Place is ok. But theres no restaurant. Location is remote, the restaurant only offers very expensive dinner buffet. No snack availability to buy for kids. No fast food any time if the day. If you don't have transportation. Your family's will starve.

Room and bathroom is big, balcony also. Great sea view but not in the beach, walk around 0.4ml. Beach is small but good for swimming and snorkeling. Sea is warm and clean. Very loud at night, every day is dancing and karaoke, not possible to sleep till midnight or later at all.

If you dont have a car dont go. To nearest shop more than 5 km. If You dont eat breakfast You will drink Your first coffee at 10a.m. You can not use yours credit or debits cards. You have to pay 10€ in cach for their pre paid card and top up . Than you can pay for drinks or food in the hotel. Pool was amazing. Clean nice room with a piece of sea view. Lets start with the non existing shuttle they offer. Wrote an email never got an answer. Called them, same thing. We were stuck at midnight at the airport for 45 mins waiting for a taxi that cost 60 euros for a 15 min ride. We also had to pay 40 euros for the ride back.
The rooms are very outdated and the AC filters have probably never been cleaned, i got sick after the first night. The shower drain clogs so you have to shower with your feet in a puddle. They charge for beach towels and almost everything you need.
Transport is very limited in this area, you will need to rent a scooter or car which are both pretty expensive during the high season.
Thankfully, the private beach was amazing and SOS Aranzos beach is located just 5 mins away, which saved our trip. The pool is also nice.

Great location and panorama view, perfect to reach all important spots of Costa Smeralda. Simple but comfortable rooms. Lovely pool open till night, which is perfect! Nice and convenient restaurant. Private beach available, not very beautiful but still enjoyable, and with excursions to see dolphins. Overall good value for money!

Quite sure one can find more and better anywhere else. Even by the already low Italian standards, this hotel is way sub par. Zero customer care, non existing guests support, offensive and unacceptable accommodations, regardless of platinum status… carelessness borderline arrogance is business as usual in this place. Out on a hill, very badly connected and served, however the location and landscape is quite nice. Facilities are well kept and decent.

The hotel was close to the most beautiful beaches and only a small car ride to Olbia city center, where there was a lot of lively streets with fantastic restaurants. The pool was always so clean with amazing views of the sea and mountains around. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good with a lot of options. The reception helped us rent a car with a very good price for the duration of our stay. Would recommend this place to anyone going to Sardinia.

Hotel classe 4 etoile je pense que sa ne les vaut pas parking insuffisant,salle de bain obsolète toilette devant la doche lavabo trop petit,chambre literie a ressort horrible decoration veillo et terrasse trop petite,salle du bar tres froide deco abs manque de wifi partout uniquement a la réception et bar un buffet du soir tres chère pour pas grand chose et petit déjeuner a 15 € sans pain frais et tres peu achalandé au final cest établissement merite un 2 etoile 1/2 ce qui sauve l établissement sa vue sur mer et la petite plage privée je ne le recommande pas rapport qualite prix zero

Sicuramente giusto rapporto qualità prezzo… un villaggio divenuto hotel con un cambio di gestione… appare come un villaggio ma la sensazione è che sia autogestito! Personale gentile ma molto giovane e quindi un po’ inesperto, mancanza totale di servizi, bar chiuso al mattino, bar e servizi in spiaggia chiusi per un affitto di un ombrellone a 30 euro al giorno supplementari! Mancanza di assistenza e di servizi! Prezzi al bar folli per nulla giustificati! 2,50€ una bottiglietta d’acqua e 3,00€ un ghiacciolo posso assicurare che a Porto Cervo non ci sono gli stessi prezzi! Nel complesso comodo pulito e ben tenuto ma incredibile come un luogo incantevole che potrebbe essere una miniera d’ora sia lasciato allo sbando in questo modo!

Het hotel bevind zich op een schitterender locatie vlak buiten Olbia. Het hotel heeft prima kamers en er wordt elke dag schoongemaakt en de handdoeken worden elke dag gewisseld. Vanuit de hotelkamers kijk je uit over de baai. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk! Echt een heerlijke uitvalsbasis om het noordelijke gedeelte van het eiland te verkennen.

Unterkunft ist wirklich super, man denkt man wohnt im eigenen Häuschen. Wir hatten Blick aufs Meer. Ist etwas abgelegen, das ist das positive, deshalb verstehe ich nicht weshalb der Service für nur mal was trinken unterirdisch schlecht ist.

All'arrivo abbiamo trovato un ragazzo gentilissimo unica nota positiva. Camera piccola con letto matrimoniale composto da 2 materassi singoli scomodissimi e datati più 1 letto a castello inutile visto che eravamo in 2 e pochissimo spazio. Pulizia della stanza e del piccolissimo patio discutibili.
Avendo il volo serale abbiamo richiesto di poter aver a disposizione la camera tutta la giornata, pagando ovviamente la tariffa piena, ma ci è stato risposto che erano pieni ma in realtà falso perché se avessimo voluto avremmo potuto prenotare su qualsiasi sito anche solo una notte.
Colazione a buffet niente di eccezionale, caffè, cappuccini e bevande calde distribuite da macchinette automatiche, abbiamo provato solo il caffè imbevibile.
La struttura dispone di una spiaggia privata a pagamento per gli ospiti dell'hotel, a 700 metri circa dalla struttura. Piccolina ma in splendida posizione. Si affaccia su una piccola caletta incantevole, peccato un continuo via vai di gommoni per escursioni varie. Il Bagnino vetamente gentile e disponibile, davvero in gamba.
Sulla spiaggia è presente un piccolo chiosco. Offre gelati, bibite, panini già pronti, insalate. Scarsa qualità prezzi alti.
La struttura sarebbe anche carina, nel bel mezzo del nulla più assoluto, al suo interno non offre nessun tipo di intrattenimento, non è presente un market. Nessun collegamento con il vicino Golfo Aranci.
