The check-in was a bit tricky as they couldn’t find the booking that we made through hotels.com but finally they let us enter the room which was a suite and therefore quite spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast was at the standard you would expect from a five star hotel. Service was very friendly. But as we wanted to renter our room both keys did not work. Overall the atmosphere was a bit coolish. The main restaurant was closed and we had dinner in our room. Anyway, in total we enjoyed our stay.

We only stayed for one night and got in pretty late and weren’t able to utilize all the amenities. But the room and bathroom were spotless and the bed very comfortable. The service was also perfect. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Great hotel interior. Fantastic pool. But service was unacceptable for Ritz. Check in and check out took too long. 1 receptionist is definety not enough. But the main dissapoontment was a full occupancy of the only restaurant in the hotel and a poor dinner in the lobby.

It was the best time ever. it was the best hotel in my life. Pool was so wonderful. SHOUlD bring swimsuit to go to the hotel. the pool was warm and you can swin with the great VW factory view. Everyone is so kind and Aqua which is a reaturant in the hotel was awesome. I would like to visit the Autostadt again because of the hotel.

Perfect, couldn't ask for anything else. The staff at the front desk where super nice, sorry I can't remember there names, want say Scott and Pregnish. The steam room is nice and the pool is a nice touch. If your looking to check out the autostadt this is the place to stay if you can afford it.

Wonderful stay as part of our tour of Northern Germany. We stayed in a Club room and the hotel very kindly left us a gift of champagne, chocolates and a little note wishing us a happy journey :-) If you can stretch to a Club room, do. Its very much worth it !!

Top notch luxury

Top notch luxury hotel, rooms and leisure area, top notch reception staff, top notch 3 michelin star restaurant (called Aqua - book early) but bar closed early (12.10 instead of the supposed 1am) and cleaners were then cleaning public areas whilst we were trying to enjoy the rest of the evening. Located on the edge of the Volkswagen park, (for which you get free entrance saving 15 euros each) leave at least a whole day to see all that, so recommend a two night stay.Overall a definite recommendation.

Stayed as my football team was playing Wolfsburg. Easily walkable from the train station to the hotel and the hotel to the Stadium. I didn't know the Autostadt was even a thing, so that was a bit weird - I had a walk around and am not sure I would go out my way to visit if it wasn't a freebie. That aside, the hotel was class. The staff attentive and helpful, the room very comfortable. Good job, because it wasn't cheap, but they justified the price with the service. The highlight for me though was the outdoor heated swimming pool in the shadow of the VW factory. A fabulous way to shift a hangover, situated in a very nice spa.

The hotel is on the property of the VW autoworld. Your room key also gets you into the attractions on site. The hotel is very well appointed, the grounds are beautiful, and the rooms are clean, well decorated, and lovely. The staff works very hard to attend to your every need and is very polite and helpful. I will come back to this hotel in the future!

Wir waren jetzt das 3. Mal da und waren total enttäuscht, dass wir beim Frühstück 35 min. in einer langen Schlange mit ca 40 Hotelgästen stehen mussten. Von anderen Gästen haben wir erfahren, dass es am Vortag auch schon so gewesen ist. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel ein absolutes No Go. Das Personal hätte vielleicht hingehen können und kurz die Info geben können, dass es was länger dauert und um Verständnis bittet. Die Begrüssung des Kellners: Danke, dass Sie gewartet haben und ich habe einen schönen Tisch am Fenster '.....ja, was hätten wir denn seiner Meinung nach anderes machen sollen, ausser warten......passender wäre sicherlich die Begrüssung gewesen: Es tut uns leid für die Unannehmlichkeiten und dass sie so lange gewartet haben.

Bereits gestern bei der Anreise erwartete uns an der Rezeption eine ganze Scharr von Gästen (ca. 30), die sich an 3 besetzen Schaltern versuchten in Geduld anzumelden. Nicht nur das man in dem unangenehmen kalten Durchzug stand, nein......es warteten auch noch einige Hotelgäste auf ihr Auto zur Abreise, was man natürlich als negativ auffasst, wenn man sich einchecken möchte, dass man in eine gefüllte Lobby kommt.

Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre sicherlich, dass man die eincheckenden Hotelgäste in die dahinter gelegenden Sitzgelegenheiten bittet und sie dann einzelnd aufruft, das hätte die Situation für ein 5 Sterne sicherlich entspannter und auch professioneller gestaltet.

Schade, für diese negative Erfahrung

Trotz der Einschränkungen die Corona mit sich bringt ist das Qualitäts- und Serviceniveau sehr gut.
Besonders der Service, die Qualität und das Angebot während des Frühstücks ist hervorragend. Das Servicepersonal muss deutlich mehr leisten und vor allem laufen als in \"normalen\" Zeiten und bleibt dabei trotzdem sehr höflich, freundlich und zuvorkommend, Hut ab vor dieser Leistung.
Insgesamt ein Hotel um sich sicher und gut aufgehoben zu fühlen.

