Very Good stay.

It was amazing 5 days I spent in this hotel, we were fully satisfied with peaceful calm place, and srvices, despite we are in Ramadan, every thing regarding food and restaurants was easily available. Nice staff of reception and cleaning services, it was quite relaxing stay.

Overall excellent location for a stay in Dubai near the Jumeirah Beach Residence, and one of the more affordable hotels with this sort of location.

Friendly staff who assisted us to make some phone calls when we had a cancelled flight. Restaurant was excellent with a decent buffet breakfast spread and good options for lunch/dinner if needed.

Rooms are fairly clean but could do with some refurbishment. Gym facilities are adequate - small but expected for a basic hotel gym. Overall a good stay - excellent location for the price

the staff were brilliant the rooms were cleaned and serviced every day the only downside was that we could not use the swimming pool during our stay as it was closed for repair but we were offered the use of a sister pool nearby but we never used it,this was the only downside to our stay otherwise our stay was perfect

The room is clean and well organized. The reception is specially hot (probably there is some sort of problem with the AC) and the service over the breakfast is really poor. The staff apparently feels lack of a good coordination.

Balcony with marina view!

Although we had a beautiful balcony view of the marina, the room itself lacked alot of things that would make ones stay comfortable. There were no power outlets near a mirror to do your hair for example or a mirror big enough to get ready around.. the room was always freezing (no carpet) and it just looked better in photos then the actual space. I did enjoy the pool and the location was great, near the walk. Staff was very helpful!! Everyone was very nice and it was safe to stay during Covid..

Great views when upgrade room to Marina view

Lovely view of the Marina when you ask to upgrade your room. Really friendly staff and huge comfy bed. However the in room facilities are rather dated and I couldn’t seem to get hot water from the shower. I also had a leak above my sink in which I mentioned twice at reception yet nothing was done and then mess was not cleared. Overall I enjoyed my stay but I do think attention to detail was lacking in these apartments.

Spacious rooms, good location

Room was really spacious, modern and kept very clean. Although the room described as having a balcony, this was a small area that you could only just stand on, approx 1 metre wide by 30cm deep.. I wouldn’t call this a balcony and having paid extra for it I wasn’t pleased. The pool was extremely unclean throughout our stay, this was very disappointing. There is great areas on the roof for sunbathing with fantastic views of the marina. Overall it is a good place to stay in a brilliant location but needs some improvements.

The view sucked and when asked to be upgraded, i would have been charged an extra 100. Spent a lot of money for 5 days and wasn't worth it. The bathroom was a huge disappointment. You could literally sit on the toilet and brush your teeth at the same time. No space in the bathroom whatsoever!!

Property doesn’t look like the photographs. It’s too old and shabby. Don’t expect a good view from the room as the windows face everywhere but the marina front. Only saving grace is the location and grocery store across the road

The location of the property is great and the 1 bedroom is spacious, but it’s not no where near a 4 star. They didn’t supply wash clothes, lucky I had my own and the bedroom tv never worked, the toilet is way too close to the sink giving you an uncomfortable area to do your business.

I asked for a can opener and they went and got me a new one. My wife and kids stayed last new year in a same design room but different floor. This time no furniture . Ie no bar stools, chairs table to eat at. There’s a kitchen to cook but only the bed to eat on. But very clean.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel the pool area is small no umbrellas paving around the pool was concrete and broken up you needed to have shoes on pool closed for cleaning as the water was cloudy had to walk to sister hotel to an even smaller pool the spa was closed all week no reason given the breakfast buffet was the same every day not impressed with the choice very disappointed staff did their best wouldn’t recommend this hotel more like a 2 star

Detailed review

I'll start with the positives.
1. This hotel is in an excellent location. The Marina Mall is a 15-20 minute walk away. The beach is about a 15 minute walk.
2. The hotel was cheap.

Now for the negatives.
1. We were there for a week and there was no WiFi the entire time we where there. When we checked in, they told us the problem started a few days ago and would be fixed by the following day. This was not true. The problem wasn't fixed until 8 days later, when we were checking out.
2. The hotel is very very dated. The rooms are ok, but the bathrooms were very dingy and the shower curtain probably hadn't been changed in years. The bathroom always smelled of mold. They would clean our rooms daily, but not effectively.
3. The rooftop pool area was so dirty. We had to go back down to reception to get someone to bring towels as there were none, and there wasn't a single worker to be found. After almost 1/2hr, someone finally came up with towels. The floors around the pool area had broken tiles and were very sandy and dirty
4. The hotel doesn't give you bottled water unless you ask for it every single day. I told them at reception that we would like water in our room every day and they told me they can't do it, I have to come down each day and request it.
5.The fridge temperature was very low so we put it up to a higher setting. This caused the fridge to start leaking all over the kitchen. They have 2 of every utensil -plates, cups, forks, knives, but no dish soap to clean with.

