The room refrigerator was noisy so I had to unplug it. My suggestion is to move the refrigerator to a separate circuit and leave it turned off when not in use. That way it won’t wear out so quickly and give off an unbearable high pitch squeal.

if you are looking for a spotlessly, clean and new hotel with an extremely comfortable bed and soft pillows this is the place for you. this hotel is conveniently located for a quick stop off of the highway and not far from downtown old Winchester, which is beautiful. The bathroom was new modern and very clean.
The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is very basic continental but more than adequate for our purposes.
My only suggestion is for a chair at the desk and a comfortable lounging chair or small couch in the room. The room furnishings are very Spartan with just a king size bed a desk without a chair and one padded chair in the corner. There is a very nice TV on the wall and a square shelving unit for your suitcases.

I have been staying at this hotel for a good many years and since it has changed names there are some good things and some not so good things about it. I like that the carpet has been removed and replaced with vinyl flooring. The new showers are really spacious and clean. What bothers me is the direction that the shower door is designed so that you have to walk under the shower head to get in the shower or turn on the water after you get in and so the water is cold! I also don’t like bedding. The sheets are thin and wrinkled. They look very shabby without the chic. The bed cover was also thin and uninviting. The room decor is not attractive at all. There is a backless stool to sit at the table. Very uncomfortable for an elderly person like myself. This used to be my favorite hotel to stop at while traveling from North to South. I give this new place three stars for ambience and comfort.

The staff was excellent, kind and helpful! They accommodated all of our needs and went above and beyond which means a lot. However, the sheets were cheap unbreathable microfiber and the beds were noisy to sit on. The air conditioner in our room stopped working in the evening so we had to switch rooms (thankfully across the hall and the girl was so nice to bring us a new key). This seems like an old building that they put some lipstick on with the Hilton name to make some $. I did appreciate the non-carpeted rooms because it seems more sanitary than walking barefoot on carpet in hotels.
