This is the first time I stayed at this hotel after it changed to Premier Inn under new management. It is absolutely wonderful! I stayed in one of the penthouse suites, and it has one of the most beautiful views of the city and the vineyards.

Didn't like: difficult computer check in after long flight/disorienting. Nice staff member who was very helpful but helping multiple people at once. So, the check in took a long time.

The hotel was great. Modern, clean, well located, incredible views, and parking was convenient.

The only negative was our a/c did not function properly. We were on the 16th floor with INCREDIBLE views. But during a very sunny and warm spring, it meant a very warm room. Someone came to fix the a/c, which helped a little. But it took at least 8 hours for the room temperature to drop from 28C (82F) to 24C (75F) with the units set to max cold.

My parent’s room on the 4th floor, opposite side of the building, was perfectly cool if not too cold. So their a/c unit was working well.

The staff apologized and offered free breakfast as compensation for the inconvenience. And it was, genuinely, one of the better European hotel breakfasts we’ve had in 15 years of living here.

A tall modern hotel near the train station - it is one stop more or less on a tram from the train station, and close enough to walk unless you have oppressive amounts of baggage.

Nice breakfast, but not much in the way of dining around that I saw. There was a Lidl across the street where you can get inexpensive food to eat in your room.

Downtown Wuerzburg is a few stops away on the tram to the Juliuspromenade stop. The 4 stop ticket for 1.50 euros will cover that.

Self checkin is frustrating and complicated, to say nothing of annoying. No front desk personnel to answer questions. Our rooms, reserved for 2 in each, had only one pillow, one duvet, one set of towels, one drinking glass (they provided another within an hour). TV in room was at odd angle (because of the shape of the room and building). Hotel is clean and a good value. Breakfast is good. Understaffed. Underground parking is typically tight, but well lit and clearly marked.

Decent location, clean and spacious room and bathroom with large windows, but they couldn't be opened to let in cool air. The air conditioning worked ok though wasn't powerful. You have to check in by typing in all of your info including ID numbers into a computer without a physical keyboard though a woman did say we could ask her for questions. Parking payment at the end was a bit confusing... Just make sure you pay €10 per night instead of €16... You have the option of choosing the fee yourself. I would have given this 4 stars but my partner didn't sleep well because the bed was too hard and the pillow too soft (though I liked it).

Absolutely amazing and very friendly staff. We had an infant, and the hotel was able to accommodate a crib, as well as hot water from the bar when a kettle was unavailable. There are also free lockers and there are lots of baby accomodations, like a changing room and high chairs. Super! Totally recommend.

Big and lovely with curved windows. Modern bathroom. A little different you check in on a computer rather than with a person, but it worked OK. Unfortunately, I was hoping our room would have a refrigerator and a teapot. Parking underneath the hotel is €16. Easy to get to when we came in to town, which was great because we didn’t have Internet to find it

Every time the heat/air clicked on, there was a knocking and ringing sound. It sounded like someone was knocking on my door. It woke me up multiple times throughout the night and made either hard to sleep.

I understand the concept of saving resources, but have never seen such a tiny glass protection on the shower. Meaning water splashing everywhere.
Only one coffee machine for the entire breakfast room!! And that one broke! Long line for one cup of coffee, breakfast food was cold by the time we finally had a cup.

I was very disappointed to find that I didn’t have a kettle in the room to make hot drinks , considering this hotel has a 4star rating I find this disappointing as someone that spend over 200 night a year in hotel room small things like this matter to me , and if I had payed €50 for the room I could possibly under stand this but I didn’t, I payed over €140 , and I did ask if they had a kettle that I could take to my room and they didn’t have one

The rooms were just the right size, and I loved the view. the complementary water and gummy bears were unexpected bonuses. The elevators were sometimes delayed for quite a while and signs to the stairs were not clear. The toilet would make a sound about every 15 minutes at night, which was probably only noticeable because of jet lag. The location was awesome. Would be glad to stay there again.

Hotel is very nice, clean, comfortable and particularly good value when it comes to price. It is a 15 minute walk to the old town. There is a parking garage right next to it and it makes it easy when arriving by car. I would recommend it!!!

