Although we had asked about the price (30 euros) of breakfast when we arrived, we were asked to pay 50 euros when we checked out. Breakfast was already almost completely gone an hour before the end of breakfast time. There were no fresh eggs and no selection of bread rolls left. What a shame!

Super nice. Basically brand new. Excellent selection for breakfast. Bedroom was not spacious but well organized. Included juice and water selection in the minibar was nice bonus. AC was not super powerful and shuts off when windows opened which was new for us. Perfect spot for autostadt access. And foundation museum down the road also.

Reception team lost my package

The reception team leaded by Ms. Uiselt made my package lost, which was in urgent need after my stay in Wolfsburg. Unfortunately the team showed neither apology nor empathy. First evening what they did was only making the statement that they cannot find my package. Next morning by check-out they said they would search. Unfortunately neither my package or a compensation solution can be provided. All this situation is unbelievably unprofessional for a reception team of a 4-star hotel. If you cannot be responsible to the packages, please refuse to receive.

However it was a bit expensive and then I can't understand why a shower in a newer hotel needs to be placed in bathtub as it 1) is annoying and 2) not very user-friendly for older people or people with a handicap

Worst pillows ever. Woke up with a neck pain. Hotel also charged me twice so I had to call them to sort it out. The only upside is the tasty breakfast, but other than that, overpriced business hotel. Stay away if you can.

Although I had booked a double, I was given a single room until I comp;aimed. The air con was hard to control, ie the room was too warm, the Wifi was too slow and unreliable, and housekeeping was poor.

a nice place to base yourself

Its a nice easy to access city hotel, close to the train station and easy to find from the main road routes. The staff are helpful and friendly, the restraunt didn't have a huge menu but the food was good, large portions and attentive service. Wifi wasn't as strong as I'd like though, and only allows 1 device per room, that's a little tedious in these internet times, I had to choose between my computer or my phone or pay extra...please change that.

Modern hotel in Wolfsburg

The hotel is new and modern. The room is big but a little dark. The hotel has a Volkswagen atmosphere with great pictures. The breakfast is ok. Check the glass before drink some liquids as they are dirty! Both glasses on my room were dirty on the top, as well in the restaurant. The location couldn’t be better.

Wouldn't recommend as a top choice - Bad WiFi

Good location, but not suitable for business guests... Free internet is as fast as a modem from the year 2000 and paid internet stalls every 5 minutes. Rooms on the 5th floor next to the bar get the noise every time the door opens and then claps. Staff are not empowered by the management and simply follow old fashioned rules. If you are able to do so, I would recommend to choose a different hotel.

We just didn't feel welcome by the front desk personnel - our AC didn't work in our room and no one helped. I felt like we asked for her first born based on her reaction. The wait staff at the hotel were extremely friendly!

WiFi is okay, the free option includes only 100MB data per day, unlimited (and much faster) is available for EUR 6/day.

Good choice but bathroom was not clean

The hotel is located just across the street from the central station and within a short walking distance to the Autostadt, the city center, the football stadium and the outlet center.

The hotel is newly renovated and it shows in the spacious room with a big bathroom (pretty much three separate rooms - washing room, shower and toilet) and a comfortable bed.
However, I was not pleased with the cleanness of the bathroom as I found empty shampoo bottles, a dirty mirror, someone else's hair and a small blood stain on the wall. (I reported this and have been offered an upgrade for my next stay)

Furthermore, the staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet has a wide selection with good quality.

Toppen för tysktalande, nära till Autostadt

Har bott på ganska många hotell i Tyskland (små orter som större städer), men det här hotellet har haft de största språkbarriärerna hittills. Personalen var trevlig, men kunde inte ett ord engelska. Rummet var stort och rent, men skulle må bra av en modernisering. Tror det passar bättre för dig som är på affärsresa, eller är tysktalande, än för dig som internationell turist. Läget är dock toppen om du ska besöka Autostadt. Missa då inte utsikten från takbaren!
