Visit to AltStadtFest
Visiting friends to attend the annual AltStadtFest. So all we were looking for was somewhere to rest our weary heads. The hotel is fine in all respects. Bit isolated and certainly not the 15 minute walk to the centre that is claimed. There’s a fabulous walk through the woods into the town but wouldn’t recommend it at night. The hotel is part of a chain that specialises in entertaining large coach parties of elderly guests and they don’t really provide much for the single traveler. There’s no reception service after 9 o’clock nor is there an open bar. Breakfast is standard fayre. Surrounding area is very pretty and ideal for hikers and cyclists. It served our purpose and would stay again. But not for everyone.

Good place if you're visiting/working in or near Wolfsburg. it's cheaper than city centre hotels,
but provides quiet, comfortable (if basic) accommodation. The food in the restaurant is tasty and good value (but traditionally German).

Very helpful and friendly staff, wonderful free breakfast (breads, cheeses, cold cuts, smoked salmon, eggs, yogurt, pastries, cereals, juice, fruit, coffee). Room was small but efficient, as in it had everything we needed but in a small footprint. Bathroom small also but again efficient, large vanity, sand up shower. TV had no English channels. Wifi not the best. Room was pretty new and clean. 20 minute drive to Wolfsburg (autostadt).

I chose the hotel because of it's proximity. I had no previous experience in the area. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent staff and facility. Although the room was a bit small by International standards; everything was clean and well maintained. The food; in particular the Breakfast was terrific.

Die Zimmer sind sauber, wenn auch etwas altmodisch, was aber nicht weiter stört. Etwas schade ist, dass die Rezeption erst ab 15 Uhr besetzt ist und ein früherer Check-in nicht möglich war. Zwar gab es die Möglichkeit zum Online-Check-in über QR-Code und Tablet, aber beides hat aufgrund fehlender WLAN-Verbindung nicht funktioniert. Am enttäuschendsten war allerdings, dass das Schwimmbad geschlossen war – genau wegen diesem hatte ich das Hotel auch ausgewählt. Leider gab es dazu vorab keinerlei Hinweis bei der Buchung.

Schwimmbad war ein Buchungskriegskriterium, leider schon länger geschlossen und bei Buchung nicht erwähnt in Anzeige. Ambiente Zimmer gebucht, Dusche mit Vorhänge in der Badewanne (70ziger lassen grüßen), Brausekopf ging nicht an da der Knopf dafür lose war, kein kalt Wasser in Dusche möglich, WC Spülung klemmt und dadurch Dauerspülung min.2x drücken damit es aus geht. So spart man kein Wasser! Testmülleimer total kaputt. Haben dann auf günstiger Doppelzimmer gewechselt, welches mit einer Dusche (funktionsfähig) ausgerüstet war. Dieses Zimmer war in Ordnung, allerdings wurde uns in keinster Form ein Ausgleich angeboten. Ein Getränk an der Bar wäre sicherlich möglich gewesen. Das Frühstück war sehr minimalistisch und am Samstag um 8:25 total abgegrast. Es dauert ca.15 min bis ordentlich nachgelegt wurde. Leider waren auch keine Tische mehr frei und wir mussten dann Personal bitten, benutzte Tische frei zu räumen, Die halb leere, lauwarme Kaffeekanne wurde uns überlassen. Hier mussten wir dann um neuen Kaffee bitten. Am Sonntag lief es dann etwas besser. Das Personal könnte abends an der Bar bzw. Außenbereich durch Aufmerksamkeit mehr Umsatz generieren, was den Betreiber bestimmt freuen würde. Wir waren schon öfters in diesem Hotel und merken den sozialen Abstieg. Hotels ohne Schwimmbad gibt's es durchaus auch andere. Wir werden das beim nächsten Besuch in Gifhorn berücksichtigen.

Ich war in Gifhorn aufgrund des Mühlenmuseums, das war sehr schön. Das Hotel ist nur 10 Min Fußweg entfernt, deswegen hatte ich es ausgesucht. Es ist nicht das Neueste, aber für eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp hat es gereicht. Essen ist leider nicht nach meinem Geschmack gewesen. Abends habe ich einen unreservierten Platz bekommen, das war sehr nett von dem Personal und es gab Buffet, nicht nach Menükarte. Das Essen war leider nicht meins und die Auswahl sehr wenig für 20 €. Das Frühstück am nächsten Tag war ok.

Hotel schon etwas älter. Check-In um 15.00 Uhr für uns spät, da unsere Anreise schon Mittags und dann niemand an der Rezeption. Frühstück nur Durchschnitt, zwar alles irgendwie da, aber Kaffee z.B. in Kannen auf dem Tisch (Filterkaffee), der nach einer bestimmten Zeit nicht mehr schmeckt.

Op de vraag of we konden eten kregen we te horen prima, er stond een buffet en er aten meerdere mensen.
Ik had al bij de reservering gevraagd of we konden dineren en dit was geen probleem. €18,00 bij reserveren anders €20,00. Niet gereserveerd, we zagen het wel aan.
Eenmaal aan tafel kregen we te horen dat het buffet niet mogelijk was, we hadden moeten reserveren!
Kregen de uitgebreide kaart, 2keuzes als hoofdgerecht: curry wurst met friet €13,00 of spareribs 29,95 alleen friet. ERG DUUR voor zo’n tent. Personeel had duidelijk geen zin om ons nog te bedienen terwijl er nog volop gebruik werd gemaakt van het buffet.