The gym has a nice amount of exercise equipment. The room is quite small. No iron/ironing board as stated in room amenities.
No coffee maker or tea pot.

We booked 2 nights for executive room but when we checked in they gave us a standard room instead. We talked to the reception staff they told us all the executive rooms were occupied and then they \"upgraded\" us to a suite which had better view. They should let us know when we checked in, not after we dragged all our luggages down to the front desk and asked them.
The suite was ok but we booked the executive room just because we need the small kitchenette which the suite did not have.
The breakfast buffet was well worth it for 12 euro though.

Good location. Quick check in. Could use room before stated check in time. Staff friendly. I was on the 7th floor which was nice although room overlooking the town would have been nicer.
Cleanliness was excellent. Room a bit small but ok for a few nights. Only downside was that the room lighting was a bit sparse. Only a few wall lights and a couple of spotlights in the ceiling.

Business room was fairly small and had little lighting. Shower had no door making it difficult not to end up with a wet bathroom floor. The GHOTEL is a 5 minute walk away from the tram stop and 10 minute walk from the train and bus station but you can spend at least 5 minutes trying to get a lift down to the ground floor. The 3 lifts are the worst thing about the GHOTEL as there is no stair alternative, only an emergency exit, so if like us you are on the 3rd floor, you are waiting for a lift as they go past full of people from the 14 floors above you! This made our long weekend a total pain as we missed trams and spent too much time waiting around for lifts. It's so stupid that there are no stairs like normal hotels. I don't want to stay there again.

The hotel is a clean and modern property with minimal amenities in room (like an Ibis). But room size is large. There is no coffee maker in room (like typical European hotels). But the staff provide hot water if you ask. The location is within walking distance from the train station. There are bus stations with in 100m.

When we arrived to the hotel we got an upgrade. We found ourselves on the 17th floor in a beautiful bedroom which had a roof terrace, lounge and big windows all the way around. Lovely stay, we will be back!

The Hotel was lacking in a few areas, eg needed more pillows one pillow per person not enough, had to ask for extras, which took another day. No Tea or Coffee Making facilities in rooms, when ask for a pot of coffee for Room the cost was 10.50 Euros which i thought was a bit much. two Bottles of water on day one, 4 days later still no water replaced, The Parking should off been free instead of a charge of 10 euros a day, as with the breakfast was excellent but again should of been included, also when checking out problem with room charge wanted to charge again, when we had paid in full via the net, had to prove this via e-mail Receipt. Would not recommend this Hotel to friends as our stay was tinged with lots of small problems.

Very nice business hotel.

This is a modern hotel with great air conditioning and amazing views if you request a high floor.Parking is right underneath the hotel.We checked out at ten and they let us leave the car there the entire day. Excellent breakfast.About a fifteen minute walk from downtown.Supermarket right across the street.All stores close at 8 p.m. in Bavaria.None open on Sunday.But you can always buy booze and snacks at the gas station right next door.
English language channels.Would definitely stay here again.

Sehr gutes hotel, das Personal ist immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, eine große Auswahl. Alles was das Herz begehrt.
Leider war die Klimaanlage nicht wärmer zu bekommen und der Raum dadurch sehr kalt. Wir haben sofort Hilfe bekommen und auch eine kleine Heizung ins Zimmer. Nachteil in dem Hochhaus finde ich das man kein Fenster öffnen kann und im Bad auch keine Lüftung vorhanden ist. Das Zimmer wird nur auf Anfrage gereinigt. Ich finde es besser täglich.

The room was very clean and simple, but not expensive.
The hotel is quite close to the central station and a supermarket, which was very convenient.
We stayed on the 15th floor. I was worried about the waiting time for the elevators, but the hotel has three elevators, so we were able to reach our room smoothly.
However, the windows cannot be opened, and the room felt quite dry.