Perfect Location, Great Value for Money

We really enjoyed our stay here and are already planning our next trip back. The staff were so friendly and welcoming from start to finish. The cleaning ladies in particular always had smiles on their faces and were so efficient and helpful when asked for an extra towel or two. We had come from 10 days travelling so were delighted with the washing machine in the room to wash our clothes to save us one less job to do when we got home. The staff even dropped up two clothes airers to dry the clothes. The supermarket across the road was an added plus selling everything from souvenirs, clothes to groceries and had brands we were used to back home.
The beds were also very comfortable so I would thoroughly recommend Jannah Marina Bay Suites for your next trip. I couldn't fault it! So well done to staff and management. Keep up the good work!

Great aparthotel with beautiful marina views

I was a solo traveller going to Dubai for winter sun, r&r and a bit of sightseeing. The aparthotel was spacious, had beautiful views of the marina (although was a bit far out of the city but transport links good and cheap). I would say was good value for money and the facilities apart from the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were excellent. I didn’t partake of breakfast.

Traveling to Australia my partner and I decided to have a stopover in Dubai found this hotel on Expedia at a very reasonable price ,
On arrival at Hotel were pleasantly surprised at standard of room everything exceeded expectations bathrobes and slippers to begin !
Hotel was perfect for exploring marina area everything within walking distance taxis cheap for further trips to malls etc , all in all perfect for what we wanted and yes would recommend and return.

Dubai - 1st Anniversary Trip

We were tired but the room was more tired! To be fair it has an awesome view but a small balcolny. The upshot was that I pArrived at the apartment block late Wednesday night after a 7 hour flight and 30 min taxi ride. I had previously asked to see if I could upgrade to a Marina view and upon asking the receptionist said yes and we went to look at the room. It was room 211. The room looked tired, had a stagnent smell (not smoke) and there was a low blue chair in the central area with stains on it. We were not best impressed and we went back to the reception. \"It's not what I expected of Dubai\" I said. They went on to say that this was the only room available and I had no choice but to take it. Talk about backed into a corner. After a bit more talking, they said that there was a room overlooking the road but it was a twin room. My wife went up to take a look but it wasn't great. So, we seemed that we had no choice. We took the Manager back to room 211. He said he would \"freshen up\" the room and replace the chair, basically we not choice. Paid £20.00 (100AED) to upgrade for the first night and I didn't pay them any more upgrade money. Just as well becuase upon more talks in the morning they decided to not pursue the balance of £80.00 (400AED) and we called it quits. I was happy with that and we made the room work for us. The room needs a lick of paint, has minimal furniture, no balcony furniture, a tiny bathroom that flooded when emptying the bath but the view is fantastic.

Pros:
- great location in Dubai Marina;
- the view from the rooftop outdoor pool was amazing;
- nice bed/tv area;
- 24hours supermarket just next to the hotel;
- 15-20min walking distance to Ibn Battuta metro station.

Cons:
- view from the room was bad, just seeing the building across the street. However they have rooms with view to the marina;
- the kitchenette and bathroom were tired/used in discrepancy with the bed/tv area which were modern and new;
- small bathroom with fixed shower head;
- wifi speed was really poor.

Great, Easy hotel to visit friends & beach

The hotel itself was great. The room and facilities were a really decent size and we already knew that the area was good. Easy to grab taxis, next to Sheikh Zayed Road and walking distance to the beach ( JBR), Marina and LOTS of restaurants. All with a 24/7 supermarket in front. We had some issues with leaking in our bathroom ceiling (with the ceiling tile eventually giving up completely) but the staff dealt with the problem right there and then (despite it being gone midnight) whilst giving us a new room with no complaints. Really couldn't complain with the staff atall, and especially how they dealt with our issues.

Not friendly to transact business with. I checked in and it was explained to me that the breakfast is on rooftop for 50AED. I went up to have breakfast and I was told I had to go down to reception, buy a voucher for 50AED and come back up. I took a look at the buffet. It was uninviting with very limited selections.

Pool was very small. No gyp on premise. Gym is in a sister hotel a few minute walk away.

The hotel was okay, probably won't be staying there again. It has a nice location you are on the marina. The room cleanliness needs to be improved on drastically. It looked like they had done some tile work in our room but didn't clean excess grout up and we spilled a coffee and they missed big spots on floor where there was dried coffee. Luckily it was cheap and we weren't there very much.