Große Zimmer mit bequemem Bett, funktionaler Fernseher; Schwimmbad. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüfett. Von außen nicht so einladend direkt an der Bundesstraße, aber für Kraftfahrer oder Fahrradtouristen ungemein praktisch gelegen. Fantastisches Mühlenfreilichtmuseum direkt gegenüber. Ich hatte Blick zum Flüsschen Ise und es war ruhig.

Wir haben mehrere Zimmer für mehrere Tage reserviert und wollten ein zusätzliches Zimmer buchen. Dabei traten einige Fragen auf:

Am Hotel und dem Frühstück gab es nicht auszusetzen. Es gibt ein Hallenbad, das ist der Hammer. Wir hatten 2 zimmer mit Verbindungstür, das Highlight für die Kids. Nur die Preise für Abendessen oder Café und Getränke sind zu hoch.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Die Lage war besonders ruhig und bot gleichzeitig eine gute Anbindung an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel und sauber.
Allerdings gab es zwei Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt etwas beeinträchtigt haben. Erstens war der Check-out um 10.00 Uhr ziemlich früh, was uns etwas stressig erschien. Zweitens kam der Zimmerservice bereits um 8.00 Uhr morgens, was etwas zu früh war und unseren Schlaf gestört hat.
Insgesamt war es jedoch eine positive Erfahrung, und wir würden diese Unterkunft trotz dieser kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten weiterempfehlen.

Wunsch nach einem bestimmten Zimmer nicht nachgekommen, obwohl per Mail bestätigt! Zimmer sehr dreckig und sehr laut, die Appartments sind nicht zu empfehlen, einfach zu alt, entsprechen nicht dem Standard. Schade, aus diesem Hotel könnte man mehr machen. Frühstück auch sehr einfach, keine Highlights. Der Restaurant Chef war sehr nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, das beste am Aufenthalt.

Check-In erst ab 15.00 Uhr möglich, ohne Hinweis in den Buchungsunterlagen, dass die Reception erst dann besetzt ist. Jedoch gab es die Möglichkeit, sich vor 15:00 Uhr mit Namen und Buchungsnummer selbst einzuchecken. Das gilt aber nicht für die Buchungen über Expedia, die dort vorhandene Nummer kennt das System an der Reception nicht.

Dieses Hotel kann ich gerne weiterempfehlen, jedoch am besten mit Halbpension, da die Speisekarte sehr dürftig war und wenig Auswahlmöglichkeiten bestanden. Frühstücksbuffet war gut und reichhaltig.

Sehr freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, Frühstücksbuffet empfanden wir als gut. Leider konnte das Restaurant nicht punkten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten für Sa. 20.11. einen Tisch für 6 Personen. Es gab einen DIN A 4 Zettel mit einigen Essen zur Auswahl. Wir fragten nach einer Speisekarte. Die gab es nicht. Es waren Gerichte nur mit Schweinefleisch und ein Salatteller mit Puten im Angebot. Was machen denn Vegetarier oder Leute, wie meine Frau, die kein Schweinefleisch mögen. Salat mit Pute ist auch nicht das was man im November essen möchte. Es wurde dann von Buffet angeboten. Auch Schweinefleisch und Pute. Sah auch nicht sehr appetitlich aus. Um 22.40 mußten wir zahlen, es wurde geschlossen. Eine Bar haben wir nicht ausgemacht.
Resüme.. Zum Frühstücken und Übernachten in Ordnung.
Der Rest ist eher mäßig und nicht gut. Werden nicht mehr im Morada Hotel Isetal absteigen wollen. Leider.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Das Frühstück war auch ausreichend. Mein einziger negative Erfahrung war das die schwimmbad geschlossen war wegen corona, könnte ich nicht wirklich nachvollziehen wenn alle schwimmbäde jetzt offen haben. Ansonst habe icj doe 4 Nächte sehr genossen.

Das Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, aber nichts besonderes. So gab es nur eine Sorte Brötchen (Körnerbrötchen). Für eine Übernachtung okay, für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich es nicht buchen.

Et Ok hotel, med en fin swimmingpool , men værelset var ikke fantastisk godt , edderkopper kravlede ned af badeværelset , glasset til at børste tænder i badeværelset var ikke rengjort , bare puttet plastic henover som Om det var det . Men ellers Ok god morgenmad hurtig indtjekning . Indtjekning var ikke Ok , der var ingen i receptionen og man skulle vente på det blive tjekket ind , vi måtte gå op i restauranten for at finde nogen som så fandt nogen der kunne tjekke os ind, udover dette havde vi booket et dyrere værelse men fik standard værelse , så måtte også brokke mig jer for at få det rigtige .

Das Hotel war in Ordnung, allerdings war das Zimmer sehr klein und die Aussicht zeigte auf den Parkplatz. Wir hatten den Eindruck, es wird hauptsächlich auf Stammkunden Wert gelegt, wir als \"Neue\" wurden schnell abgespeist ohne eine kurze Erläuterung zum Hotel oder bei Fragen. Zum Frühstück waren fast alle Plätze reserviert, uns wurde davon nichts gesagt und wir mussten jeden Morgen suchen, um einen Platz zu finden (unsere Reservierung am 2. Tag wurde verlegt)
