The room was clean but the lodge/hotel is old.

There is no central cooling just a window Air Conditioner which took a long time before the room starts to cool down.

The Air conditioner makes so much noise that makes it hard to sleep.

The Power went out on 5/11/2026 Monday night at around 11:00pm, the phone is also dead and there is no cell service. If I have any health emergencies, I would not be able to get help easily. Fortunately, the power came back after an hour.

There's a mini fridge but no microwave in the room. There's no eating place around except their own restaurant.

Not very impressed with this place.

The office staff wasn't very helpful. I little smart ass to be blunt. The room was wasn't great. TV had snow on the screen and couldn't really watch it. Has a bad cable. Wifi was very limited and since there isn't any cell service, made it difficult. The place could be nice if they just brought it into the current decade.

There was ants and a different kind of bug crawling on the walls, understandable because we’re in nature. There was no microwave which was a con but I was happy there was a mini fridge. TV did not work.

This property is a great option if going to Yosemite Nat'l Park. It is outside the park but still one of the closer properties to the Valley Floor Entrance. This property has several Hot tubs which are nice after a long day of hiking. They have an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. There is a nice walking path across the street right next to the Merced River, There is a restaurant on site and a nice gift shop.
My only complaint is not enough outlets in the room. Bring an extension cord and a power strip if you will need to charge multiple things.
I have stayed here twice and enjoyed the experience both times.

Great location near Yosemite, surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. The property has a lot of amenities, especially for families: outdoor and indoor pools, a game room, BBQ areas, easy parking, and even a river nearby. They also have a nice mini grocery store and gift shop open late, which is very convenient for this location and has pretty much everything you might need. My fam really enjoyed it.

Some rooms/buildings are a bit older, but ours was relatively clean, and the facilities were kept in decent shape. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food options for breakfast/dinner were okay, but service could be slow at times since it seemed like one person was handling cooking, cashier, and everything else.

A couple of small downsides from guests: some guests were loud early in the morning, and smoking very close the rooms.

Overall, a great place to stay if you want convenient access to Yosemite, family-friendly amenities, and a scenic location with amenities. Good value given the location.

There was no cell service, but wifi worked. We got a room with a small kitchenette and it was covered in ants, ruining our food and making it impossible to use. The electricity went out for a few hours one morning.

The proximity to Yosemity National Park is very convenient. This hotel is a hidden gem right in the hills of Sierra. My Kids loved the Bear statues and the river park.

Internet access is almost non-existent, and the walls are very thin. The only upside is the distance to the park.

Room was beautiful and spacious and great location. My room refrigerator was leaking when I arrived and although staff was informed, it was still leaking when I left the next day, so not addressed. Staff when I was checking out was friendlier than checking in. Restaurant only had one floor employee, so a little hectic/slow but good food.

Not all rooms are renovated. We stayed in an older room with a small bathroom and shower that leaked out. The bathroom was not completely clean. The hot tub and pools had bugs in them, and the indoor pool was broken the first day.

Room size was good. But everytime we used bathroom, we would get locked in and had to call the front office to bail us out. The lock was bad. Internet with very week to no connection. Poor TV reception, no ice around us. Fridge was a freezer, all our items froze and got spoiled. No coffee amenities for guests of two. We had to ask for them. No electric car chargers.

The mountain view was impressive. There is a river with bank full of different colors that were attractive.

we did not try out the fire place, so there was no comment.

The main concern we had was the wet carpet on one side near the bath shower wall in the room likely no previous guests reported to the management, so it was not fixed during our time there. Of course, we did not find out until one bag was wet when sitting there overnight. The management did promise to fix it once we leave.

I like that this place is close to the park entrance so getting there is fairly easy. The place was not crowded so noise was not an issue, sometimes it has been noisy here. I did not use the large tub, but for some that might be a plus. It provided a good sleep. I just wish it was a bit more affordable for enjoying Yosemite for more than one night. I travelled with my husband.

The room was clean and presentable, not wow. The room was ready 45 minutes past the check-in time. I liked that there was a picnic area across the highway, very nice area. Some things changed that was not listed on the Hotels.com profile, such as they now allow dogs at no charge. The restaurants were so so, packed and long wait to get okay food, limited selections, greasy chicken tenders.

Expedia booking included microwave and even front desk confirmed we would have microwave in the room but we found no microwave. When called back to front desk, they said the person who confirmed microwave was new and didn't know. This was terrible experience, as they outright denied to accommodate to avail a microwave

Stuff was not courteous at all, specially the lady that help us checked inn I don't know if she was board or tire but didn't even greet us. The room was very spacious but the sofa bed was broken my daughter hat to pull the matress out and place it on the carpet to be able to sleep because the head rest kept going down, and the sink focet needs to be fix or replace. Other than that the stay was fine

Amazing place with renovated rooms and all essentials you are looking for. It is very close to Yosemite Park entrance and this place offers everything you're looking for including ameneties like pool, gym, laundry, shops, food and grill, and game rooms.

The room was clean and updated. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was soft and super comfy. The indoor pool and hot tub were welcome after a day of hiking Yosemite, in November no less! Loved all the carved bears around the property and stuffed bear collection in the lobby. Great gift shop and grocery store. The restaurant and bar was good too. Yummy onion rings and cocktails, good wine and beer! Lovely river, gazebo and beach across the street. Price was right. Best of all, super close to Yosemite (7 miles). This is my new favorite place to stay when visiting Yosemite.
