Everything! Luke, Tim and Joshua were amazing! They helped me with my bags because they knew I had a very bad cold and needed to get some rest and relax for a couple of days after traveling. The check-in was easy. Expedia let the hotel know ahead of time that I was checking in after midnight and there was no issue with it. They held my place for me.

We stayed in Room 115 on the first floor. It was spacious yet comfortable. It was set up for 2 people and we had 3. Front desk was informed next day if they could accommodate us. Yes but when we got back to our room it was set up for 2, again. No earth shattering but it would have been nice to just add the 1 extra. Other than this the stay was really nice and we love the \"vintage\" of the Old Town Inn that fits right in with Old Town itself.

For the price and location you cannot beat it. The Midway neighborhood has always been a bit sketchy and industrial, but walking around in the day time is fine. Old Town was an easy walk, as was Rosecrans. Scott the night attendant was super nice and helpful, the others not so much. Must have cash for vending machines, as the card option doesn't work on them

The hotel is cute and clean, and it offers a good breakfast. The outdoor areas are well maintained, and the breakfast space is also tidy. However, the room did not smell clean; it had a wet socks odor near the bed. The area around the hotel felt unsafe because it is located in an industrial zone. There was trash and some homeless people nearby, which made it feel uncomfortable. It’s odd to have a cute hotel in such an industrial area.