Short break over the weekend

I have to say that I was very impressed by the check in staff from the very beginning. We didn't know where the parking was so upon calling th hotel, the receptionist waited for us in front of the hotel, he let us in to the parking and took our luggage to the reception area. They have helped at every stage with our pram which would have been expected but it's not always the case. The staff had one of the Nicest uniforms I've ever seen in the hotel. Very smart and upmarket.
The room was very specious, nicely decorated, huge bed and good size kitchenette.
My only comments would be that there was few essentials missing in the kitchen such as rubbish bin under the sink, some cleaning cloths would have been nice as well.
The biggest downfall was th size of the bathroom which was very small in comparison to the room size.
Overall we had a very pleasant stay, the hotel location was great for us and we would happily stay there again

Great stay at Jannah Marina

It was on a spur of the moment when I found the other local hotel massively over priced as my parents had pre booked the Byblos Marina hotel after spending 10 minutes there and had a number of encounters with rude and abrupt Russian staff as well the general standards of the hotel and rooms. It was a really Pleasure to find Jannah Marina welcoming and the standard of the facility which definitely rates at a high 4 star and would definitely book here again for my next stay in Dubai.

Hotel in quiet Dubai Marina area

The hotel is in a quiet corner of Dubai Marina, only a 15-minute walk away from the beach, the shopping mall and many restaurants.

Bed is big and comfortable. Soft mattress and pillows. Well equipped.

The bathroom is a bit small with a WC squeezed into a rather tiny room. So that was a bit of a downside.

Furnishing could be a bit more modern, but the place was comfortable.

As other people mentioned, not all rooms face the Marina. So you might end up with a room that faces the street, which is not quite as pleasant.

Perfect within walking distance to the metro and a supermarket even tho there is a tesco right across the road (only noticed in the last few days!) bed is unbelievably comfy was difficult getting out of bed in the morning! Staff which included the cleaners as well as security guys could not have been politer! Altho the guy who checked me in and out could have done with smiling a little! Only downside would be that Expedia said it was a room with a balcony that is a lie it wasn't so I would contact the hotel regarding what Expedia say before booking. I would defo come back here and will not hesitate to recommend to a friend! It had everything in perfect working order! Altho our shower seemed to sprout out yellow water when first turned on which was odd and when we turned on the 'heat water' switch the plugs would stop working which was weird but this did not spoil my experience. Thank you guys! I didn't have a working pen to write a review on the notepad left in the room! :-)

Good location, good sized rooms.

We arrived early in the morning and had asked for a room to be booked for an extra day, however, there had been mix ups with another room from our family who were joining later. This was quite stressful until the member of staff eventually sorted it out and found the original booking. The rest of the staff during our stay were very kind and helpful.
The price was reasonable and much better than their sister accommodation down the road. We would recommend this to other travellers. The pool wasn't suitable for families with infants.

Balkontür war defekt. Keine Möglichkeit den Fön vor einem Spiegel zu nutzen, weil keine Steckdosen da vorhanden waren. Duschkopf spritzte nicht nach unten, sondern gegen die Wand. Reinigungspersonal kam oft spät.

I stayed in rooms with Dubai Marina View and they have an amazing view, especially from the apartment!
I was dissapointed to see that the furniture and the facilities were not in good conditions. They actually come to repair some things in my room when I was staying there.
Another thing: there is a Mosque right next to it, you will wake up at 4 am with someone singing. Honestlty it was a little bit scary but also interesting.
Besides all this, the hotel is clean and very nice!

Ок,НО если только с видом на Марину!

Хороший персонал.В номере очень маленький туалет-ванна.На балконе нет столика и стульев, вид был на сторону входа в отель , возможно поэтому балкон пыльный,сам отель-апартаменты староватый.Но за такую цену, если не заселят с видом на Марину, то можно найти более лучший вариант.Кондиционер тоже работал только на холод.

Excellent séjour au Jannah Marina Appartment Hotel. À 20 minutes à pied de JBR et de la plage, du métro et du Marina Mall. Vue sur le port de Marina, très beau de nuit. Supermarket ouvert 24/24 juste en face de l’hotel. Propreté excellente, gel hydro alcoolique disponible à pleins d’endroits dans l’hotel. Personnel serviable. Studio équipé d’une machine à laver, table et fer à repasser ainsi que le strict minimum pour cuisiner.

Dommage pour le gazon synthétique qui a été mis sur les bords de la piscine et du jacuzzi, pas très joli. Mosquée juste à côté de l’hotel ainsi qu’une tour en construction jour et nuit, perturbant un peu le sommeil.

Je recommande cet hotel pour tous les points positifs évoqués plus hauts.

me pareció un tanto costoso teniendo en cuenta que las habitaciones son muy básicas, no me gustó que a diferencia de los demás hoteles de la ciudad no dan la opción de una permanencia adicional después de la hora de check out

Il n’etait Pas préciséqu’il Fallait longer l’hotel Pour accéder au petit déjeuner dans un restaurant en piteux état avec un petit dej médiocre et Sal. J’ai dû aller ailleurs dans un café’à côté or que j’avais payé’ le petit déjeuner ! La salle de sport est minuscule on ne peut rien y travailler ! Le personnel est sympa mais c’est loin d’etre un 4 étoiles
