Prima ervaring, de locatie is perfect om wandelend door het centrum van Wolfsburg te lopen. Kamers zijn schoon en netjes, wij hadden een familiekamer maar de bedden waren reguliere bedden, dus wel wat smal. het hotel heeft hele goede wifi op de kamer, alleen jammer dat de tv geen verbinding heeft, dus het kijken van streaming platformen is niet mogelijk. Verbeterpuntje lijkt me, want is een kleine moeite met groot plezier. Verder dus een top verblijf gehad in Wolfsburg dankzij Leonardo Hotels!

A value choice

The room and hotel is on average. The building is quite big and perhaps it is short of hands on the management.
But given the price and space it could be a good deal if you come by wolfsburg

They had air conditioning that made the difference to our sleep big family bed one smaller bed for our 4year old and they went the extra mile and gave us cot bed for our 18month old one room and bathroom was very clean and nice the neighbourhood was clean and people were very friendly

Brilliant hotel! A fair price and really clean, friendly staff, a bar open until 12am with lots of seats, mini snack bar in reception, really big hotel. We paid for a double room but were given a large room with 2 huge double beds, a large window and a lovely bathroom with bathtub and shower. Wolfsburg is small so the hotel is nearby everything, at the end of the main shopping road. A 30 minute walk to Volkswagen arena.

I couldn't use the sauna because everyone was naked in there. This is not customary in Hungary and I would like to protect my children from this sight. There was no warning on the sauna about how to or how not to use the room.

The extra parking fee could have been better highlighted at the time of booking, as I was only there confronted with having to pay 15 EUR per day.

I stayed here 6 years ago and it was good but tired. It is now extended and fully refurbished. Large comfortable rooms with good restraint and excellent breakfast. Location is ideal for shopping etc.

We were a group of 15 rooms all working for our client Volkswagen. Big disappointment. Will never use the hotel again. Not even a 4 stars property. All employees are aggressive. Shame on them. We obviously advised on customers management so they avoid sending people here.

Wolfsburg City easy to get around clean and safe with a great museum/art gallery but not much there unless you like cars and VWs in particular. If you do it’s well worth the visit, the Autostadt is amazing and the private VW museum is great too.

Building work going on so entry on foot was ridiculous. Great location for autostad , vw museum and rail station ( about a mile).hotel was dated in places but very clean and staff very friendly and helpful . If you drink tea ie Yorkshire tea take your own, they don’t have it.

A great place to stay for our VW pilgrimage.

After our 600 mile drive the hotel experience was fantastic, a very straightforward check in and out based on my internet booking. Very spacious and clean rooms, quiet, great water pressure in the bathroom, and no charge for car parking on site. We made the trip to Wolfsburg to visit the VW museums, and these were within easy walking distance. The town centre was very sedate though which surprised us all.

Great hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the fact that they were able to do same-day dry cleaning on a Saturday! The room was very very small but everything in it was nice. I recommend it for a one or two night stay. The only downside is the walls are pretty thin, so I woke up to the shower from the room above me. It didn't bother me that much but if you're a light sleeper you might take issue with it.

The hotel was undergoing some major construction inside and out every thing that came in contact with your clothes left plaster dust marks.
Some of the staff nice and pleasant not so much so the main reception desk. The rooms were fine but basic no better than a travel lodge.

Amazing staff

The breakfast staff was so pleasant and helpful, always smiling and sweet. They helped us with our water and ice for our camelbacks daily.

Under renovation

My husband and I were very disappointed to find no parking during check in. We circled the block several time to find the entrance to hotel. Workers did not speak English so there were a lot of hand motion/signals to figure out where to go. We ended up parking a block away from a nearby pay parking area. Front desk gals were friendly and gave 1 drink voucher as an apology for the parking inconvenience which I didn't use because I was upset why in the world did Expedia offered this hotel if they were renovating/construction going on. The room itself was clean but there were no fridge, no safe. Shopping area was a short walking distance where I got a very pleasant manicure. Across the street was a pub that served great food and beer.

Good location Car parking is underground some distance away, not clearly sign posted how to get back to hotel! If you were disabled this would be a problem. Lots of building/demolition work right next door therefore lots of dust.

No staff were present at check in and I had to wait between 5-10 minutes to be served. Breakfast was below par with flies buzzing around food buffet on all three mornings of my stay. Rooms were well cleaned, spacious and with comfortable beds.

Nach Anfrage konnte ich es umtauschen und der Kollege an der Theke bestätigte, dass die Fotos des gebuchten Zimmers einem Zimmer aus der höheren Kategorie entsprechen - Executive. Fotos bei der Buchung entsprechen nicht was man bekommt