Mein Sohn und ich haben drei sehr schöne Tage im Ritz Carlton und in der Autostadt verbracht. Die Suite, der traumhafte Pool im Mittellandkanal und das wunderbare Frühstück rundeten das Erlebnis perfekt ab. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, dabei stets angenehm unaufdringlich. Alle Daumen hoch, jederzeit gerne wieder!

Eigentlich wie immer, aber chaotischer

Eigentlich war es wie immer sehr schön. Alles super sauber, alles top in Ordnung. Allerdings war der Service in der Club Lounge dieses Mal ein wenig zu chaotisch. Als meine Freundin fragte, ob sie einen LÄNGEREN Bademantel bekommen könnte, kam die zuständige Dame im Spa zu ihr, legte ihr die Hände auf den Bauch und fragte ob sie schwanger sein. Ein wenig unpassend wie wir fanden. Auch der check out war chaotisch, sodass wir letztendlich unser Gepäck selbst einluden.

Personal nicht kompetent, mir wurde eine falsche Auskunft gegeben, Eintritt zur Autostadt betreffend . Rezeption, insbesondere die Damen, waren sehr unfreundlich und unterbesetzt. Zur Check -Out-Zeit nur eine Person anwesend. Musste lange warten. Internet funktionierte nicht. Keine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer. Handtücher zu wenig..
Für ein fünf Sterne Hotel zu viele Hürden.

Das the Ritz Carlton in Wolfsburg ist schon ein tolles Hotel. Wir haben dort so gut geschlafen, wie noch nie in einem Hotel. Die Betten dort sind ein Traum!
Das Zimmer ist relativ groß und verfügt sowohl über eine Dusche, als auch über eine Badewanne. Sobald man sich nachts aus dem Bett bewegt, geht unten am Bett eine sanfte Beleuchtung an, so daß man sich im Zimmer zurechtfindet oder ins Bad gelangt, ohne eine Lampe an zu machen.
Das Frühstück läßt eigentlich keine Wünsche offen und wenn doch, so versuchen die Bedienungen diese Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich.
Das Abendessen im Restaurant Aqua ist eines der Highlights im Hotel.
Leider war bem Check-out die Rezeption etwas überfordert damit die auf der Kreditkarte reservierten Beträge auch zu ziehen, statt sie dann nochmal zusätzlich abzubuchen, womit das Limit erreicht war, obwohl es bis zum Limit noch über 3000 Euro waren. Aber wenn dann knapp 2000 Euro vom Hotel reserviert sind und nochmal abgebucht werden sollen, funktioniert dies leider nicht! Hier sollte das Personal besser geschult werden, damit soetwas nicht wieder passiert. Kratzt doch ganz schön an dem sonst super Erlebnis in diesem Hotel!

Tolles Hotel in der Autostadt

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Autostadt Wolfsburg. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und bieten allen gewünschten Komfort, allerdings mussten wir den Tisch ständig verschieben, entweder konnte man nicht auf dem Sofa sitzen oder nicht zwischen Tisch und Bett laufen. Der Wellnessbereich ist toll und man kann dort mit Ausblick auf das VW Kraftwerk draußen schwimmen oder Fitness, Sauna und Dampfbad nutzen. Beim Frühstück müssen wir leider einige Abstriche machen, da wir aktiv einen Kellner auf Kaffee, Tee und Eierspeisen ansprechen mussten und 10 Minuten \"übersehen\" worden sind. Auch wurde leider das Buffet nicht immer schnell nachgefüllt, so dass immer wieder ganze Wurst und Käseplatten längere Zeit leer waren.
Alles in allem aber trotzdem ein tolles Hotel.

Auf keinen Fall mit Hund besuchen

Das Hotel hat ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Das ist aber das Einzige auf 5 Sterne Niveau, auch im Verhältnis zu anderen Ritz Carlton Hotels wie zum Beispiel in Berlin. Das Zimmer und das Bad sind eher durchschnittlich ausgestattet. Der Fernseher auf dem Zimmer funktionierte nicht richtig. Zweimal musste der Hausmeister kommen und ihn wieder in Gang setzen. Das Hotel liegt auf dem Werksgelände von VW, was dazu führt, dass man permanent unter Beobachtung ist. Ständig wurden wir vom Wachschutz auf den Hund angesprochen. Der darf sich nämlich im Umkreis von 500 Metern um das Hotel herum im Grunde nicht bewegen. Der Witz an der Sache ist, dass wir 75 Euro nur für den Hund zahlen mussten. Dafür gab es allerdings keinerlei Gegenleistung. Der Hund durfte nur ins Zimmer. Er war nicht mal in der Bar an der Lobby erwünscht. Fazit: mit Hund auf keinen Fall hin. Ansonsten nur, wenn man von VW subventioniert wird, weil sonst zu teuer!

内装は上品な豪華さがあり、リラックスできました。
ビジネス使用の方も多いようで、朝食のブュッフェの際によく見ました。
レストランがとてもおいしかったです。スタッフの方もとても親切で、画像でメニューを説明してくれました。
スパが満席で予約できなかったのが残念。
