We recently stayed at the hotel for three nights. The room was nice but as a couple we were disappointed by the bed which only had two single duvets, one for each. We asked for these to be replaced by one double duvets to fit both of us, the receptionists refused. Plus, they did not change towels every day which was not ideal. When we checked out, they wanted to charge us for breakfast which we did not take. They only removed the charge after we explained that we did not have breakfast. Finally, they did not explain to us that we would have to pay for the car park. They only said it at check out which was not a good surprise.

Spacious, and thats as good as it gets.

The amount of space was great, I've genuinely been shown around 1 bedroom flats with less space, however everything else about the room was incredibly dated. In addition to the 70s decor and poor value for money I was given a room next to a busy road and I can only assume that the windows were single glazed on account of their sound and heat insulating abilities. And chargeable parking when located a significant distance from all public transport bar buses?

I would not stay there again

The reception lady was very rude and didn’t want to listen to me about modifying the reservation and kept pointing on the registration form and repeated that I should fill in the form. She was not even willing to listen to my concerns and the reasons behind my intention to modify the reservation. I threw the used towels on the floor. They were removed but not replaced with new ones ?!?!?

Decent hotel at a good price

I stayed in this hotel for the first 15 days of my stay in Wolfsburg. (I found an apartment later). The hotel is decent for staying and looking around in Wolfsburg. You will need to take the bus 201 to and from the Wolfsburg station. The hotel staff is friendly. There is no luggage escort service, but there is indeed an elevator available. Its a good hotel at this price.
Take the 201 bus from WOB HBF towards Mörser Winkel and get down at Dessauer Str. The hotel is stone's throw from there.

This hotel was beyond my expectations. For its price they have done extremely good. The room was pretty big, very nice, very clean and a good bed, nice television, quite surroundings, great breakfast and friendly people. I have already recommended this hotel to the people on the Christian film festival that took place nearby. When I visit Wolfsburg again I will surely come back here. Thank you!

War nun das zweite Mal dort, aber nur weil ich kein anderes mehr gefunden habe. Empfang war alles top. Das Hotel sollte mal eine Klima Anlage nachrüsten, es war sehr warm im Zimmer. Die Fenster war zwar weit auf, aber dann hört man die Straße. Die Servicekraft fürs Frühstück könnte wirklich freundlicher sein. Frühstück: Speck,Rührei, Brötchen top. Ob das echt Naturells aus dem großen Nutella Spender war, mag ich bezweifeln. Das klein geschnittene obst ist wirklich schlecht.

Es war nur eine Nacht, auf der Durchreise, aber es war sehr positiv. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten, freundlicher Empfang. Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber. Großzügig geschnitten, sowohl das Zimmer, mit Bett, Sofa und Schreibtisch, als auch das Bad mit Toilette und Dusche. Mein Kopfkissenbezug war etwas fleckig, aber ich reise immer mit eigenem Kissen, so war es für mich nicht relevant. Evtl waren es auch Flecken, die nicht mehr rausgehen. Es roch alles frisch. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und frisch. Das Personal am Frühstücksbuffet war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preis- Leistung war wirklich sehr gut. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Check in laut Hotel ab 15 Uhr als ich um 18:30 Uhr im Hotel einchecken wollte war das Hotel geschlossen, Rezeption war nicht besetzt. Notrufnummer nur bis 11:30 Uhr an Wochenenden zu erreichen. Da stand ich dann da!!! Ganz schlimmes Erlebnis und völlig unverständlich so mit Gästen umzugehen! Nie wieder und so gar nicht zu empfehlen. Expedia hat sich allerdings um Ersatz bemüht. Dieses Hotel werde ich nie wieder in Betracht ziehen, unabhängig vom Preis. Kann ich nur warnen und abraten!

Das Hotel ist langsam in die Jahre gekommen. Unser 2-Bett Zimmer war sehr klein. Der darin befindliche Sessel war durchgesessen. Man saß fast auf dem Boden.

Personal ist freundlich, Einrichtung und besonders der Teppich ist in die Jahre gekommen (bis auf das Badezimmer), Fernseher ist extrem klein, Wasser auf dem Zimmer kostet 4€, sonst kaum Annehmlichkeiten, Zimmer sind sauber jedoch sind mir insgesamt 5 riesige ?Silberfische? im Zimmer begegnet!! Für das Angebot und die Lage meiner Meinung nach zu teuer.

Die Lage ist in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war sauber und den Preis wert. Alles war vorzufinden, was man evtl benötigt. Der CheckIn war mäßig freundlich, daran können die Mitarbeiter sicherlich noch arbeiten.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Und das Frühstücksbuffet war erst klassig , es wurde ständig frisch aufgefüllt.

Rimelig hotell i utkanten av Wolfsburg

Hotellet ligger et lite stykke fra sentrum, men det er god bussforbindelse inn dersom man ikke ønsker å kjøre bil. Selve hotellet bærer preg av å ikke være helt nytt, men holder likevel en relativt god standard. Sengene var komfortable og rommet var stort nok. Da vi var der var det 38 grader ute, og siden hotellet ikke har aircondition ble det ganske varmt. Men det gikk heldigvis an å sette opp vinduene på gjennomtrekk. Gode parkeringsmuligheter og god frokost. Hyggelige ansatte. Stor parkeringsplass.
