Excellent stay with easy parking and close proximity to Vaduz. Self check in makes it easy to get in to the rooms and check out without additional hassle.

Room was a good size and comfortable. No air conditioning however this is against Liechtenstein laws to use unnecessary air con and the hotel has been clear in communicating this.

Bed is comfortable, nice bathroom and shower. Excellent amenities and amazing value for money.

Great hotel - automated check in was easier than expected. Free laundry right outside our door. Hotel restaurant is great.

Only negative comment is we are not a fan of carpet in hotel rooms. Carpet was clean but prefer uncarpeted floors.

Smart hotel, everything digitised.
Linen is rough on the skin needs upgrading.
Room has no A/C or maybe it was too difficult for us to figure out. It was so hot and uncomfortable to sleep and no reception staff was there to help.
Lovely area and view is wonderful. Spacious great room.

The hotel is OK so far. Modernly done. Rooms smart. Breakfast average. But the human interaction via the service hotline scared me. After the third call, I was sure it was AI. I would like to praise the service and customer orientation of Expedia and the personal commitment of the employees there. Even if there is only a chat, you can still feel a certain humanity and an effort to meet the needs of the guest This service orientation and helpfulness seems to me to have been completely lost at this hotel.

The hotel was ok, clean, spacey rooms, nice shower. facilities included a laundry room, which was a plus. The breakfast was very limited, and we had to wait forever for the food to be replenished. No AC in the rooms, it was quite stuffy. Overall ok, for a 1 night stay.

In general, I really like the property. The room is spatial and tidy. We got a mountain-facing room, and the view was awesome. I would recommend for people.

Now my complaints. The hotel does not have staff, which means you have to auto-checkin (which is fine), and solve any issue remotely by phone. We got room 404, and I knew it was a bad sign as soon as I got the room number. Our room keys cannot open the door to the residence area. There is a door between lobby and residence area.
The key worked for our room, and cannot let us in from lobby. We tried to make a few more additional keys and called staff for help, neither was helpful. We had to wait in the lobby to follow other residents. It was 1am but luck it was new year eve, a lot of people came late. I cannot imagine if it was a regular night, and how long would us wait.

We asked other residents and all of their keys are fine. I don't know what's wrong, so I blame it on the room number, 404. Please check if there is anything wrong with this in the system.

Definitely Recommend!

This hotel is beautifully located and the ambience is lovely. The bar is so much fun, there was live music and decently priced drinks! Our view was amazing from our room. The check in is a little strange being there is no reception desk. However, you can still get help and the gentleman who helped us was very nice. Brought up extra towels, etc. and called us a cab! Definitely recommend this property!

The property had very large parking spots and was in very good condition. The bar was hip and comfortable- the bartender was also very nice, with his German and Italian phrases. The room was comfortable with a nicely designed layout, large bathroom (with bath tub and shower) and the beds were relaxing. I would stay here any time I needed to go to Liechtenstein or Feldkirch.

The check in process was seamless. The room was nice and new. Quiet location (but what isn’t quiet in Lichtenstein). Breakfast was really nice. Underground parking was added benefit, although it would have been nice to see a sign in the lobby indicating where it was located. It was different not having any interaction with any hotel staff. We only saw the young woman running the breakfast. You’d think with no staff the price would be a little less!

What a find! Perfect!

Don't judge a book by its cover is how the saying goes. So it is with this hotel. Manger / host was welcoming and bright. Rooms was spotless and stylish interiors matched the service and facilities. I would not miss this one. I think you will be pleasantly surprised. Food was great also.

Nice hotel, nice views from the spa balcony/windows, polite staff. Room was cosy. There wasn't really anything to do near the hotel and is not within close walking distance to places. There were a few discrepancies within the hotel that I noticed, but it is a small hotel and I did enjoy my stay.

It is a brand new building. I can't complain. I will probably choose it again next time I will visit the area for business. The only negative that happened is that my card couldn't open the door to the rooms, but after calling the emergency number which was written in the reception, the receptionist came and open my door (the hotel has limited hours service desk) Besides this, all worked as expected.

Interesting experience

I think a hotel visit is a human experience, interacting with staff is positive and reinforcing. This hotel minimizes guests speaking to staff. This style of operation makes the whole experience somewhat robotic and impersonal, really not what you want when you arrive somewhere to spend the night. One generally likes to experience a warm human welcome; entering my 'data' into a dumb terminal without a followup human connection left me quite cold and detached from the place.
Window shutters rattled all night which resulted in restless sleep.
Shower recess design needs improving, nothing to stop the water running over the bathroom floor.
Breakfast scrambled eggs were very firm and not hot.
The mattress is very light and easily moved off its base during sleep.
My room had a nice view.

