The property located in a wonderful place on the beach, beautiful view from every corner. It’s a great hotel for the price. It’s excellent view. Thank you for the hotel stuff and the accommodation and the upgrade there are wonderful people.

Good:
Nice and quiet.
Quite clean.
Friendly staff.

Bad:
No wifi in the rooms
Old and slow AC systems
Location is quite far away from city center without any easy transportation options
Bulky room key (it's almost the size of a small phone)

the hotel had a nice location on the beach. the hotel staff was very helpful with our arrival since we arrived at 5am. my only negative comment would be the shower curtain had mold on them。

Staff at reception were rude and extremely unhelpful !!!!

Housekeeping didn't replace toilet paper for the first 3 days. (went and brought our own), room towels were not replaced daily - folded and put back.

Bungalow Room was pleasant but needed a thorough clean. Bed linen poor quality.

Summary.... Stay elsewhere!

Great secret in Pattaya

Great value for the price - nice secluded compound with fabulous huge pool and ocean beach as well. I was not expecting such a grand place and was pleasantly surprised. It was much nicer than many more expensive hotels.

No sense of service and comfort to guests what's s

I was staying for one night in the grand chalet which is the most expensive in the hotel.
All the night my air conditioner was out of function and I called them 05:00 to get it fixed.
First that ignored me and said on in 10 minutes but, nothing happened. I called again and that send someone who fixed after 30 minutes.
I asked for late check out as I could not sleep because of heat and fixing and they denied.
They wake me up at 10:00 and offered me 1 hour late church out until 13:00. After they wake me up I could not go back to sleep, to me this meant even 1,5 hour less sleep!!!
I was complaining to manager and her was smiling and saying he was sorry, which made furious, later I understood this is Thai way to say sorry!!!
Even he was asking about when I was getting back to my room, which I replied that was not any of his concerns!!

It's a shame....

The gardens and sea view are really quite nice. As is the pool. And those things almost made the stay tolerable. But otherwise I was extremely disappointed. Not sure what hotel the other reviewers that I read stayed at, but it couldn't have been this one!

Room is very old. Furniture is worn and probably not changed for 20 years. The room was so hot at check in that it took the AC unit one hour to bring it to a comfortable temperature.

Check in staff was unfriendly. No free wifi! Really in this day and age. Hotel policy that no pool towels are given out after 5 PM. Does everyone go to their room at that time? A very marginal breakfast buffet. And a dirty beach.

It's a shame because this property is beautifully set on the water and could be spectacular. But it's obvious the owners don't care and don't invest. My suggestion is find another place to stay.

Not worth your while, Chinese bn Russians

The hotel needs a major updating, mold in my bathroom i took the pictures, the beach is filled with garbage thrown by the guests, pool pics look great but look closer, for the price look somewhere else, its pattaya you'll get something better.

Value for money

Overall environment in the hotel is good, having private beach, nice and big swimming pool. The only problem was that the room we stayed in Chalet style was quite smelly so we had to ask for the room changing but it seemed all Chalet style having a smell problem. Other than that is nothing. Value for money.

Paid for a room that was advertised to have a jet tub but didn't receive. When I went to lobby to bring this to their attention the \"lady\" feigned to not speak English , even though I had just heard her speaking English to the gentleman before me. So my thai fried explained the issue (in thai ) , to which the lady wouldn't even respond. Very strange
Woke in the morning itchy with several bites on our body so slept on the covers the next night. Advertised waterfall in pool was not functioning and buffet breakfast gave us minor travelers stomach.Area around hotel not the greatest and restaurants expensive.

Hotel location and amenities

English speaking people non existent to poor at best, we are a friendly couple but no persons spoke to us at all, had difficulty speaking to all staff, Thai people very polite.
Russian and Chinese made up the bulk of the occupancy, no communication with them at all.
The hotel is not a four star rating, entertainment consisted of the same two singers every nite.
Food for breakfast was for Russian and Chinese and Thai people. Ok for one or two meals other than egg on toast and cornflakes British people were not catered for in any way. Local restaurants catered again for Russian and Chinese people's too.
This hotel is not for British people period I'm sorry to say.

The pool was great but the rest was so so.

