Nos sentimos cómodos en la cama en general el hotel está bien, no tomamos desayuno tratando de recuperar sueño pero fue difícil. Destaco los amenites y la nota en caso de necesitar algo más.

They will sell your fully paid for and confirmed reserved room to someone else and then blame Expedia, claiming Expedia's virtual key did not work for them. They will stare at the computer screen and ignore your questions about what happened and why your room got sold even though it was confirmed. Also there is no elevator so get ready to carry your heavy bags up 2 flights of stairs. The breakfast area is super cramped and even if only one other family is in the space you will have difficulty navigating around them to get your breakfast items and sit comfortably without being repeatedly banged into. And finally, the room is super cramped and there's no space to move around. Steer clear of this particular property. Not saying all Spark by Hilton's are like this, but save your time and money and don't book the one in Brockville Ontario Canada.

Nice to see the big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and body lotion instead of the silly little sample bottles that are just too much plastic. Breakfast was hot and coffee was good. One huge drawback was the lack of an elevator. Since i am nearly 80. Going up stairs with luggage was a challenge. The man at the front desk did offer to help but my daughter was with me. They did have a back staircase which went straight into the parking lot.

It must have fallen into their dispenser somehow, but other than that, breakfast was great! It was a decent place to stay. Easy check in, clean rooms, had iron and ironing board and all the hotel products in large bottles so didn’t need to ask for more.

I was double charged for the room. I paid in full through Expedia and used Expedia points for partial payment. The hotel then charged my credit card for $308 again when I got there but I told them I already paid. Then I had to put a $100 deposit which looks like it was reversed.

Although we live in Brockville, we had a house full of family so we decided to spend the night at The Spark, two minutes away from our home. The check in was easy and quick. The room was nice. The vinyl flooring was a bit chilly on the feet, but other than that everything was great. Check out was very quick and Kurtis was very friendly.

This is not a Hilton standard hotel. Filthy bathroom. Unpainted walls with clear damage. Hockey kids screaming and running in the hallways into the night. Just an absolutely horrible stay. If you are looking for a Hilton standard this is absolutely not it.

The slightly rubbery eggs could stand improving though all of the other options in the free breakfast were good. We appreciated the environmentally conscious decision to offer wooden utensils, but the tines on the wooden forks just wouldn't pick up the eggs.
The employees were exceptional in their helpfulness.
