CheckIn und CheckOut verliefen gut, freundlich und kompetent. Mein Zimmer (#220) war eines der neueren und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider hatte ich sehr viele Mitbewohner - überwiegend Marienkäfer, aber auch Spinnen und Mücken. Aus meiner Sicht ist nicht nachvollziehbar, warum ein Hotel im Wald gelegen KEINE Insektenschutzgitter an den Fenstern hat. Leider wären an vielen Ecken der Decken Spinnweben zu erkennen! Der Sauna- und Poolbereich sind sehr schön und bieten eine gute Möglichkeit zum abschalten. Lustig wurde es im Restaurant. Anscheinend wurden an diesem Abend zwar junge und motivierte aber noch nicht wirklich kompetente Mitarbeiter eingesetzt, welche teilweise etwas \"lost\" waren. Hier finde ich es für die jungen MA sehr schade, dass sie quasi alleine gelassen werden und keine erfahrene Person beratend und anleitend zur Seite steht.

Gorgeous hotel, fantastic service and personality

The hotel is beautiful, and it's beautifully decorated. From our first steps in the door, service was absolutely remarkable. They offer a fantastic buffet breakfast with cold and hot foods - very tasty, and very convenient. Our ONLY complaint was that the bed was so hard we didn't get any sleep for the two nights we were there, but we still plan on returning to this lovely hotel (we'll just bring a pillow top with us!) We really loved our time here and in the area - thank you for a beautiful stay!

Beautiful Hotel Amazing Location

Second stay at this hotel (different owner) and it is as beautiful as we remembered. The hotel is located in a forest along the Main river. There are plenty of trails that lead to quaint farming towns, and wind along the river. Bikes are available for rent. Our room was spacious and clean - very comfortable. Our view of the forest and town across the Main was awesome. Breakfast was great! It included a varied selection of fresh food, coffee, tea, juice - and champagne! Our only 'not-so-great' experience was that there was an event on Saturday that lasted into the evening and next morning. Our dinner (service and quality of food) was not as great as the first night. I think kitchen/serving staff were too busy, and priority was not given to hotel guests. Overall, this was a special visit. We hope to return soon!

The place was good and nice to stay. The only problem i see that most of all good place to visit are some where else like kids parks. Also there some dead zone for wifi, if your a person use it alot i would check the room for wi-fi connection. Overall good place for a romantic get away.

Wellnessbereich war sehr schön, Frühstück sehr gut, aber das Zimmer mehr als lieblos. Wir hatte 6-7 Harlekin-Marienkäfer im Zimmer. Es war ein Standardzimmer und sehr kahl. Ein Bild an der Wand würde die Atmosphäre deutlich verbessern. Dusche statt Badewanne sollte man auswählen können. Im Zimmer habe ich mich nicht wohl gefühlt, obwohl die Matratzen und das Bett sauber und i.O. waren.

Ein schönes Hotel in einer tollen Umgebung. Das Zimmer war schön und sehr sauber, der Blick aus dem Fenster nicht ganz so schön aber auch nicht ganz so wichtig. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben ein Fahrrad geliehen , war prima und ging reibungslos. Das Personal im Restaurant ist auch sehr freundlich, das Essen war sehr gut.
Das Frühstück hervorragend, es ist wirklich alles da. Schön, dass man bei gutem Wetter draußen frühstücken kann.
Parkplätzen direkt am Hotel stehen ausreichend zur Verfügung.

Ich war auf der Durchreise nur eine Nacht dort und kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Sauberes Zimmer, tolles Frühstück und ein sehr angenehmer und freundlicher Empfang.
Einziges Manko war, dass die Dusche nur lauwarmes Wasser von sich gab. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption gab es wohl ein Problem mit der Pumpe. Ok, kann passieren...

Utroligt meget støj fra gildesal under hotellet. Reception blev forsøgt kontaktet flere gange i løbet af natten, men uden succes, da denne tilsyneladende ikke er betjent om natten.
Hotellet blev næst morgen gjort opmærksomme på støjproblemet, men havde kun skuldertræk tilovers for vores oplevelser