The staff were rude and dismissive and obviously dont like white people.
The room was soso...very run down and the shower didnt work.
The pool was beautiful and well looked after. This made it worth being outdoors there. There is a beach adjutting the pool but there were many jelly fish so not entirely safe to swim.
The food was pretty bad. I ordered a steak which was like old boot leather. They refused to reimburse but i truly couldnt chew it. I also tried a caesar salad which was covrred in thick dressing but had only three very thin sluces of chicken. My son had a burger. On the side was around 7 french fries ....not very filling for a teen.

The desk staff ignored us when we went to check out and made us stand there while chatting with each other even tho they knew we were checking out. They didnt care since we had d already stayed and paid.
The place is full of Russian signage. There is very little English even the menu was in Russian and served Russian food like Borscht. Overall it was tolerable but not great.

We only spent one night in this hotel! (2-12 to 2-13)

Please issue refund to my card used for this booking

Reasons:

The water (shower and sink) smelled like Dead Fish. And this gave my wife allergies (attached picture 3435).
We notified Management, two engineers came, confirmed the smell and my wife allergies.

Management did offer an alternative over the phone, that was unacceptable to us.

Walls and sofa are dirty attached picture 3436 and 3437.
Door not locking properly and with termites’ holes
Cut my foot on a broken step tile.
Lunch and breakfast below average in food quality and cleanliness.
Did your staff ever check this place?

Хороший отель на севере Паттайи!

Отдыхали в Garden Sea Viev в третий раз. Поэтому понятно, что отель нам нравится! Но... с каждым годом всё меньше! Так как мы отдыхаем как самостоятельные туристы, то в этом году были удивлены большим количеством \"пакетников\" от \"Анекса\" и \"Пегаса\"! В связи с эпидемией короновируса совсем не было в отеле китайских туристов и вообще никаких, кроме наших! На рецепшене совсем сменились все сотрудники. Ну, конечно, кто же наших доставучих вынесет?! В общем и целом отдых прошёл хорошо. Завтраки как всегда на высоте! Территория чистая, море ласковое, номера убирают. Жаль около пляжа пальмы спилили. Зато на территории понаставили много лежаков. Отель рекомендую!

สระว่ายน้ำไม่มีเครื่องเล่นอะไรเลย แค่แบ่งโซนกับเล่นระดับ

Hübsches Hotel mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Tolle Pool-Landschaft mit Wasserfall. Alle Angestellten stets freundlich und hilfreich, englisch sprechend. Gemütliche Bungalow, saubere Zimmer im Hotel und luxuriöse Chalets und alles umgeben von einem Park mit uralten Bäumen und tropischen Pflanzen.

ชอบชาเลต์พักในสวนตันไม้เยอะติดทะเล แต่ถ้าจะดีมากควรจัดห้องให้เหมาะกับผู้เข้าพักถ้าเอาเด็กมามากควรให้พักชั้นล่างเพราะวิ่งขึ้นลงบันไดวิ่งในห้องอย่างกับคนบ้าหนวกหูมาก

Отель не плохой, но сервис и обслуга практически отсутствует! За 10 дней проживания постельное поменяли только раз и то когда кинули на пол. Интернет только на рецепшене и то не всегда работает. Хороший бассейн, но не чистят стенки, очень жаль. Толпы азиатских пакетников, которые не имеют чувства уважения к отдыхающим.. Завтраки не стоят тех денег что берут. Район старый, отдалённый, цены заданы.. Один плюс рынок морепродуктов неподалеку.

専用ビーチのある素敵なホテル

ホテルは広い庭かあって広いプールと専用ビーチがあり何処にも行かないでホテルでゆったり過ごすには最適です。
ただ、バンガロータイプの部屋にしたのですが部屋の鍵が開かないトラブルがありフロントに伝えましたが修理されず。全く出入り出来なくなり結果的に部屋の変更、変更された部屋のTVが映り悪く修理依頼をフロントに伝えましたが修理されず、ルームサービスの時に現状確認して貰いTV交換…快適な部屋になったのが滞在7日後でした。
それだけが残念でした。
後、パタヤビーチ等から少し離れているのでタクシー料金が結構かかります。

ที่พัก ทำเลดี แต่ห้องพักเก่า มีฝุ่น ยักใย่ เต็ม เหม็นอับ ที่นอนขาด ถ้านอน คืนเดียว ก็พอทน แต่ถ้าพัก หลายคืน หาที่อื่น ดีกว่า