가장 좋았던 것은 고층 객실에서 통창으로 내려다 보이는 도시 전망이었습니다. 그리고 마주치게 되는 리셉션 직원과 레스토랑 직원 모두 친절해서 기분 좋게 머무를 수 있었습니다. 무엇보다 다른 프리미엄 인 지점과 비교 했을때 가족룸 객실 면적이 더 커서 4인 가족이 쾌적하게 머무를 수 있었습니다. 기대 이상입니다.

Super Ausblick und saubere Zimmer. Zimmerreinigung nur sparsam, Mülleimerleerung nicht jeden Tag - mit Kleinkind leider zu wenig.

Leider läuft die Heizung nur auf 20°C und ist nicht einstellbar. Mit der grossen Fensterfront ist es sehr frisch. Auf Anfrage gibt es Zusatzheizkörper, jedoch ist dies in Summe nicht sehr komfortabel.

Hotel Lage sehr gut alles fußläufig zu erkunden.
Frühstück es ist alles klein gehalten aber reichlich.
Zimmer wurde nicht sauber gemacht hatten für 3 Tage gebucht Zimmer Temperatur eingestellt auf 18,5 Grad was ziemlich kalt war. Personal hat sich mit einer Lüge davon ausgeredet hat ein Techniker bestellt ist obwohl das nicht stimmte.
Dieses Hotel werden wir nicht wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen.

Um ehrlich zu sein, fällt es mir schwer, Positives hervorzuheben. Bereits beim Check-in ab 15:00 Uhr bildete sich eine lange Schlange an der Rezeption, da viele Zimmer noch nicht fertig waren. Zwar konnten wir unser Zimmer direkt beziehen, dennoch wirkte der Ablauf insgesamt unorganisiert.

Im Zimmer setzte sich die Enttäuschung fort. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist sehr gering, zudem kommt teilweise nur lauwarmes Wasser – nach einem langen Tag absolut unzureichend. Auch die Verdunkelung lässt zu wünschen übrig: Durch den Vorhang dringt an mehreren Stellen Licht, sodass Ausschlafen kaum möglich ist.

Das Hotel wirbt mit Schallisolierung. Diese scheint lediglich die Wände zu betreffen, denn Geräusche aus dem Flur sind durch die Zimmertür deutlich hörbar. Auch der Verkehr von der Straße ist durch die Glasfront klar wahrnehmbar. Zusätzlich sorgen extrem schwere Stühle in den Zimmern, die häufig über den Boden geschoben werden, besonders morgens und abends für erhebliche Lärmbelästigung.

Positiv hervorzuheben sind das moderne, ansprechende Ambiente sowie das engagierte und freundliche Personal, das sich sichtlich Mühe gibt.

Unterm Strich gilt für mich: einmal und nie wieder. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht. Für ein paar Euro mehr empfehle ich das Moxy gegenüber – mit warmem Wasser, gutem Druck, funktionierender Verdunkelung und echter Schallisolierung.

Fantastic hotel for just staying the night. Super clean, great family room, very friend staff, late check-in (we arrived with two children at 02.00). Only bad thing was that our room was 27 degrees warm in the middle of winter, and therefore we slept quite bad :( It was a general problem in the hotel so the receptionist couldn’t fix it….

Beim Betreten des Hotels weiß man erst mal gar nicht wo man hin soll. Viele Mitarbeiter, aber wer möchte den Check-in machen? Keiner schaut dich an und begrüßt dich. Das Zimmer war gut. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Hotel.

Wir haben für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder gebucht. Im Zimmer waren jedoch nur das Doppelbett und 1 Einzelbett bezogen.
Unter dem Doppelbett entdeckten wir eine weitere Matratze.
Wir baten beim Personal um das beziehen des 4. Bettes, da wir ja 4 Personen sind.
Die Angestellte meinte, das hätten wir ihnen direkt melden müssen, aber sie würden ums das 4. Bett bereit machen. Sehr speziell... noch nie gehört sowas. Aber geschlafen haben wir wunderbar! Nur etwas kalt war es im Zimmer.

Parken war sehr gut. Zimmer sehr groß und geräumig. Die Scheibe im Badezimmer waren leider etwas schmutzig - grundsätzlich aber ein schone gelegenes Hotel.