Young, hip and refreshing. A different concept for a business oriented hotel, brand new and well designed without the overheads and unnecessary staff like front desk or concierge. Great fitness area, nice bar and food offerings including breakfast buffet. Not cheap but reasonable for the location.

Excellent hotel. Isolated. Nothing within walking distance except one small cafe but it's only a few miles to Vaduz. You check in at a kiosk, which is odd. There's no one at the front desk, but it's easy. The room was very comfortable. There is a self-serve laundry but I didn't find any way to purchase soap and since there is no one at the front desk I had no one to ask. That's the only drawback.

Big room, great staff, up and coming hotel

Still in the process of being built. Everything was new and in excellent condition. The room itself was beautiful, with a nice view of the mountains. My only complaints: No mini fridge, no AC, when I opened the window for some cool air I realized just how many cars pass this building so I closed it back up because of the noise, and there is a window from the bedroom into the bathroom which causes light to come into the bedroom... This was inconvenient when I needed to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and the light in the bathroom woke my husband up in the bedroom. The staff were wonderful though and very accommodating. The room was huge and spacious. If you have your own car, it's convenient because the parking is free and because you can drive wherever you need to go. There isn't much in the location of this hotel. There is a beautiful bar in the hotel though. I don't believe there is room service offered because there wasn't a phone in the room. I think with a few tweaks, this hotel would be perfect.

Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Die Junior Suite wurde für vier Erwachsene auf Grundlage der veröffentlichten Hotelbilder gebucht. Diese vermittelten den Eindruck von zwei gleichwertigen Doppelbetten. Tatsächlich stellte sich nach der Buchung heraus, dass lediglich ein Doppelbett und ein Schlafsofa vorhanden sind. Diese Darstellung empfand ich als missverständlich.

Ich habe das Hotel bereits vor Anreise schriftlich kontaktiert und um eine kulante Lösung gebeten, da die Buchungsentscheidung auf dieser Darstellung beruhte. Leider zeigte sich das Hotel nicht entgegenkommend und hielt an der nicht stornierbaren Rate fest.

Besonders enttäuschend war, dass die Reservierung als No-Show gewertet und der vollständige Betrag einbehalten wurde, obwohl der Sachverhalt vorab kommuniziert und die Leistung aus den genannten Gründen nicht in Anspruch genommen wurde.

Aus meiner Sicht fehlte es an Kundenorientierung und Bereitschaft zu einer fairen Lösung.
Ich empfehle, Zimmerbeschreibungen und Bilder vor der Buchung sehr genau zu prüfen.

Väldigt fint och fräscht hotell. Bra läge och nära till busshållplats. Bra frukost. Vi upplevede problem vid incheckning då man gjorde det via en skärm där betalningen inte gick att genomföra och utan den kom man inte vidare utan hela tiden skickades tillbaka till startsidan. Spenderade 20 min på att försöka checka in. Ingen vidare personal på plats som kunde hjälpa till. Fick vända oss till städerskan som knappt kunde engelska fick ringa ägaren via telefon för att lösa betalningen så vi äntligen kunde få checka in. Badrummet var väldigt spännande som har ett fönster ut till övriga hotellrummet vilket inte var så kul om man ville vara lite privat på toaletten.

The bathroom has that sort of layout that allows someone sitting in the bed to look at the other person while they take a shower.. keep that in mind when booking with friends.

Von A-Z eine Katastrophe. Ein Hotel ohne Personal funktioniert nur, wenn das Check in System auch funktionieren würde. Es muss einer Hotline angerufen werden, welche dann durch Ferneinwirkung das Computersystem steuert. Hatten das Problem mit noch vier weiteren Leuten vor Ort. Ein Gast war schon 7 Mal in diesem Hotel und es hat noch nie alleine funktioniert. So macht dieses Hotelsystem keinen Sinn. Schade eigentlich. Das Hotel und die Zimmer wären schön, wenn man keinen Fernseher braucht. Unserer funktionierte nicht. Da kein Personal vor Ort ist, gibt es keine Lösung. Das Frühstück war im Service und Angebot eine Katastrophe. Wir eines der schlechtesten Frühstücksbüffets die ich je miterleben musste. Der schlechte und komplett überforderte Service war Ursache dafür

We only stayed for one night. The hotel is not ideal if you are visiting Vaduz without at car but with a car at your disposal it is eacy to reach Vaduz and parking is right next to the hotel. We found it easy to check-in and out without staff and the breakfast was fine - not special, but the things you can expect.
