Our stay here was fantastic. The check in and check out was quick and easy with very friendly and helpful staff.
Lovely, spacious units that were a little away from main part of Wanaka but meant it was quiet and safe, and easy parking. The walk to town was very short and doable, plus it was along the lake so definitely would recommend.

It feels like home surrounded by well maintained garden. We were at 1 bedroom villa, it’s got its charms. Spacious and plenty of storage. Complete amenities including fireplace. Quiet area with dedicated parking. Laundry service is free for one bedroom once a week. We love it!

We stayed here with our two small kids (baby and toddler) and it was perfect enough space for the kids to play indoors but also having a little grassy area outside to explore. The location was great very quiet and safe but an easy walk into to town with lots of beautiful scenery and parks to stop along the way.
The only minor issue I had was one of the bed linen cover had a few stains which was off putting but not enough that we didn’t still use it.

Cozy 2 bedroom apartment with great amenities

It’s our second time here. It’s just lovely. Beautiful place with fire and cozy feeling. What would make it perfect is improved bed comfort. The mattresses are very hard. Amenities are great in the 2 bedroom apartments, better than the 1 bedroom. Easy access to town, lovely spa to use, very helpful staff who service your apartment daily. We will be back.

This was a lovely accommodation option that allowed us to access Cardrona via car easily. It is a fair walk from the town centre but only a short drive with lots of free parking available. Our apartment shared an external door with another apartment which they didn’t care to keep locked, which felt to compromise our safety. Ammenties were not kept well stocked, but requesting more from reception was very easy.

Happy six nights stay two bedrooms

Generally all good, dishwasher was clean however filter was with food residue but not bad to clean. Heater and air conditioner worked well, washing machine and dryer also worked well though a bit noisy. One toilet is a bit cos but overall we were very happy for our stay.

Nice place, cozy and clean with good amenities. A little bit out of the way so unless you like long walks to reach town, a car is recommended.
The biggest let down was the very uncomfortable bed. The mattress needs upgrading to a more modern one, where you don’t have to feel every single movement of your partner each time they turn over. I had 4 very poor nights of little sleep sadly.

Amazing property. Great service including doing all our washing twice in our 4 night stay (free!!).
Loft was beautifully presented - the only drawback was a few design choices which are unsafe, particularly the top of the stairs which cuts intothe landing ( not sure its legal). But everything else is 5 star!! We loved it 💕

Nice property, convenient location, nice rooms and amenities. Reception closed early but keys were left for pickup. No in-house washer/dryer. Had to take laundry load to the reception desk in the morning. While they took care of the laundry for a fee, it would have been more convenient to have it in the apartment.

This is a really great place to stay with a couple of problems. The bed is terrible if your partner moves around. They feel every movement. I travel for business and service at the office is terrible if you get parcels set to you. They don't deliver to your apartment and have trouble finding any parcels delivered. Not a great place for business stays.

Very expensive for what we paid for. Definitely not 5 star apts I would say it’s 4 stars at best. Arrived within business hours and our key was left in an open box at the front door of the office. There was no one there. There was no email to communicate this. Nice and cosy but service and facilities not 5 star as the name suggests.

This was a stunning place to stay, suited us travelling with the kids so well, 2 bathrooms, lovely quiet spa pool, fantastic! Also we left a jacket behind and Nicola was wonderful - they contacted us to inform immediately then organised postage etc to our home no problem. So great, would totally recommend ☺️.

Great privacy big and spacious clean and tidy. It had a washing machine but no clothes dryer in the single room apartments which is nuisance when your only staying one night. It also didn’t have any air conditioning and was really uncomfortable in the heat. We had keep doors open at either end for a breeze but we could not sleep during the night with doors open down in the living space for safety.

The apartment was lovely. It would have benefited from a heat pump in the lounge area though. It was unusually cold and wet on the day of our arrival. The gas fire was tricky to start, and we noticed that it stated, if you used too much gas then this would be an extra expense. That was disappointing because if you are cold of course you want to heat the room but you don’t want to incur extra expense, so not sure if we would stay in the middle of winter.

We had a one bedroom apartment. The management staff were very helpful when we had disruptions to our travel plans. We were a little disappointed we did not have a coffee machine (As advertised) but plunger did the job. Service of apartment was ok, it would have been good to have a sign saying linen changed only if left on floor/in bath. A dishwasher would have been great as you would expect in a luxury apartment. Spa pool was great after a days skiing. Good location to town with 15 minute walk.
