet et dans la raille de la baie vitrée .Rideaux salés et déchirés.Et pour clore le tout pour utiliser la télé il faut payer 😱.

Franchement limite ! Studio d'un autre âge.... Studio et équipements vintage pour rester polie.... Si on aime le style 70's et la poussière et les acariens c'est cool.... Si comme moi on est allergique.... C'est plus compliqué ! Pas suffisamment de stationnement par rapport au nb de logements.... Les balcons donnent sur le parking.... Petit café dans l'ambiance diesel.... (Les personnages ayant la bonne idée de laisser tourner leur moteur en faisant les aller retour pour libérer le logement....) et empreinte bancaire de 300 euro.... Non mais sérieusement.... Pour une nuit ? Et pas de possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner.... \"Débrouillez vous parce que nous en avons vendu trop ...?\" Heureusement solution de.depannage pour une nuit mais au secours.... Canapé sale, couette couverte d'auréoles.... Et c'est au client de descendre son linge, sans même un sac de laverie .... Pratique ! A fuir....! Deuxième expérience chez vacanceole... Nous avons réservé pour 1 nuit en famille, je trouve cher la caution ayant réservé dans des lieux 5 etoiles zero caution de demander. L appartement sympa. La piscine est à refaire le sol se décolle. Et pour le buffet petit déjeuner pour un 3 etoiles pas beaucoup de choix.

Kamer ontzettend klein en out-dated. Er wordt gezegd dat er nu met corona zelfs EXTRA schoonmaakmaatregelen zijn, maar daar hebben wij niks van gemerkt. Ongedierte lag er nog, plinten vies, douche smerig. 4-persoons appartement, op het balkon plaats voor 2 aan tafeltje, ook maar 2 stoelen...zwembad zonder toezicht, mogen maar 38 mensen in. Bien, manque un peu de propreté dans les communs, de la vaisselle, du balcon et sous le lit... Dommage, c'est le seul point négatif, la piscine est très bien et sécurisée, c'est une résidence familiale calme, bordée d'un petit étang et de quelques pins maritimes qui vous plongent en vacances..

Les logements sont très bien et les infrastructures assez sympa (piscine, petit lac ...). Cependant, le bruit est omniprésent et il est difficile de dormir avant 11 heures et après 7 heures. Un chantier de construction se situe à quelques mètres des résidences et le bruit commence dès 6h30. De plus certains résidents pas très soucieux des autres restent dehors assez tard en discutant pas toujours doucement. Et que dire de nos amis les bêtes qui aboient à minuit ... Sinon, à part ce problème de bruit ça va, le séjour était assez agréable.

Bien pour un court séjour car les appartements sont les uns sur les autres. Venu un week-end hors vacances et impossible de trouver une place de parking à côté de l'appartement. J'ose même pas imaginer en pleine saison. De plus nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants mais qu'une seule housse de couette et un drap. Propreté des couettes oreillers et protèges matelas très limite. En tout cas pour un week-end ça va mais passer ces vacances d'été c'est hors de question.
