Best hotel in Batumi

Best hotel in Batumi !
Staff are helpful, from check in to check out.
Spa facility is amazing (indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath until 11pm) also the spa treatments and friendly staff.
Outdoor pool has great atmosphere
The beach (has stones and not sand, bring proper water shoes) is beautiful with sunbeds (10 lari each)
The restaurant at the pool is good also the one on 20th floor has great views and food you should start there.
There are many restaurants around the hotel (much cheaper than the one in the hotel), the boardwalk is 2 minutes away from the hotel and it is beautiful can also rent a scooter/ bicycle/ large bicycle of 4 people etc.. can ride around to either directions- the mall (go left)/ ali&nino moving statue/ Ferris wheel (go right).
Taxi from airport to the hotel 10-15 lari, only cash (if you order from the hotel it cost around 40).
Will definitely return to this specific and great hotel.

Shalomrav, my wife and I are staying at your hotel from June 4th to June 9th. We arrived at the hotel and were given a very shabby corner room in the ceiling, there was a hole in the bathroom, and moisture from my time with an employee, which required us to contact you with room number 1212. Then we were given another room, 414, which in our opinion is disrespectful to Sartu Hotel, the phone in the room did not work on the first day, there was no room service , and there was no mini bar and no refrigerator, the curtains were torn, we went to the reception again and we were indeed sent a refrigerator that was dirty from the inside, without the contents of the mini bar, but the phone had not been repaired until this moment so that in every way we had to go down and of course we could not order new services, whenever it was necessary To contact you, we had to go up and down and wait in line for reception, it was simply not convenient. We are regular guests of the hotel and have stayed on several occasions and this is our favorite hotel in Batumi, despite the high price we always knew we would get value for money, unfortunately this time we were very disappointed and in my opinion we did not get value for the money paid, Sheraton hotels are known for their level of service and quality, so the disappointment is very big. Just to clarify Despite our requests, no action was taken and the feeling was that there was disrespect on your part.

The suite looks nothing like the pictures, the furniture is overused. The bathroom is very small, the bath top is super dirty with sticky material on the floor ( house keeeping tried to clean it, they couldn’t)
You have to call each day for complementaries of the toilet, I had to buy my tooth brush and paste.
Their English is very poor, they took my bed cover and they didn’t return it, I called the reception many times each time they get me something wrong a blanket, bed sheets. The supervisor of house keeping had to come herself with a mad face to see what do we want.
Staff not all friendly.
No coffee maker
Literally my wort experience ever :)

AC system was not working at all , it was very hot …

I contacted front desk many time they promised me to come and check with no show ..

finally I found that the Hotel AC system is broken and they trying to fix.

also bathroom maintains not so good licking water inside the room after shower

general furniture is so so condition , do not expect fine 5 star hotel

location was really good and the restaurant sky bar is amazing .

The hotel has a an amazing location near and promenade and beach. Walking distance to most places. There is also a very good Turkish bath that was very relaxing. The outdoor pool is also good. My one issue would be the door card keys, they seemed to frequently not work. Also, some music from the bars can be heard in the room. Overall though, a good experience and I would go back and stay there for sure!

The best location and very welcoming staff, always happy to help.Great breakfast although it’s not included in a standard room rate. Great amenities however everything seems to be run down and not maintained. Sauna had hanging and broken wooden pallets, door handle to the gym was not screwed properly and just hanging. In a room our socket was hanging out from the wall which is a huge hazard when you travel with kids, one of the windows couldn’t properly close and had a massive gap. On a windy day it felt like you are outside. The biggest disappointment is that you can feel a cigarette smell everything from the swimming pool to the floor where your room is. Our floor had smoking and non smoking rooms and as soon as you come out from your room you feel strong cigarette smell in the hallway. Overall a good stay but certainly not a 5* experience.

It is a good hotel close at the beach and walking distance to amazing restaurants. Staff at the reception and room service is very attentive. Rooms are large and bed was comfortable. I had an amazing sea view room however at night was quite loud due to the clubs at the beach so it could be very disturbing if one wants a relaxing early night

I don’t like writing any comments but this is different case, very disappointed and unexpected in a luxury hotel, I ordered a room services and food was horrible, chicken was so dry and rubbery it was impossible to eat. It felt that it was not properly defrosted after being in a freezer for a very long time. When I was checking out I mentioned it to the receptionist and she promised to notify the kitchen that the dish was still in the room untouched since the last night

Top three in Batumi!

I really enjoyed the hotel cleanliness, the casino(small), the pool(huge), and the central location within the city. Not too far from the train station(negotiate taxi prices.) The only downside is the breakfast in the downstairs restaurant(only open one there) is a \"no go\" and the lounge on the 14th floor has a temperature food control issue(but it's free if you book the right room.)

I have never had such experience. We booked 2 club rooms that accommodates up to 3 people. One double room and a triple room. I chose 3 adults and paid extra $30 per night compared to the double room. HOWEVER when we checked in the reception refused to give us a triple room and one of us had to sleep on the floor. Although roll-away beds should be provided but nothing happened.

Great hotel with brilliant views and architecture

Sheraton Batumi is definitely one of the best hotels in Batumi (lately five-star hotels have been popping up in the area almost weekly). First of all central location is great, right on the seaside. You can walk to all major attractions within 5-15 minutes.

Architecture is very original and has a charming, fairytale touch.

Service is mostly good, with some rare exceptions.

Check in took very long as the desk could not find booking initially. Check out also took some time, as the front desk agent had to call a colleague to complete the process (there was no extra services or mini bar items on the bill and the room was prepaid as well as guaranteed by a credit card during check in).

Amenities are what one would expect from hotels in this category. The rooms are well designed, spacious and clean. The flat screen TV in the room was medium size and the TV channels seems to be 'scaled up' from SD resolution to HD, resulting in acceptable quality. I could not find slippers in the room. On the plus side you can open the window a bit and most rooms seem to include brilliant sea or city views.

As with most 5-star hotels in Batumi, the hotel has its own casino. I did not have a chance to check out room service, however the menu looked good and limited number of items were available 24/7.

Despite the delays during check in and check out I would recommend the hotel and hope the service improves further.

Nice hotel - possibly overpriced and over hyped

Check-in is a little late, and the staff is not very flexible. They also wouldn't let me check out 30 min later after I requested that. Windows should have better sound proofing against the club across the street. Good location though and hotel is relatively clean and nice.
