The room had a mini fridge which was useful and it has a supermarket right next door that opens from Monday to Saturday until 10 pm. The hotel is within walking distance from the bus/train stations (around 700 meters). The staff is friendly and professional.

My first room was not good it was noisy and echoing from rainfall all night. My second stay was much better the room faced the outside with large window and less cramped.
A few of the staff in the cafeteria and restaurant were not so friendly.

Adequate central accommodation on the Camino

check in was ok and reception gave us directions to places we asked about. The room was clean and bigger than some of the rooms we have stayed in on this Camino but it was stuffy. The bathroom was big and we had a bath with shower. It could probably do with a little bit of updating but was adequate for our needs. Some guests came in late and it seemed as if the walls were not thick enough to block out their chatter.

Horrible place for parkimg

The hotel is difficult to find and there is additional charge for parking even stay in the hotel. This shall be indicated as the basic information for the hotel.

Convenient, between the train/ bus stations and the old part of town. Carpets are a bit faded, but clean. Breakfast was good and the front desk person very helpful.

Fair value for money

This is a budget hotel and fair value for money but I would have paid a little extra for a proper continental breakfast and a room that was somewhat 'fresher', however the dinner menu was very nice and a lot nicer than expected.

OK for a one night rest if on the Camino

The staff were very obliging and helpful. The hotel is a typical Spanish 3 star in need of a bit of TLC. However the food in the evening was surprisingly good. Breakfast was basic but any request was quickly addressed.
The hotel was noisy early in the morning when the walkers from the camino arose and abluted then banged doors on their departure.

Dated hotel with dark corridors and old fashioned plumbing. It was within walking distance of the bus and train station plus the town centre. Wifi was good but the hotel is nothing out of the ordinary for the price.

Good but...light sleepers beware

Stayed here for two rest nights while walking the Camino Portuguese. The hotel is very well situated along the Camino. Hotel was comfortable and well equipped, however, the noise and the cigarette smoke wafting up from the hotel bar/restaurant downstairs proved to be an issue.

Estuvimos 3 noches en una habitación \"superior\" en la segunda planta. Lo más positivo es que hacía frío y la calefacción funcionaba perfectamente y que la cama era muy grande y cómoda.

Sin embargo, cuando llegamos nos comunicaron que el ascensor estaba fuera de servicio y no sabrían cuando el problema estaría solucionado (duró toda la estancia). En recepción dijeron que no había nada que pudieran hacer, no había un segundo ascensor o servicio de subida de maletas o alguna otra opción.

Para compensar por la situación nos ofrecieron desayuno gratuito la primera mañana. El resto de los días el ascensor continuo averiado pero. No ofrecieron nada.

Una de las mañanas pedimos un rollo de papel higiénico más, ya que habíamos pedido que no viniese la limpieza que son los que normalmente reponen y las indicaciones de recepción fueron \"coger el del aseo de la zona del desayuno\".

Acabamos comprando además de papel, champú y gel ya que el hotel provee un sobrecito por persona del tamaño de un azucarillo que sobre todo el gel, no es suficiente para una ducha.

Por último el baño no dispone de escobilla, la mampara de la bañera está hecha de tres paneles de los que faltaba uno y los otros dos, en vez de deslizarse, había que arrestrarlos y más o menos intentar tapar a ojo lo mayor posible para no tener echar agua fuera. Los aros del asa de la bañera estaban sueltos y oxidados y la mayoría de los agujeros de la pera de la ducha estaban bloqueados así que el agua salia solo por un lado.

Me gustó el hotel, muy limpio y cómodo. Limpieza muy bien y la habitación grande y cama muy cómoda, baño muy bien. La habitación era interior y no tenía apenas luz natural. Cosa normal cuando se va buscando individual en muchísimos hoteles.

Cuando llegamos, no tenían claro cómo se había hecho la contratación a través de este portal, pero rápidamente me consiguieron la habitación. Cuando la vi, pedí que me la cambiaran, pues quería cama de matrimonio y no camas gemelas, y se hizo rápido el cambio. Todo muy bien, salvo el hecho de que al ser una noche de sábado a domingo, había algo de ruido fuera, pero no es nada grave porque no es la zona de marcha.

Me gustó todo, desde la cordialidad de los recepcionistas (en todos los horarios), la limpieza de la habitación, el silencio de la misma, no se escuchaban ruidos de afuera, la climatización, muy cálida la habitación, el desayuno muy completo, la ubicación, si bien Pontevedra es bastante pequeño, el hotel está ubicado en pleno centro, cerca de la terminal de omnibus y de tren
